1Rolling texture and its effect on tensile property of a near-α titanium alloy Ti60 plate显示文摘Rolling texture and its effect on tensile properties of Ti60 alloy plates were investigated in the present study. The plates were β-rolled at 1070℃ and(α+β)-rolled at 980℃, using uni-directionally rolling(UDR) and cross-directionally rolling(CDR) processes, respectively.β-rolled plates exhibited weak textures, which were attributed to the dispersive orientations of secondary α during the β→α phase transformation. Strong deformation textures formed in(α+β)-rolled plates as a result of slipping mechanisms: the strong T-type texture in UDR plate was related to {10 1 0}[11 2 0] slipping, while the B-type texture in CDR plate was relevant with {0001}[11 2 0] slip. Strong T-type textures led to anisotropic tensile properties. B-type textures would decrease such an anisotropy. 2Properties of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Husk Fibers With Chemical Treatment for Applications in Polymer Composites显示文摘Surface science of natural fibers plays an important role in polymer/natural fiber composites. The Xanthoceras sorbifolia husk fibers were selected and chemically treated by sodium hydroxide(Na OH) solution,coupling agents,their combination,and the mixtures of acetic acid with hydrogen peroxide,respectively. 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550),γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxylsilane(KH570) and organic titanate(JN-9A) were used as coupling agents in this work. Cellulose content was found to be increased after alkalization due to the removal of the non-cellulose substances,which was evidenced by attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared(ATR e FTIR) spectroscopy spectrum analysis and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) measurements. The highest cellulose content was obtained in the bleached fibers. TGA analysis revealed an improvement in thermal stability of the treated fibers,especially for alkali-KH570 treated fibers. 3Non-isothermal Crystallization Kinetics of Polyamide 6/Diaminemodified MWNTs Nanocomposite显示文摘The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of polyamide 6/diamine-modified multi-walled carbon nanotube (PA6/D-MWNT) nanocomposite was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The modified Avrami equation, the Ozawa equation and the combined Avrami/Ozawa equation were employed to analyze the non-isothermal crystallization data. The crystallization activation energies were also evaluated by the Kissinger method. It was found that the combined Avrami/Ozawa equation could successfully describe the non-isothermal crystallization process. The results showed that D-MWNTs not only acted as effective hetero- geneous nucleating agents for PA6 and noticeably increased the crystallization temperature of PA6, but also influenced the mechanism of nucleation and crystal growth of PA6 and then reduced the overall crystallization rate of the neat PA6 matrix. 4Diabetes mellitus promoted lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer: a 15-year single-institution experience显示文摘Background: Previous studies have revealed that diabetes mellitus (DM) promotes disease progress of gastric cancer (GC). This study aimed to further investigating whether DM advanced lymph nodes (LNs) metastasis in GC.Methods: The clinicopathologic data of GC patients with >15 examined LN (ELN) between October 2004 and December 2019 from a prospectively maintained database were included. The observational outcomes included the number (N3b status) and anatomical distribution (N3 stations) of metastatic LN (MLN).Results: A total of 2142 eligible patients were included in the study between October 2004 and December 2019. N3 stations metastasis (26.8% in DMvs. 19.3% in non-DM,P = 0.026) and N3b status (18.8% in DMvs. 12.8% in non-DM,P = 0.039) were more advanced in the DM group, and multivariate logistic regression analyses confirmed that DM was an independent factor of developing N3 stations metastasis (odds ratio [OR] = 1.771,P= 0.011) and N3b status (OR= 1.752,P= 0.028). Also, multivariate analyses determined DM was independently associated with more MLN (β = 1.424,P = 0.047). The preponderance of N3 stations metastasis (DMvs. non-DM, T1-2: 2.2%vs. 4.9%, T3: 29.0%vs. 20.3%, T4a: 38.9%vs. 25.8%, T4b: 50.0%vs. 36.6%;ELN16-29: 8.6%vs. 10.4%, ELN30-44: 27.9%vs. 20.5%, ELN ≥ 45: 37.7%vs. 25.3%), N3b status (DMvs. non-DM, T1-2: 0%vs. 1.7%, T3: 16.1%vs. 5.1%, T4a: 27.8%vs. 19.1%, T4b: 44.0%vs. 28.0%;ELN16-29: 8.6%vs. 7.9%, ELN30-44: 18.0%vs. 11.8%, ELN ≥ 45: 26.4%vs. 17.3%), and the number of MLN (DMvs. non-DM, T1-2: 0.4vs. 1.1, T3: 8.6vs. 5.2, T4a: 9.7vs. 8.6, T4b: 17.0vs. 12.8;ELN16-29: 3.6vs. 4.6, ELN30-44: 5.8vs. 5.5, ELN ≥ 45: 12.0vs. 7.7) of DM group increased with the advancement of primary tumor depth stage and raising of ELN.Conclusions: DM was an independent risk factor for promoting LN metastasis. 6Fabrication of three dimensional SiC@C hybrid for efficient direct dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene显示文摘Synthesis of hybrid carbon materials with core-shell structure and robust catalytic performance is of great research interest,and remains a great challenge in catalytic dehydrogenation of hydrocarbons reaction.In this paper,few-layer sp^(2) carbon decorated SiC nanocrystals with core-shell structure(SiC@C)were fabricated through a dual-confined magnesiothermic method by employing glucose and SiO_(2) as precursors.The SiC@C nanocrystals were further crosslinked to be a three dimensional(3D)mesoporous hybrid by the in situ generated carbon as binders and exhibiting a 410.30 m^(2) g^(−1) large surface area.The as-prepared SiC@C hybrid materials as metal-free catalysts were evaluated in the steam-free direct dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene.Benefiting from the abundant surface carbonyl groups on the graphite carbon layers,the optimized yield rate of styrene normalized by carbon mass was as high as 11.58 mmol g^(−1) carbon h^(−1),nearly 4 times that of nanodiamonds.Considering the low cost and excellent catalytic activity,the hybrid 3D SiC@C material may be a promising candidate for direct dehydrogenation of hydrocarbons.Jiashun Wang Linlin Wang Jiangyong Diao Xi Xie Guoming Lin Qing Jia Hongyang Liu Guoxin Sui 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,8:0
