1Model and Algorithm for the Optimal Controlled Partitioning of Power Systems显示文摘解列是电力系统在故障时结构完整性得不到保证的情况下分裂为2个或多个孤立稳定运行子系统的过程或操作。及时恰当的主动解列操作将能有效地避免因保护连锁动作使得电力系统被动解列而崩溃所造成的巨额经济损失。结合图论中的相关概念和输电网最优解列的物理过程,建立电力系统最优主动解列断面选择问题的完整数学模型,并基于含连通图约束的背包问题(connected graph constrained knapsack problem,CGKP)及其求解算法提出“搜索+调整”的2阶段求解方法。为降低问题的复杂性,将完整数学模型分解成图的最优平衡分割问题和基于优化潮流的调节问题,并分2个阶段分别求解。其中,图的最优平衡分割问题又被分解成多个CGKP,利用基于含CGKP的图分割方法进行求解。所提出的主动解列策略具有较强理论基础,计算复杂度低,算例的计算结果证明了该模型及算法的正确性和有效性。LIN Jikeng LI Shengwen WU Peng WANG Xudong SHAO Guanghui XU Xingwei MA Xin 2012中国电机工程学报2012,32,13:15
2Toripalimab plus chemotherapy as second-line treatment in previously EGFR-TKI treated patients with EGFR-mutant-advanced NSCLC:a multicenter phase-II trial显示文摘This multicenter phase-II trial aimed to investigate the efficacy,safety,and predictive biomarkers of toripalimab plus chemotherapy as second-line treatment in patients with EGFR-mutant-advanced NSCLC.Patients who failed from first-line EGFR-TKIs and did not harbor T790M mutation were enrolled.Toripalimab plus carboplatin and pemetrexed were administrated every three weeks for up to six cycles,followed by the maintenance of toripalimab and pemetrexed.The primary endpoint was objective-response rate(ORR).Integrated biomarker analysis of PD-L1 expression,tumor mutational burden(TMB),CD8+tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte(TIL)density,whole-exome,and transcriptome sequencing on tumor biopsies were also conducted.Forty patients were enrolled with an overall ORR of 50.0%and disease-control rate(DCR)of 87.5%.The median progression free survival(PFS)and overall survival were 7.0 and 23.5 months,respectively.The most common treatment-related adverse effects were leukopenia,neutropenia,anemia,ALT/AST elevation,and nausea.Biomarker analysis showed that none of PD-L1 expression,TMB level,and CD8+TIL density could serve as a predictive biomarker.Integrated analysis of whole-exome and transcriptome sequencing data revealed that patients with DSPP mutation had a decreased M2 macrophage infiltration and associated with longer PFS than those of wild type.Toripalimab plus chemotherapy showed a promising anti-tumor activity with acceptable safety profiles as the second-line setting in patients with EGFR-mutant NSCLC.DSPP mutation might serve as a potential biomarker for this combination.A phase-III trial to compare toripalimab versus placebo in combination with chemotherapy in this setting is ongoing(NCT03924050).Tao Jiang Pingyang Wang Jie Zhang Yanqiu Zhao Jianying Zhou Yun Fan Yongqian Shu Xiaoqing Liu Helong Zhang Jianxing He Guanghui Gao Xiaoqian Mu Zhang Bao Yanjun Xu Renhua Guo Hong Wang Lin Deng Ningqiang Ma Yalei Zhang Hui Feng Sheng Yao Jiarui Wu Luonan Chen Caicun Zhou Shengxiang Ren 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,11:8
3Magnetic properties and large magnetocaloric effects of GdPd intermetallic compound显示文摘With the intention to explore excellent magnetocaloric materials, the intermetallic compound GdPd was synthesized by arc melting and heat treatment. The microstructure, magnetic and magnetocaloric properties of the intermetallic compound of GdPd were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and the physical property measurement system(PPMS). A large reversible magnetocaloric effect is observed in GdPd accompanied by a second order magnetic phase transition from paramagnetism to ferromagnetism at ~39 K. The paramagnetic Curie temperature(θp) and the effective magnetic moment(μ_(eff))are determined to be 34.7 K and 8.12 μ_B/Gd,respectively. The maximum entropy change(|△S_M^(Max)|) and the relative cooling power(RCP) under a field change of 5 T are estimated to be 20.14 J/(kg·K) and 433 J/kg, respectively. 4Recent research and development of PLGA/PLA microspheres/nanoparticles: A review in scientific and industrial aspects显示文摘Poly(D,L-lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA)/poly (lactic acid)(PLA) microspheres/nanoparticles are one of the most successful drug delivery systems (DDS) in lab and clinic. Because of good biocompatibility and biodegradability, they can be used in various areas, such as longterm release system, vaccine adjuvant, tissue engineering, etc. There have been 15 products available on the US market, but the system still has many problems during development and manufacturing, such as wide size distribution, drug stability issues, and so on. Recently, many new and modified methods have been developed to overcome the above problems. Some of the methods are easy to scale up, and have been available on the market to achieve pilot scale or even industrial production scale. Furthermore, the relevant FDA guidance on the DDS is still incomplete, especially for abbreviated new drug application. In