1Effects of Short-Term Forest Bathing on Human Health in a Broad-Leaved Evergreen Forest in Zhejiang Province,China显示文摘Objective To investigate the effects of short-term forest bathing on human health.Methods Twenty healthy male university students participated as subjects and were randomly divided into two groups of 10.One group was sent on a two-night trip to a broad-leaved evergreen forest,and the other was sent to a city area.Serum cytokine levels reflecting inflammatory and stress response,indicators reflecting oxidative stress,the distribution of leukocyte subsets,and plasma endothelin-1 (ET-1) concentrations were measured before and after the experiment to evaluate the positive health effects of forest environments.A profile of mood states (POMS) evaluation was used to assess changes in mood states.Results No significant differences in the baseline values of the indicators were observed between the two groups before the experiment.Subjects exposed to the forest environment showed reduced oxidative stress and pro-inflammatory level,as evidenced by decreased malondialdehyde,interleukin-6,and tumor necrosis factor α levels compared with the urban group.Serum cortisol levels were also lower than in the urban group.Notably,the concentration of plasma ET-1 was much lower in subjects exposed to the forest environment.The POMS evaluation showed that after exposure to the forest environment,subjects had lower scores in the negative subscales,and the score for vigor was increased.Conclusion Forest bathing is beneficial to human health,perhaps through preventive effects related to several pathological factors.MAO Gen Xiang LAN Xiao Guang CAO Yong Bao CHEN Zhuo Mei HE Zhi Huat LV Yuan Dong WANG Ya Zhen HU Xi Lian WANG Guo Fu YAN Jing 2012Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2012,25,3:20

5How Work Organization Affects the Prevalence of WMSDs: A Case-control Study显示文摘Objective In this study, we aimed at exploring the association between work-related musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs) and work organization based on a case-control study. Methods A total of 1938 workers who claimed to suffer from WMSDs were selected from Beijing, Henan, Hubei, and the Guangdong province. The control group consisted of 2009 workers employed in similar industries without severe disease or musculoskeletal discomforts. We used a modified version of the questionnaire developed by the NMQ and the DMQ to investigate individual and work-related factors. Results A total of 13 variables(P<0.1) were selected by the chi-square test and finally, 7 variables entered into the equation, with 6 variables reaching statistical significance(P<0.05). The odds ratios(OR) of ‘work changing with season' and ‘sufficient rest time' did not reach 1(0.749 and 0.441, respectively). In addition, ‘sufficient rest time' seemed to be the stronger protective factor according to its higher standardized coefficient. And ‘repetitive work every minute', ‘constantly repetitive work'(every day), ‘shortage of site personnel', and ‘often switching shifts with others' seemed to be the risk factors. Conclusion Work organization may have comprehensive effects on the occurrence of WMSDs. 6Rational design of three-phase interfaces for electrocatalysis显示文摘Gas-involving electrochemical reactions,like oxygen reduction reaction (ORR),oxygen evolution reaction (OER),and hydrogen evolution reaction (HER),are critical processes for energy-saving,environment-friendly energy conversion and storage technologies which gain increasing attention.The development of according electrocatalysts is key to boost their electrocatalytic performances.Dramatic efforts have been put into the development of advanced electrocatalysts to overcome sluggish kinetics.On the other hand,the electrode interfaces-architecture construction plays an equally important role for practical applications because these imperative electrode reactions generally proceed at triple-phase interfaces of gas,liquid electrolyte,and solid electrocatalyst.A desirable architecture should facilitate the complicate reactions occur at the triple-phase interfaces,which including mass diffusion,surface reaction and electron transfer.In this review,we will summarize some design principles and synthetic strategies for optimizing triple-phase interfaces of gas-involving electrocatalysis