1Mechanism of electroacupuncture on inflammatory pain: neural-immune-endocrine interactions显示文摘Nociceptive signals are transmitted by peripheral afferents to the central nervous system under pain condition, a process that involves various neurotransmitters and pathways. Electroacupuncture (EA) has been widely used as a pain management technique in clinical practice. Emerging studies have shown that EA can inhibit the induction and transmission of pain signals and, consequently, mediate anti-nociceptive and anti-inflammatory effects by rebalancing the neural-immune-endocrine interactions. This review summarizes the neural-immune- endocrine circuit including peripheral afferent and central efferent, contributing to EA-induced neuroimmune and neuroendocrine modulation in inflammatory pain models. The peripheral afferent circuit includes crosstalk among immune cells, inflammatory cytokines, peripheral nociceptors. In central efferent primarily involves the neuroinflammatory interactions between spinal nociceptive neurons and glial cells. Furthermore, the hypothalamic- pituitary-adrenal axis, sympathetic and vagal nervous may serve as an essential pathway involved in the mechanism of acupuncture-mediated analgesia within the interactions of the central, immune and endocrine systems. 2Image Smearing Modeling and Verification for Strapdown Star Sensor显示文摘To further extend study on celestial attitude determination with strapdown star sensor from static into dynamic field, one prerequisite is to generate precise dynamic simulating star maps. First a neat analytical solution of the smearing trajectory caused by spacecraft attitude maneuver is deduced successfully, whose parameters cover the geometric size of optics, three-axis angular velocities and CCD integral time. Then for the first time the mathematical law and method are discovered about how to synthesize the two formulae of smearing trajectory and the static Gaussian distribution function (GDF) model, the key of which is a line integral with regard to the static GDF attenuated by a factor 1/ L s (L s is the arc length of the smearing trajectory) along the smearing trajectory. The dynamic smearing model is then obtained, also in an analytical form. After that, three sets of typical simulating maps and data are simulated from this dynamic model manifesting the expected smearing effects, also compatible with the linear model as its special case of no boresight rotation. Finally, model validity tests on a rate turntable are carried out, which results in a mean correlation coefficient 0.920 0 between the camera images and the corresponding model simulated ones with the same parameters. The sufficient similarity verifies the validity of the dynamic smearing model. 3Resistance characteristics of paste pipeline flow in a pulse-pumping environment显示文摘Paste flow patterns and microscopic particle structures were studied in a pressurized environment generated by a pulse pump.Complex loop-pipe experiments and fluid-solid coupling-based simulations were conducted.The scanning electron microscopy technique was also applied.Results revealed that flow resistance is closely related to pipeline curvature and angle in a complex pipe network.The vertical downward-straight pipe-inclined downward combination was adopted to effectively reduce the loss in resistance along with reducing the number of bends or increasing the radius of bend curvature.The maximum velocity ratio and velocity offset values could quantitatively characterize the influences of different pipeline layouts on the resistance.The correlation reached 96%.Particle distribution and interparticle forces affected flow resistance.Uniform particle states and weak interparticle forces were conducive to steady transport.Pulse pump pressure led to high flow resistance.It could improve pipe flow stability by increasing flow uniformity and particle motion stability.These results can contribute to safe and efficient paste filling.Haiyong Cheng Zemin Liu Shunchuan Wu Hong Li Jiaqi Zhu Wei Sun Guanzhao Jiang 2023International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,8:0
4Strengthening synergistic effects between hard carbon and soft carbon enabled by connecting precursors at molecular level towards high-performance potassium ion batteries显示文摘Synergistic effects between hard carbons and soft carbons are proven to be helpful for improving the electrochemical performance of carbonaceous anode for potassium-ion batteries(PIBs).However,the phase separation of precursors limits the synergistic effects and improvement of electrochemical performance.Here,inspired by the esterification reaction,the precursors of two sorts of carbon are connected at the molecular level,which boosts the synergistic effects in hybrid carbon,resulting in excellent electrochemical kinetics and low charge/discharge voltage.Consequently,the hybrid carbon anode exhibited a high specific capacity of 121 mAh·g^(−1)at 3.2 A·g^(−1),a high-rate capability,and stable cycling performance.After 500 cycles at 1 A·g^(−1),the average capacity fading is only 0.078%per cycle.Hongqiang Xu Boshi Cheng Quan Du Yuting Zhang Haojie Duan Ishioma L.Egun Bo Yin Haiyong He 2023Nano Research2023,16,8:0
5Application of UAV-Based Imaging and Deep Learning in Assessment of Rice Blast Resistance显示文摘Rice blast is regarded as one of the major diseases of rice.Screening rice genotypes with high resistance to rice blast is a key strategy for ensuring global food security.Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV)-based imaging,coupled with deep learning,can acquire high-throughput imagery related to rice blast infection.In this study,we developed a segmented detection model(called RiceblastSegMask)for rice blast detection and resistance evaluation.The feasibility of different backbones and target detection models was further investigated.RiceblastSegMask is a two-stage instance segmentation model,comprising an image-denoising backbone network,a feature pyramid,a trinomial tree fine-grained feature extraction combination network,and an image pixel codec module.The results showed that the model combining the image-denoising and fine-grained feature extraction based on the Swin Transformer and the feature pixel matching feature labels with the trinomial tree recursive algorithm performed the best.The overall accuracy for instance segmentation of RiceblastSegMask reached 97.56%,and it demonstrated a satisfactory accuracy of 90.29%for grading unique resistance to rice blast.These results indicated that low-altitude remote sensing using UAV,in conjunction with the proposed RiceblastSegMask model,can efficiently calculate the extent of rice blast infection,offering a new phenotypic tool for evaluating rice blast resistance on a field scale in rice breeding programs.LIN Shaodan YAO Yue LI Jiayi LI Xiaobin MA Jie WENG Haiyong CHENG Zuxin YE Dapeng 2023Rice science2023,30,6:0
