1Error analysis and calibration for underwater sound intensity measuring system显示文摘Based on measuring the cross-spectrum density of sound pressure between two hydrophones, the facility for underwater sound intensity measurement is investigated and designed. According to the principle of two-hydrophone method for intensity measurement, the error analysis is carried out. Given the method of sound intensity measurement calibration for this underwater sound intensity measurement facility, the uncertainty of intensity measurement by this facility is evaluated. 2Investigation on acoustic holography reconstruction of scattering field of target显示文摘The BEM-based (Boundary Element Method) scattering near field acoustic holography technique, which can be used to reconstruct the scattering sound field on the surface of a target and predict the whole scattering field from measured scattering near field, is described. First, the fundamental equations of this method and the related separation method for scattering field are brought forward. 3Interactive effect of hot air roasting processes on the sensory property,allergenicity,and oil extraction of sesame(Sesamum indicum L.)seeds显示文摘Sesame seeds are a healthy food ingredient and an oil crop for sesame oil production;however,it has recently been recognized as an essential allergenic food by FAO/WHO.This research investigated the relationship between the hot air roasting process(at 120,150,and 180℃ for 10,20,and 30 min)and several quality attributes of sesame seeds since roasting is the key process for preparing sesame seeds for both consumption and oil production.The hot air process followed the central composite design.The changes of sesame in terms of color,sensory properties(odor,texture,color,and taste),allergenicity caused by oleosins(ses i 4 and ses i 5),as well as oil extraction and quality were monitored using a colorimeter,sensory evaluation panelists,ELISA,as well as oil yield and acid value,respectively.Roasting temperature influenced the product quality more than roasting time,although the two processing parameters significantly interacted with each other(P<0.001).Sensory evaluation indicated medium roasting generated attractive flavor,order,appearance,and crispy texture.Allergenicity was high in sesame seeds after high-temperature roasting,according to IgE binding capacity test.Sesame oil extraction was favored by high-temperature roasting,which,however,adversely affected the oil quality.The optimal roasting conditions were 150.5℃ for 15 min for optimized sesame seeds quality in terms of sensory properties and allergenicity,while roasting at 158℃ for 10 min was optimal for sesame oil production.The finding will benefit the sesame seed industry.Shudong He Tiange Pan Zuoyong Zhang Yanni Wu Hanju Sun Youshui Ma Yi Zhang 2023Grain & Oil Science and Technology2023,6,2:0
4Spectrum of turbulent-boundary-layer fluctuation pressure and response of a polyvinylidence fluoride hydrophone显示文摘The point power spectrum density and the wavenumber frequency spectrum density of turbulent - boundary- layer fluctuation pressure were measured in water-tunnel by use of a 8 mm hydrophone and a 20-element array, respectively. The non-dimensional representation of measured point power spectrum coincides with the measured results by Bull M. K. et. al. in wind tunnel. The convection peak can be seen clearly in the measured wavenumber frequency spectrum and the convection velocity can be calculated from the location of the convection peak. The response spectrum of a polyvinylidence fluoride (PVDF) hydrophone, which receiving area is 100 mm× 60 nun, was also measured. 5A technique of reconstructing field for measuring sound reflection coefficients at arbitrary angles of incidence显示文摘An improved reconstructing field method for measuring sound reflection coefficient of a large impedance surface at arbitrary incident angles is proposed in this paper. In order to get the reflection coefficient by the Spatial Transformation of Sound Fields (STSF), the complex pressure on two parallel planes near by the material surface or the reflection surface must be measured. By the acoustic intensity measurement, the phases of complex pressure on two parallel planes are given.