systematically,based on the electrode reaction process at the three-phase interfaces.It can be divided into three main optimization directions:exposure of active sites,promotion of mass diffusion and acceleration of electron transfer.Furthermore,we especially highlight several remarkable works with comprehensive optimization about specific energy conversion devices,including metal-air batteries,fuel cells,and water-splitting devices are demonstrated with superb efficiency.In the last section,the perspectives and challenges in the future are proposed.Yuqing Wang Yuqin Zou Li Tao Yanyong Wang Gen Huang Shiqian Du Shuangyin Wang 2019Nano Research2019,12,9:10

8Onset of Coronary Heart Disease is Associated with HCMV Infection and Increased CD14^+CD16^+Monocytes in a Population of Weifang,China显示文摘Objective To investigate the relationship between human cytomegalovirus(HCMV)infection and peripheral blood CD14+CD16+monocytes in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease(CHD),and to elucidate the mechanism of pathogenesis in CHD by analyzing the correlation between infection,inflammation,and CHD,to provide a basis for the prevention,evaluation,and treatment of the disease.Methods In total,192 patients with CHD were divided into three groups:latent CHD,angina pectoris,and myocardial infarction.HCMV-IgM and-IgG antibodies were assessed using ELISA;CD14+CD16+monocytes were counted using a five-type automated hematology analyzer;mononuclear cells were assessed using fluorescence-activated cell sorting;and an automatic biochemical analyzer was used to measure the levels of triglyceride,cholesterol,high-and low-density lipoprotein cholesterols,lipoprotein,hs-CRp and Hcy.Results The positive rates of HCMV-IgM and-IgG were significantly higher in the CHD groups than in the control group.HCMV infection affects lipid metabolism to promote immune and inflammatory responses.Conclusion HCMV infection has a specific correlation with the occurrence and development of CHD.The expression of CD14+CD16+mononuclear cells in the CHD group was increased accordingly and correlated with acute HCMV infection.Thus,HCMV antibody as well as peripheral blood CD14+CD16+mononuclear cells can be used to monitor the occurrence and development of CHD.LI Hong Zheng WANG Qin ZHANG Yi Yuan WANG Jin Dong WU Hong Juan ZHANG Mo Gen LI Ji Chen LIU Zhi Jun 2020Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2020,33,8:8
9The Tashisayi nephrite deposit from South Altyn Tagh, Xinjiang,northwest China显示文摘The Tashisayi nephrite deposit is located in South Altyn Tagh.in Qiemo County,Xinjiang Province,northwest China.It is a recent discovery in the vast,well-known Kunlun-Altyn nephrite belt distributed along the south of the Tarim Basin,producing more than half of the nephrite from the whole belt in 2017.Field investigations revealed that it is a dolomitic marble-related(D-type)nephrite deposit,but little is known about its age of formation and relationships between the granites and marble.Here we report field investigations,petrography of the neph rite,as well as petrography,geochemistry,geochronology of the zoisite-quartz altered intrusive rock and adjacent granites.An A-type granite is identified with a SHRIMP U-Pb zircon age of 926±7 Ma,suggesting it was emplaced in an extensional tectonic environment at that time.The altered intrusive rock has a cluster of U-Pb zircon age of 433±10 Ma.with similar trace element features to the A-type granite,suggesting it was formed in an extensional regime at this later time.Nephrite formed because of the metasomatism of dolomite marble by hydrothermal fluids.It is inferred that Ca^2+was released from the dolomitic marble by metasomatism forming Ca-rich fluids,which caused alteration of both the intrusive rocks(6.00-8.22 wt.%CaO)and granite(1.76-3.68 wt.%CaO)near the nephrite ore bodies.It is also inferred that Fe^2+from the granite migrated towards the dolomite marble.The fluids gave rise to the formation of Ca-minerals.such as zoisite,in the nephrite and altered intrusive rock,and epidote in the granite.Based on the contact relationships.similarity in hydrothermal processes,and consumption of Ca^2+,the Tashisayi nephrite is considered to have formed at the same time as the alteration of the intrusive rocks,i.e.~433 Ma.The geochronological similarity(~926 Ma.433 Ma)of South Altyn and North Qaidam may suggest that tectonically they belong to one single complex in the past,which was offset by the Altyn Tagh fault(ATF).The similar formation ages of the nephrites from Altyn Tagh(433 Ma)and the previously studied areas of West Kunlun(378-441 Ma)and East Kunlun(416 Ma)indicate that these nephrites formed during the closure of Proto-Tethys and in the accompanving post-collisional.extensional environment.Kong Gao Guanghai Shi Meili Wang Gen Xie Jian Wang Xiaochong Zhang Ting Fang Weiyan Lei Yan Liu 2019Geoscience Frontiers2019,10,4:6

