| 1 | Multi-Stage Basin Development and Hydrocarbon Accumulations: A Review of the Sichuan Basin at Eastern Margin of the Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Sichuan Basin is one of the uppermost petroliferous basins in China. It experienced three evolutionary phases which were marine carbonate platform(Ediacaran to Late Triassic), Indosinian-Yanshanian orogeny foreland basin(Late Triassic to Late Cretaceous) and uplift and tectonic modification(Late Cretaceous to Quaternary). The present-day tectonics of the Sichuan Basin and its periphery are characterized by three basic elements which are topography, basement type and surface structure, and two settings(plate margin and interior). Therefore, be subdivided into five units which have different structure and tectonic history. The basin contains five different sets of source rocks with thickness up to 2 500 m. These source rocks were well preserved due to the presence of Middel–Lower Triassic evaporites(>~200 m) and thick terrestrial sediments filling in the Indosinian-Yanshanian foreland basin(>3 000 m). The uplift and erosion since Late Cretaceous has significant influence on cross-strata migration and accumulation of oil and gas. | 2 | Effects of Fatty Acids on Low-Sulfur Diesel Lubricity:Experimental Investigation, DFT Calculation and MD Simulation显示文摘The continuous reduction in sulfur content of fuels would lead to diesel fuel with poor lubricity which could result in engine pump failure. In the present work, fatty acids were adopted as lubricity additives to low-sulfur diesel fuel. It was attempted to correlate the molecular structures of fatty acids, such as carbon chain length, degree of saturation and hydroxylation, to their lubricity enhancement, which was evaluated by the High-Frequency Reciprocating Rig (HFRR) method. The efficiency order was supported by the density functional theory (DFT) calculations and the molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. The lubricity enhancing properties of fatty acids are mainly determined by the cohesive energy of adsorbed films formed on iron surface. | 3 | Comparison of nitrate-removal efficiency and bacterial properties using PCL and PHBV polymers as a carbon source to treat aquaculture water显示文摘Nitrate(NO_(3)^(−))accumulation in recirculating aquaculture systems(RASs)with high stocking densities presents a problem for reared animals and the environment.The use of a biodegradable polymer as organic carbon for heterotrophic denitrification exhibits good performance for NO_(3)^(−)removal from wastewater.A comparison of NO_(3)^(−)–N removal efficiency and bacterial properties using polycaprolactone(PCL)and poly(3-hydroxybutyrateco-3-hydroxyvalerate)(PHBV)as carbon sources to treat aquaculture water was conducted for a 102-day period.The results indicated that the NO_(3)^(−)–N removal rates of 0.27±0.07 and 0.19±0.05 g/L per day,respectively,could be achieved with influent concentrations ranging from 81.1 to 132.75 mg/L and a flow rate of 1 L/h.The removal of NO_(3)^(−)–N versus consumed PCL(1:1 w/w)was significantly higher than that versus consumed PHBV(0.3:1 w/w)(P<0.05).The concentrations of effluent nitrite-nitrogen and total ammonium nitrogen were maintained at an acceptable level.The bacterial community structures between the two types of reactors varied significantly.Acidovorax and Denitratisoma were the top two genera of the bacterial community in the biofilm in the PCL beads with a dominance of 26.83%and 6.67%,respectively.In the PHBV beads,Acidovorax at 17.95%and Bdellovibrio at 6.37%were the top two genera.The PCL-denitrification reactor developed in this study showed better potential than the PHBV-denitrification reactor in removing NO_(3)^(−)from aquaculture water. | Guozhi Luo Zhiwei Hou Luqi Tian Hongxin Tan | 2020 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2020,5,2: | 5 |
| 4 | Comparing salinities of 0, 10 and 20 in biofloc genetically improved farmed tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) production systems显示文摘A 150 days(150-d)experiment was carried out to investigate the production efficiency,inorganic nitrogen syndrome and bacteria community of indoor biofloc technology(BFT)systems used to rear genetically improved farmed tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus)under 0(S-0),10(S-10),and 20 salinities(S20).The start-up period for BFT was 50,60 and 80 d for S-0,S-10 and S-20 groups,respectively.At steady state,the total ammonium nitrogen(NH4þ-N)and nitrite nitrogen(NO2-N)were lower than 3.0 mg/L and 0.34 mg/L,respectively and no nitrate-nitrogen(NO3-N)accumulation was observed.The fish survival rate was above 95%for all the groups.The final fish biomass of the S-10 group(35.83±1.08 kg/m^(3))was not significantly different from the S-0(34.79±1.33 kg/m^(3))group but was significantly higher than S-20(32.6±1.04 kg/m3).The feed conversion ratio for the tilapia in S-20 was 1.46,which was higher than the ratio in S-0(1.40)and S-10(1.39)tilapia.There was no significant difference in the crude protein content of the back muscle from tilapia of the three experimental groups.No significant difference in blood parameters,except for aspartate aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase was observed between the three groups.Evaluation of microorganisms in the three BFT systems revealed that Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,and Fusobacteria were the top three at the phylum level in all groups.However,a significant difference was observed at the genus level in the bacteria of the three BFTs at different salinity(P<0.05).