this review, we present some recent achievement of the PLGA/PLA microspheres/nanoparticles, and discuss some promising manufacturing methods. Finally, we focus on the current FDA guidance on the DDS. 5The nitritation performance of biofilm reactor for treating domestic wastewater under high dissolved oxygen显示文摘The objective of this study was to investigate the nitritation performance in a biofilm reactor for treating domestic wastewater.The reactor was operated in continuous feed mode from phases 1 to 3.The dissolved oxygen(DO)was controlled at 3.5–7 mg/L throughout the experiment.The biofilm reactor showed excellent nitritation performance after the inoculation of nitrifying sludge,with the hydraulic retention time being reduced from 24 to 7 hr.Above 90%nitrite accumulation ratio(NAR)was maintained in phase 1.Afterwards,nitratation occurred with the low NH_4^+–N concentration in the reactor.The improvement of NH_4^+–N concentration to 20–35 mg/L had a limited effect on the recovery of nitritation.However,nitritation recovered rapidly when sequencing batch feed mode was adopted in phase 4,with the effluent NH_4^+-N concentration above 7 mg/L.The improvement of ammonia oxidizing bacteria(AOB)activity and the combined inhibition effect of free ammonia(FA)and free nitrous acid(FNA)on the nitrite oxidizing bacteria(NOB)were two key factors for the rapid recovery of nitritation.Sludge activity was obtained in batch tests.The results of batch tests had a good relationship with the long term operation performance of the biofilm reactor.Zhaoming Zheng Zebing Li Jing Ma Jia Du Guanghui Chen Wei Bian Jun Li Baihang Zhao 2016Journal of Environmental Sciences2016,28,4:7
6Pharmacokinetics and radiation dosimetry of ^(99m)Tc-3PRGD_2 in healthy individuals:A pilot study显示文摘99mTc-3PRGD2 is a new SPECT radiotracer for several tumor imaging with high uptake where integrinαvβ3 is highly expressed.This pilot study was to assess the safety,biodistribution and radiation dosimetry of 9,mTc-3PRGD2 in healthy volunteers.The 10 healthy male volunteers were injected with 99mTc-3PRGD2(786.7±55.8 MBq,19.1-24.2 mCi).Baseline measurements of vital signs,laboratory safety tests and 12-lead electrocardiogram were recorded before and after injection.Blood and urine samples were collected and radiation counts were obtained at various time points.Whole-body scans and ROIs of identified organs were used for visual analysis and estimating the radiation dosimetry.No adverse reactions were found during the study.99mTc-3PRGD2 exhibited a rapid clearance from the blood with less than 45%of the initial dosage at 10 min after injection and gradual increasing radioactivity in urine with(52.9±6)%of original dose at 1440 min.The whole-body imaging showed high radioactive accumulation in bladder.And the highest 99mTc-3PRGD2 uptake was found in the kidneys(3.50×10-2 mSv/MBq).The 99mTc-3PRGD2 exhibited good pharmacokinetic properties and little radiation burden.This study showed that 99mTc-3PRGD2 would be a safe and attractive SPECT agent in clinic applications.CHENG Guanghui GAO Shi JI Tiefeng MA Qingjie JIA Bing CHEN Zuowei WANG Qing 2012Nuclear Science and Techniques2012,23,6:5
7Preparation of double-emulsion-templated microspheres with controllable porous structures by premix membrane emulsification显示文摘A scalable and versatile strategy was developed for the fabrication of uniform polymeric microspheres with controllable interconnected porous structures. Uniform water-in-oil-in-water emulsions with linear poly(methyl methacrylate-glycidyl methacrylate) in the oil phase were generated by two-step premix membrane emulsification and used for constructing the microspheres. During the emulsion solidification process, internal water droplets were packed densely together, forming a thin oil film between the internal and external water phases. After solvent diffusion, the thin film can be ruptured and pores can be templated from the internal water droplets to form interconnected porous structures. Membranes with various pore sizes were obtained. The osmotic pressure and Laplace pressure balance were used to control the porosity and pore size precisely. The proposed method enables the fabrication of functional polymeric microspheres with uniform and controllable porous structures and particle sizes. Control of polymer particle size is especially important in such fine applications. For instance, when the particles are used as a carrier of anti-cancer agents, the locations of particles containing anti-cancer agents also depend on the size of the particles. 