11A HIGH RESOLUTION FINITE VOLUME METHOD FOR SOLVING SHALLOW WATER EQUATIONS显示文摘A high resolution finite volume numerical method for solving the shallow water equations is developed in this paper. In order to extend finite difference TVD scheme to finite volume method, a new geometry and topology of control bodies is defined by considering the corresponding relationships between nodes and elements. This solver is implemented on arbitrary quadrilateral meshes and their satellite elements, and based on a second order hybrid type of TVD scheme in space discretization and a two step Runge Kutta method in time discretization. Then it is used to deal with two typical dam break problems and very satisfactory results are obtained comparied with other numerical solutions. 12A Study on Spatial Interpolation of Temperature in Anhui Province Based on ANUSPLIN显示文摘To achieve refined temperature grid data with high accuracy and high spatial resolution,hourly temperature grid dataset with spatial resolution of 1 km in Anhui Province from January to December in 2016 was established using the ANUSPLIN thin plate spline algorithm,which meets the needs of climate change research and meteorological disaster risk assessment. And the interpolation error was analyzed. The results show that the interpolated values of hourly temperature by ANUSPLIN are close to the observed values in 2016. The error is generally below 1. 5 ℃,and the root mean square error is 0. 937 6 ℃. On monthly scale,the interpolated values of hourly temperature by ANUSPLIN are also close to the observed values.In October,November,June and May,the interpolation accuracy is the highest,and the proportion of absolute error of hourly temperature lower than 2 ℃ is up to 99%,97. 4%,98. 1% and 97. 4% respectively. In February,March,August and December,the interpolation accuracy is the lowest,and the proportion of absolute error higher than 2 ℃ is 8. 1%,5. 3%,4. 1% and 4. 2% respectively. 13A Novel Serial Hybrid Three-level NPC Topology for Multi-MW Medium Voltage Wind Power Converters显示文摘提出一种新型的串联混合三电平中点钳位(neutralpoint clamped,NPC)拓扑,该拓扑是基于传统三电平NPC拓扑的改进和优化,引入大功率IGBT的串联应用。该新型拓扑中,桥臂的两个外管分别用两个低压IGBT串联,两个内管均用高压IGBT。在多兆瓦级中压风电变流器中,大功率IGBT的开关损耗很大,从而限制了开关频率。提出的新型拓扑通过低压IGBT的串联来减小功率器件的损耗,从而提高开关频率,同时可减小输出滤波器的尺寸。通过传统三电平拓扑和新型串联混合三电平拓扑IGBT损耗的对比,说明新拓扑的优势。通过改变门极驱动电阻实现串联IGBT的均压,对新拓扑的应用具有重大意义。最后通过新拓扑的单相样机验证新拓扑的正确性和可行性。CHEN Gen WANG Yong CAI Xu 2013中国电机工程学报2013,33,9:5

15Catalysis Conversion Methane into C2 Hydrocarbons via Electric Field Enhanced Plasma显示文摘In this paper the effect of catalyst and carrier in electric field enhanced plasma on methane conversion into C2 hydrocarbons was investigated. Methane coupling reaction was studied in the system of continuous flow reactor on Ni, MoO3, MnO2 catalysts and different ZSM-5 carriers. The per pass conversion of methane can be as high as 22%, the selectivity of ethylene can be as high as 23.8%, of acetylene 60.8%, of ethane 5.4% and of total C2 hydrocarbons was more than 90%. ZSM-5-25 was the better carrier and MnO2 was the better active component. 16A New Method for Blood NT-proBNP Determination Based on a Near-infrared Point of Care Testing Device with High Sensitivity and Wide Scope显示文摘Objective To develop a rapid, highly sensitive, and quantitative method for the detection of NT-proBNP levels based on a near-infrared point-of-care diagnostic(POCT) device with wide scope. Methods The lateral flow assay(LFA) strip of NT-proBNP was first prepared to achieve rapid detection. Then, the antibody pairs for NT-proBNP were screened and labeled with the near-infrared fluorescent dye Dylight-800. The capture antibody was fixed on a nitrocellulose membrane by a scribing device. Serial dilutions of serum samples were prepared using NT-proBNP-free serum series. The prepared test strips, combined with a near-infrared