©2017 Published by Elsevier B.V.on behalf of Shanghai Ocean University.This is an open access article。 | Guozhi Luo Wenqing Li Hongxin Tan Xiaoqing Chen | 2017 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2017,2,5: | 5 |
| 5 | Experimental and Molecular Dynamics Simulations for Investigating the Effect of FattyAcid and Its Derivatives on Low Sulfur Diesel Lubricity显示文摘In this work,fatty acid and its derivatives were adopted as lubricity additives for low sulfur diesel.Tribological evaluation obtained from the High-Frequency Reciprocating Rig(HFRR)apparatus showed that the lubricating performance of the additives increased in the following order:stearic acid>glycol monopalmitate>stearyl alcohol>ethyl palmitate>cetyl ethyl ether.The adsorption behavior of the additives on Fe(110)surface and Fe2O3(001)surface was investigated by molecular dynamics(MD)simulations to verify their lubricity performance.The results suggested that adsorption energies of the additives on Fe(110)surface are determined by the van der Waals forces,while adsorptions on Fe2O3(001)surface are significantly attributed to the electrostatic attractive forces.Higher values of adsorption energy of the additives on Fe2O3(001)surface indicate that the additive has more efficient lubricity enhancing properties. | Luo Hui Fan Weiyu Li Yang Zhao Pinhui Nan Guozhi | 2013 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2013,15,3: | 4 |
| 6 | Comprehensive energy, economic, environmental assessment of a building integrated photovoltaic-thermoelectric system with battery storage for net zero energy building显示文摘To realize the goal of net zero energy building(NZEB),the integration of renewable energy and novel design of buildings is needed.The paths of energy demand reduction and additional energy supply with renewables are separated.In this study,those two are merged into one integration.The concept is based on the combination of photovoltaic,thermoelectric modules,energy storage and control algorithms.Five types of building envelope systems,namely PV+TE(S1),Grid+TE(S2),PV+Grid+TE(S3),PV+Battery+TE(S4)and PV+Grid+Battery+TE(S5)are studied,from aspects of energy,economic and environmental(E3)performance.The new envelope systems can achieve thermal load reduction while providing additional cooling/heating supply,which can promote advance of NZEBs.It is found that there is a typical optimum setting of thermal energy load for each one of them with minimum annual power consumption.Except for the S1 system,the rest can realize negative accumulated power consumption in a year-round operation,which means the thermal load of building envelope could be zero.The uniform annual cost for S1 to S5 under interest rate of 0.04 are 19.78,14.77,23.83,60.53,64.94$/m2,respectively.The S5 system has the highest environmental effect with 3.04 t/m2 reduction of CO_(2) over 30 years of operation. | Yongqiang Luo Nan Cheng Shicong Zhang Zhiyong Tian Guozhi Xu Xinyan Yang Jianhua Fan | 2022 | Building Simulation2022,15,11: | 2 |
| 7 | Effect of dissolved oxygen on nitrate removal using polycaprolactone as an organic carbon source and biofilm carrier in fixed-film denitrifying reactors显示文摘Nitrate-nitrogen(NO_3^--N) always accumulates in commercial recirculating aquaculture systems(RASs) with aerobic nitrification units. The ability to reduce NO_3^--N consistently and confidently could help RASs to become more sustainable. The rich dissolved oxygen(DO)content and sensitive organisms stocked in RASs increase the difficulty of denitrifying technology. A denitrifying process using biologically degradable polymers as an organic carbon source and biofilm carrier was proposed because of its space-efficient nature and strong ability to remove NO_3^--N from RASs. The effect of dissolved oxygen(DO) levels on heterotrophic denitrification in fixed-film reactors filled with polycaprolactone(PCL) was explored in the current experiment. DO conditions in the influent of the denitrifying reactors were set up as follows: the anoxic treatment group(Group A, average DO concentration of 0.28 ± 0.05 mg/L), the low-oxygen treatment DO group(Group B, average DO concentration of 2.50 ± 0.24 mg/L) and the aerated treatment group(Group C, average DO concentration of 5.63 ± 0.57 mg/L). Feeding with 200 mg/L of NO_3^--N, the NO_3^--N removal rates were 1.53, 1.60 and 1.42 kg/m3PCL/day in Groups A, B and