9Homogeneous PLGA-lipid nanoparticle as a promising oral vaccine delivery system for ovalbumin显示文摘In this study,a polymeric lipid nanoparticle(NP)(simplified as Lipid NP)was reported as a promising oral vaccine delivery system.The Lipid NPs composed of a hydrophobic polymeric poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA)core and a surface coating of lipid monolayer.Membrane emulsification technique was used to obtain uniform-sized Lipid NPs.Ovalbumin(OVA)was used as a model vaccine.Compared with the pure PLGA NPs,the Lipid NPs achieved higher loading capacity(LC)and entrapment efficiency(EE)for the encapsulated OVA.An in vitro oral release profile showed that the OVA-Lipid NPs were with lower initial burst and could protect the loaded OVA from the harsh gastrointestinal(GI)environment for a long time.In addition,a human microfold cell(M-cell)transcytotic assay demonstrated that due to a lipid layer structure on the particle surface,the Lipid NPs showed higher affinity to the M-cells.Since the M-cell in the intestinal epithelium played an important role in particle transportation as well as intimately associated with the underlying immune cells,the OVA-Lipid NPs effectively induced mucosal and humoral immune responses.Tongtong Ma Lianyan Wang Tingyuan Yang Guanghui Ma Siling Wang 2014Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2014,9,3:4
10Sprayed Pickering emulsion with high antibacterial activity for wound healing显示文摘Effective treatment of wound injuries can prevent infections and promote healing. In this work, a sprayed Pickering emulsion composed of chitosan nanoparticles, tea tree oil and curcumin was formulated. The shear thinning behaviour allowed this Pickering emulsion to spray even with a high viscosity provided by the aqueous phase containing chitosan nanoparticles. Moreover, the Pickering emulsion could recover to the high viscosity after spraying onto the wounds, leading to the long residence time and intimate contact. In addition, the Pickering emulsion provided a carrier to encapsulate the tea tree oil, which caused sustained-release effects and further strengthened tea tree oil's antibacterial activity towards the Gram-negative Escherichia coli(E. coli),Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus(S. aureus) and Gram-positive methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA). Besides, this multi-phase system offered a platform to load with hydrophobic curcumin, leading to better synergistic healing effects. Meanwhile, the Pickering emulsion avoided the irritation and toxicity related to surfactants, which was far safer than the classical emulsion especially when used in the defective skin. 12Exploration and functionalization of M1-macrophage extracellular vesicles for effective accumulation in glioblastoma and strong synergistic therapeutic effects显示文摘Glioblastoma multiforme(GBM)is a highly aggressive brain tumor with an extremely low survival rate.New and effective approaches for treatment are therefore urgently needed.Here,we successfully developed M1-like macrophage-derived extracellular vesicles(M1EVs)that overcome multiple challenges via guidance from two macrophage-related observations in clinical specimens from GBM patients:enrichment of M2 macrophages in GBM;and origination of a majority of infiltrating macrophage from peripheral blood.To maximize the synergistic effect,we further functionalized the membranes of M1EVs with two hydrophobic agents(the chemical excitation source CPPO(C)and the photosensitizer Ce6(C))and loaded the hydrophilic hypoxiaactivated prodrug AQ4N(A)into the inner core of the M1EVs.After intravenous injection,the inherent nature of M1-derived extracellular vesicles CCA-M1EVs allowed for blood-brain barrier penetration,and modulated the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment via M2-to-M1 polarization,which increased hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))levels.Furthermore,the reaction between H_(2)O_(2) and CPPO produced chemical energy,which could be used for Ce6 activation to generate large amounts of reactive oxygen species to achieve chemiexcited photodynamic therapy(CDT).As this reaction consumed oxygen,the aggravation of tumor hypoxia also led to the conversion of non-toxic AQ4N into toxic AQ4 for chemotherapy.Therefore,CCA-M1EVs achieved synergistic immunomodulation,CDT,and hypoxia-activated chemotherapy in GBM to exert a potent therapeutic effect.Finally,we demonstrated the excellent effect of CCA-M1EVs against GBM in cell-derived xenograft and patient-derived xenograft models,underscoring the strong potential of our highly flexible M1EVs system to support multi-modal therapies for difficult-to-treat GBM.Xiaojun Wang Hui Ding Zongyang Li Yaonan Peng Hui Tan Changlong Wang Guodong Huang Weiping Li Guanghui Ma Wei Wei 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,4:3