POCT device, were validated by known concentrations of clinical samples. The POCT device gave the output of the ratio of the intensity of the fluorescence signal of the detection line to that of the quality control line. The relationship between the ratio value and the concentration of the specimen was plotted as a work curve. The results of 62 clinical specimens obtained from our method were compared in parallel with those obtained from the Roche E411 kit. Results Based on the log-log plot, the new method demonstrated that there was a good linear relationship between the ratio value and NT-proBNP concentrations ranging from 20 pg/mL to 10 ng/mL. The results of the 62 clinical specimens measured by our method showed a good linear correlation with those measured by the Roche E411 kit. 17Performance of compact plastic scintillator strips with wavelength shifting fibers using a photomultiplier tube or silicon photomultiplier readout显示文摘This study presents the design and performance results for compact plastic scintillator strips using a wavelength shifting fiber(WLS-fiber)readout with dimensions of 0.1 m×0.02 m×2 m.This approach was evaluated as a candidate for a cosmic-ray muon detector for the Taishan Antineutrino Observatory(JUNO-TAO).The strips coupled with 3-inch photomultiplier tubes(PMTs)were measured and compared between the single-end and double-end readout options.Additionally,a strip using the double-end option coupling with a silicon photomultiplier(SiPM)was further evaluated and compared with the results obtained using PMTs.The performance of the strips was determined by a detailed survey along their length with a cosmicray muon after detailed characterization of the 3-inch PMTs and SiPMs.The proposed design employing a compact plastic scintillator strip with WLS-fiber coupling to a SiPM provides a good choice for cosmic-ray muon veto detectors,particularly when detector dimensions must be limited.Min Li Zhi‑Min Wang Cai‑Mei Liu Pei‑Zhi Lu Guang Luo Yuen‑Keung Hor Jin‑Chang Liu Chang‑Gen Yang 2023Nuclear Science and Techniques2023,34,2:3

19Engineering of carbon and other protective coating layers for stabilizing silicon anode materials显示文摘Silicon(Si)has been attracting extensive attention for rechargeable lithium(Li)‐ion batteries due to its high theoretical capacity and low potential vs Li/Li+.However,it remains challenging and problematic to stabilize the Si materials during electrochemical cycling because of the huge volume expansion,which results in losing electric contact and pulverization of Si particles.Consequently,the Si anode materials generally suffer from poor cycling,poor rate performance,and low coulomb efficiency,preventing them from practical applications.Up‐to‐date,there are numerous reports on the engineering of Si anode materials at microscale and nanoscale with significantly improved electrochemical performances.In this review,we will concentrate on various precisely designed protective layers for silicon‐based materials,including carbon layers,inorganic layers,and conductive polymer protective layer.First,we briefly introduced the alloying and failure mechanism of Si as anode materials upon electrochemical reactions.Following that,representative cases have been introduced and summarized to illustrate the purpose and advancement of protective coating layers,for instance,to alleviate pulverization and improve conductivity caused by volume expansion of Si particles during charge/discharge process,and maintain the surface stability of Si particles to form a stable solid‐electrolyte interphase layer.At last,possible strategies on the protective coating layer for stabilizing silicon anode materials that can be applied in the future have been indicated.Fenglin Wang Gen Chen Ning Zhang Xiaohe Liu Renzhi Ma 2019Carbon Energy2019,1,2:3
20GEOLOGICAL AND GEOCHEMICAL STUDY ON THE GENESIS OF THE FANKOU Pb-Zn DEPOSIT显示文摘The super large Pb Zn deposit at Fankou is very complex in metallogenic mechanism. Syngenetic brine sedimentation, hot submarine spring eruption—accumulation, syngenetic sedimentation—vadose brine replacement had been supposed as the genetic models before. Under these models, syngenetic mineralization should be dominant in ore formation. However, a series of geological and geochemical properties investigated by authors of this paper are contrary to these models.
