| 1 | Compensation trends of the angulation of first molars:retrospective study of 1403 malocclusion cases显示文摘We investigated the compensatory trends of mesiodistal angulation of first molars in malocclusion cases. We compared differences in the angulation of first molars in different developmental stages, malocclusion classifications and skeletal patterns. The medical records and lateral cephalogrammes of 1 403 malocclusion cases taken before treatment were measured to evaluate compensation of molar angulation in relation to the skeletal jaw. The cases were stratified by age, Angle classification and skeletal patterns. Differences in the mesiodistal angulation of the first molars were compared among the stratifications. We observed three main phenomena. First,angulation of the upper first molar varied significantly with age and tipped most distally in cases aged,12 years and least distally in cases aged.16 years. The lower first molar did not show such differences. Second, in Angle Class II or skeletal Class II cases, the upper first molar was the most distally tipped, the lower first molar was the most mesially tipped, and opposite angulation compensation was observed in Class III cases. Third, in high-angle cases, the upper and lower first molars were the most distally tipped, and opposite angulation compensation was observed in low-angle cases. These data suggest that the angulation of the molars compensated for various growth patterns and malocclusion types. | 2 | 复杂性长段尿道狭窄与勃起功能之间的关系:初步调查和描述性研究显示文摘本研究的目的在于评估超长尿道狭窄患者尿道重建术后的勃起功能情况。该研究我们共纳入65名患者,其中根据每个患者具体的尿道狭窄情况,实施个体化的尿道重建术式。我们在术前、术后对每个病人都进行阴茎勃起功能的评估。尿道狭窄的长度及部位、首次诊断到最终的手术时间间隔也在记录的范围之内。随访患者术后3、6、12个月IIEF.5评分、QOL评分及最大尿流率,并与术前相应情况进行比较分析。结果显示术后3、6和12个月患者QOL评分及最大尿流率相较于术前有显著改善(P〈0.05)。多段尿道狭窄患者术后3个月的勃起功能有明显下降(P〈O.05),但在术后6、12月的两个随访点时,其勃起功能有不同程度的恢复。前尿道狭窄患者在术后3、6、12月的随访时间点上IIEF-5评分均高于同期的多段尿道狭窄术后患者。在术后勃起功能障碍患者与术后勃起功能正常患者之间,年龄和首次诊断到最终的手术间隔时间没有明显的差异,但我们发现IIEF-5评分和尿道狭窄的位置存在线性回归关系。重建手术方面,其本身对长段尿道狭窄患者术后的勃起功能影响有限。尿道狭窄的位置,尤其是波及到后尿道,是术后对勃起功能产生影响的因素。 | Hong Xie Yue-Min Xu Qiang Fu Ying-Long Sa YongQiao | 2015 | Asian Journal of Andrology2015，17，2： | 7 |

| 4 | Evaluation of erectile function after urethral reconstruction:a prospective study显示文摘We conducted a prospective study of erectile dysfunction(ED)after urethral reconstructive surgery,using the 5-item International Index of Erectile Function(IIEF-5),the Sexual Life Quality Questionnaire(SLQQ)and the Quality of Life Questionnaire(QoLQ).Between January 2003 and July 2007,125 male patients with urethral strictures underwent urethroplasty,and pre-and post-surgery erectile function was assessed using these three questionnaires.A formula to predict the probability of ED after urethroplasty was derived.At 3 months post-operatively,there was a significant decrease in IIEF-5(16.57±7.98)and SLQQ scores(28.71±14.84)compared with pre-operative scores(P<0.05).However,the IIEF-5 scores rebounded at 6 months post-operatively(17.22±8.41).Logistical regression analysis showed that the location of the urethral stricture,the recurrence of strictures and the choice of surgical technique were predictive of the post-operative occurrence of ED.This study identified the clinical risk factors for ED after urethroplasty.Posterior urethral stricture and end-to-end anastomosis were found to have a strong relationship with erectile function.The logistical model derived in this study may be applied to clinical decision algorithms for patients with urethral strictures. | Hong Xie Yue-Min Xu Xiao-Lin Xu Yin-Long Sa Deng-Long Wu Xin-Chi Zhang | 2009 | Asian Journal of Andrology2009，11，2： | 6 |

| 6 | The efficacy of fluoropyrimidine.based adjuvant chemotherapy on biliary tract cancer after R0 resection显示文摘Background: The optimal treatment strategy for biliary tract cancer(BTC) after curative?intent resection remains con?troversial. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of fluoropyrimidine?based adjuvant chemotherapy for BTC patients undergoing microscopically margin?negative(R0) resection.Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of BTC patients who underwent curative?intent R0 resection. Patients were eligible if they received either fluoropyrimidine?based adjuvant chemotherapy or observation after R0 resection.Results: A total of 153 patients were included. In the entire patient cohort, no significant differences were observed in 5?year overall survival(OS) rates(48.4% vs. 39.6%, P = 0.439) or 3?year recurrence?free survival(RFS) rates(49.1% vs. 39.5%, P = 0.299) between patients who received fluoropyrimidine?based adjuvant chemotherapy or observation.