C, respectively. No significant difference in NO_3^--N removal rates was observed among the three treatments. | 16 | Effect of seeding biofloc on the nitrification establishment in moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR)显示文摘In recirculating aquaculture systems,nitrification is usually accelerated by inoculating nitrifier or mature biocarriers.In this study,the performance of the establishment of nitrification in the MBBR according to three different strategies:conventional method(Control group A),inoculation with biofloc recovered from a tilapia biofloc culture system(Group B),and addition with extra nitrite(Group C)in the Moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR)was compared.Among them,the biofloc-inoculated group considerably accelerated the nitrification process in the MBBR(38 d),which is roughly 18 d faster than the control group(A)(56 d)and 21 d faster than group C(59 d).Less ammonia(8 mg/L NH_(4)^(+)-N,10 mg/L in other groups)and external nitrite(2 mg/L NO_(2)��^(-)N)in the influent caused effluent ammonia to drop more slowly(5 d slower than the control group,8 d slower than the B group),which is detrimental to the nitrification process’development.Notably,the influent’s hydraulic retention time(HRT)was reduced from 12 h to 6 h following the successful establishment of nitrification.During the adaptation to reduced HRT,the MBBR inoculated with biofloc experienced short-term changes in the water quality index of the effluent water,whereas the other groups did not.The biofilm seeded with biofloc had the highest mean gray value ratio(1.42)of live/dead cell fluorescence,which grew better and could cover the entire groove under multiple microscope observations.However,the other groups did not demonstrate a similar trend.In summary,the research found that seeding biofloc use as nitrification bioaugmentation into the MBBR of the recirculating aquaculture system(RAS)to greatly speed up the nitrification process. | Hanwen Zheng Guozhi Luo Godwin Abakari Guoji Lv Hongxin Tan Wenchang Liu | 2023 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2023,8,6: | 0 |

| 18 | Study on Intermittent Discharge Characteristics of Typical Solid Insulation Defects in Gas Insulated Switchgear显示文摘In response to the problem of frequent leakage and false alarm of partial discharge insulation defects in GIS,this paper conducts experimental research on intermittent discharge characteristics of common solid insulation defects in GIS.Using true GIS to build amulti-source testing platform for intermittent discharge of solid insulation defects,and using pulse current method,ultra-high frequency method,ultrasonic method,and gas characteristic component detectionmethod to study the variation law of intermittent discharge characteristics of solid insulation defects.The results showthat:the intermittent discharge state of metal fouling defects on the solid insulation surface decreases with the extension of the discharge time,the discharge time interval as a whole shows an increasing trend,and the metal fouling defects on the solid insulation surface in the intermittent discharge state is difficult to develop into a breakdown discharge fault.The overall discharge amount of air gap defects inside solid insulation also shows the law of increasing first and then decreasing,and the discharge amount of air gap defects inside solid insulation stays at a large level for a long time during intermittent discharge,and there is a risk of breakdown,and the discharge will gradually evolve into continuous discharge;ultrasonic method and characteristic component detection method cannot realize the effective perception of intermittent discharge of metal fouling.The 50-period mapping information commonly used in the power field cannot reflect the intermittent discharge variation law of solid insulation,and the 200-period UHF mapping composed of four groups of 50-period UHF mapping data can initially derive the intermittent discharge distribution law of solid insulation defects.The research results of this paper are of great significance to expand the knowledge of intermittent discharge characteristics and the detection of GIS discharge defects in the field. | Xu Yang Jing Zhang Chuanxian Luo Qinqing Huang HuiXu Guozhi Zhang | 2023 | Energy Engineering2023,120,9: | 0 |

| 20 | 31p NMR study of magnetic phase transitions of MnP single crystal under 2 GPa pressure显示文摘Superconductivity on the border of the long-range magnetic order has been discovered in Mn P under high pressures. In order to investigate the nature of the magnetic properties adjacent to the superconducting state, we performed zero-field 31 P NMR for Mn P single crystal under ambient and hydrostatic pressure of 2 GPa, respectively. Radio frequency power level was used to determine whether NMR signal originates from a helical state or not. When 2 GPa pressure was applied, the signal from helical state exists even above 160 K, while that from the ferromagnetic phase was not observed.
