| 1 | Progress on diagnostic and prognostic markers of pancreatic cancer显示文摘Pancreatic cancer is a malignant disease characterized by low survival and high recurrence rate,whose patients are mostly at the stage of locally advanced or metastatic disease when first diagnosed.Early diagnosis is particularly important because prognostic/predictive markers help guide optimal individualized treatment regimens.So far,CA19-9 is the only biomarker for pancreatic cancer approved by the FDA,but its effectiveness is limited by low sensitivity and specificity.With recent advances in genomics,proteomics,metabolomics,and other analytical and sequencing technologies,the rapid acquisition and screening of biomarkers is now possible.Liquid biopsy also occupies a significant place due to its unique advantages.In this review,we systematically describe and evaluate the available biomarkers that have the greatest potential as vital tools in diagnosing and treating pancreatic cancer. | HONG YANG WAN LI LIWEN REN YIHUI YANG YIZHI ZHANG BINBIN GE SHA LI XIANGJIN ZHENG JINYI LIU SEN ZHANG GUANHUA DU BO TANG HONGQUAN WANG JINHUA WANG | 2023 | Oncology Research2023，31，2： | 1 |

| 4 | General Provisions of the Civil Law and Commercial Legislation: Consensus, Problems and Options——Taking Commercial Agency as an Example显示文摘In the context of the codification of China's Civil Code, the academic consensus has been to make commercial legislation systematic and establish commercial norms with proper legislative expression. Many direct and indirect commercial norms in General Provisions of the Civil Law provide evidence that civil law has been turned into commercial law. However, a general overview shows that the absence of related norms, including agency in duty, reveals that General Provisions of the Civil Law is lacking commercial law's characteristics. In addition to the Civil Code, using General Rules of Commercial Law is a relatively reasonable choice for commercial legislative arrangements, such as norms in relation to agency in duty. | 5 | Justification and System Arrangement of Virtual Property Rights——Comments on Article No. 127 of General Provisions of the Civil Law显示文摘In the process of formulating the General Provisions of the Civil Law of P. R. China, the attribute of virtual property rights has changed from real rights to non-real rights. Article No. 127 thereof does not clarify the nature of virtual property rights after all, and the place where virtual property is put in the 'Civil Rights' chapter of General Provisions of the Civil Law makes the concept even more complex and confusing. The 'relationships paradigm' protection of virtual property does not have a definite classification criterion, nor stands opposite to the 'rights paradigm.' There are two different ways to justify the 'theory of virtual property as a real right' under the 'rights paradigm' protection, namely, essentialism and consequentialism. The former resulted from utilizing features in a demonstration and identifying disposal rights with real rights, while the latter resulted from adherence to the dichotomy system of property rights comprising real rights and creditor's rights. From the perspective of larceny in Criminal Law and virtual property insurance in The Social Insurance Law, the attribute of virtual property rights is irrelevant to creditor's rights. The attribute of virtual property rights shall be defined as virtual property rights so that it can be included in the system of civil rights. The uniqueness of virtual property is enough to become an object of emerging civil rights; intangible property rights as a superordinate theoretical concept cannot reflect the essence of virtual property rights. | 9 | Gu Jiegang’s “Discussion of Ancient History” Movement and It Relationship with Developments in Western Sinology显示文摘The scholarship in modern China is closely related to Western sinology in terms of school ties.Gu Jiegang’s launching of the'Discussion of Ancient History'movement centered on the'theory of the accumulated creation of Chinese ancient history'was a representative example.At the beginning of the movement Hu Shi and Gu Jiegang proposed the notion that,'there was no history before the Eastern Zhou Dynasty'which was indebted to the historical skepticism by Philip Van Ness Myers(American scholar)and Friedrich Hirth(German sinologist)of the same period.The idea that'the Shang Dynasty is still in the late Stone Age'advocated by Hu and Gu was also directly influenced by J.G.Andersson’s An Early Chinese Culture.Conversely,American sinologist Arthur W.Hummel Sr played a key role in introducing and evaluating the first volume of Discussion of Ancient History to Western academia.Paradoxically,while Swedish sinologis Bernhard Karlgren wrote On the Authenticity and Nature of the Tso Chuan to refute Kang Youwei’s reinterpretation of Confucian Classics(The Forged Classics of the Wang Mang Period),his work however became of value for Chinese historic doubt scholars to reaffirm the value of New Text Confucianism and advance the'Discussion of Ancient History'movement.If we would like to choose a saying to describe the relationship between the'Discussion of Ancien History'movement and Western Sinology,the Chinese proverb,'Stones from other hills may serve to polish jade of this one,'may be an appropriate choice. | Li Changyin Ge Hongquan(译) | 2019 | Contemporary Social Sciences2019，4，1： | 0 |