14Fabrication of AlN-TiC/Al composites by gas injection processing显示文摘The fabrication of AlN-TiC/Al composites by carbon- and nitrogen-containing gas injection into Al-Mg-Ti melts was studied. It was shown that AlN and TiC particles could be formed by the in situ reaction of mixture gas (N2 + C2H2 + NH3) with Al-Mg-Ti melts. The condition for the formation of AlN was that the treatment temperature must be higher than 1373 K, and the amounts of AlN and TiC increased with the increase of the treatment temperature and the gas injection time. It was considered that AlN was formed by the direct reaction of Al with nitrogen-containing gas at the interface of the gas bubble and the melt. 15Facile one-pot emulsion/sol-gel method for preparing wrinkled silica microspheres显示文摘The present manuscript describes a facile and versatile method for preparing uniform wrinkled silica microspheres with diameters of tens of microns.The method comprises a one-pot emulsion/sol-gel method using silica precursors of organosilane and tetraethoxysilane.By controlling the sol-to-gel transition of the silica precursors,a series of silica microspheres based on uniform emulsion droplets was synthesized by membrane emulsification.The silica microspheres had a variety of surface morphologies ranging from smooth,maze-like wrinkles to polygon-like ravines.It was possible to alter the surface morphologies of the microspheres by controlling the amount of organosilane in the dispersed phase and the amount of ammonia catalyst in the continuous phase of the emulsion.The grooves on the wrinkled microspheres were able to trap polymer nanoparticles of matching size,thereby demonstrating the potential usefulness of the microspheres in separation science and drug delivery.Yuning Hu Dongxia Hao Fangling Gong Yuanyuan Gao Xingran Yan Guanghui Ma 2021Particuology2021,19,3:2
16An Enhanced IRC Algorithm for LTE Downlink Receiver in Multi-cell Environment显示文摘This paper proposes an enhanced Interference rejection combining(IRC) algorithm for Long term evolution(LTE) downlink receiver in multi-cell communication systems. In this algorithm, a proper Multiple input multiple output(MIMO) receive method is adopted according to Generalized likelihood ratio test(GLRT) intercell interference detection. Iteration between channel estimation and data detection is carried out to improve the performance of IRC algorithm. 17CO2-hierarchical activated carbon prepared from coal gasification residue: Adsorption equilibrium, isotherm, kinetic and thermodynamic studies for methylene blue removal显示文摘Mineral matter in a residue(RC G)from coal gasification(CG)was removed by two-stage acid leaching.Hierarchical activated carbon(HAC)was prepared by activating RC Gwith CO2.The performance of HAC on removing methylene blue(MB)from an aqueous solution was investigated.HAC was characterized by N2 adsorption–desorption isotherm,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that HAC exhibits hierarchical pore structure with high specific surface area(862.76 m2·g-1)and total pore volume(0.684 cm3·g-1),and abundant organic functional groups.The adsorption equilibrium data of MB on HAC are best fitted to the Redlich-Peterson.The kinetic data show that the pseudo-first-order model is more suitable at low MB concentration,while the advantages of the pseudo-second-orderand the Elovich models are more obvious as the concentration increases.According to the thermodynamic parameters,the HAC-MB adsorption process is spontaneous and endothermic.Yuhong Kang Xianyong Wei Guanghui Liu Miao Mu Xiangrong Ma Yong Gao Zhimin Zong 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,6:2

20Surface charge of PLA microparticles in regulation of antigen loading,macrophage phagocytosis and activation,and immune effects in vitro显示文摘The use of microparticles(MPs) as adjuvants has attracted increasing interest in vaccine delivery systems.Many physiochemical characteristics of MPs including hydrodynamic size,surface properties,and morphology can regulate the immune response.Surface charge is an important characteristic of MPs,but how it affects their adjuvanticity remains unknown.In this study,we prepared uniform-sized polylactide MPs coated with various polymers of different positive charge,and investigated how the surface charge affected antigen loading and macrophage phagocytosis and activation in vitro.A higher surface charge greatly enhanced antigen loading and antigen internalization into macrophages,promoted the expression of MHC 11 and CD80,and increased the secretion level of TNF-a.Taken together,these results indicated that surface charge was an important parameter for improving the adjuvanticity of MPs.Yuying Liu Xiaoming Chen Lianyan Wang Tingyuan Yang Qipeng Yuan Guanghui Ma 2014Particuology2014,12,6:1
