1Genetic diversity of Tricholoma matsutake in Yunnan Province显示文摘To investigate the genetic diversity of Tricholoma matsutake,we studied ITS and IGS1 sequences and PCR polymorphism of a retrotransposon in 56 fruit bodies collected from 13 counties of 9 regions in Yunnan Province. We found one and three haplotypes based on ITS and IGS1 sequences,respectively. Moreover,there was no significant difference in PCR polymorphism of the retrotransposon among different populations. 2Experimental Studies on Modified Suction Caissons in Fine Sand Subject to Uplift Loading显示文摘A modified suction caisson(MSC), which was reported by the authors of this paper previously, comprises an external short-skirted structure that is added to a regular suction caisson(RSC). It has been proved that MSCs can improve the lateral bearing capacity and limit the deflection of the caisson compared with RSCs. A series of model tests were conducted to investigate responses of MSCs subject to uplift loading in saturated sand. The effects of external skirt dimensions on the uplift bearing capacity of MSCs were considered. In addition, the influences of the sealed top lid of the skirted structure on the uplift bearing capacity and the resulting passive suction of MSCs were also studied. It was found that the uplift bearing capacities of MSCs are 1.4-1.7 times that of RSCs. Moreover, test results in serviceable conditions show that the sealed external skirted structure of perspex-made suction caissons significantly contributed to the uplift bearing capacity as a result of passive suction.Hanbo Zhai Dayong Li 2017Transactions of Tianjin University2017,23,6:5

7Investigation on micro-mechanism of palm oil as natural ester insulating oil for overheating thermal fault analysis of transformers显示文摘In order to explore the pyrolysis mechanism of palm oil as the natural ester insulating liquid from the molecular aspect,the ReaxFF reactive force field was used to simulate the pyrolysis process of palm oil.Firstly,the molecular models of the four main molecules of palm oil-tripalmitin,trilinolein,triolein,and tristearin-are constructed via density functional theory(DFT).Secondly,the vibrational frequencies of the four molecules are calculated,so as to calculate the infrared(IR)spectra.Thirdly,molecular dynamics(MD)simulations employing the ReaxFF method are performed to simulate the pyrolysis reaction of the palm oil system under different temperatures,so as to observe the generation pathways of major products used in the dissolved gas analysis(DGA)in the transformer thermal fault analysis.Finally,hydrogen bonds in the pyrolysis process are counted.It is found that the number of hydrogen bonds gradually increased with the increase of pyrolysis time and pyrolysis temperature.It reveals why the life of the insulating paper immersed with natural esters is prolonged,and why the breakdown voltage is reduced slowly in the actual experiment from another perspective.This study can provide theoretical guidance and effective reference for the thermal fault analysis of an insulating liquid using palm oil as raw material.Hanbo Zheng Xufan Li Yongji Feng Hang Yang Weijie Lv 2022High Voltage2022,7,4:1
8Confined Pyrolysis Synthesis of Well-dispersed Cobalt Copper Bimetallic Three-dimensional N-Doped Carbon Framework as Efficient Water Splitting Electrocatalyst显示文摘Hydrogen is one of the most desirable alternatives to fossil fuels due to its renewability and large energy density.Electrochemical water splitting,as an environmental-friendly way to produce H_(2) of high-purity,is drawing more and more attention.Conductive nitrogen-doped carbon frameworks derived from metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have been applied as promising electrocatalysts thanks to their superior conductivity,numerous active sites and hierarchical porous structures.However,traditional uncontrolled pyrolysis will lead to aggregation or fusion of the metal sites in MOFs or even cause collapse of the three-dimensional structures.Herein,we provide a confinement pyrolysis strategy to fabricate a CoCu bimetallic N-doped carbon framework derived from MOFs,which exhibits satisfactory catalytic performance with overpotentials of 199 mV towards hydrogen evolution reaction and 301 mV towards oxygen evolution reaction to reach 10 mA/cm^(2) in an alkaline solution.This work presents further inspirations for preserving the original skeleton of MOFs during high temperature pyrolysis in order to obtain more stable and efficient electrocatalyst.ZHANG Ziqi WANG Hanbo LI Yuxin XIE Minggang LI Chunguang LU Haiyan PENG Yu SHI Zhan 2022Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2022,38,3:1
9Physiological and biomass partitioning shifts to water stress under distinct soil types in Populus deltoides saplings显示文摘土壤类型是影响植物分布和生产力的重要环境因素,但有关土壤环境异质性对植物抗逆性效应的研究非常缺乏。本研究以美洲黑杨(Populus deltoids)为对象,以3种典型土壤类型(红壤、黄壤和黄棕壤)为栽培基质,在控制实验条件下,经过三个月的干旱胁迫(25%田间持水量)处理,测定了不同处理条件下美洲黑杨的气体交换速率、抗氧化能力、氮代谢特征、生物量积累与分配特征。研究结果表明,在红壤和黄壤条件下,与对照(75%田间持水量)相比,干旱胁迫显著降低了美洲黑杨各器官的生物量、光合速率、叶片氮同化酶的活性,显著增加了叶片中过氧化氢、丙二醛和无机氮的含量。在黄棕壤条件下,干旱对美洲黑杨总生物量、光合速率、氮同化酶以及质膜完整性的负面影响较小,这与其维持较高的超氧化物歧化酶,过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的活性相关,也与其生物量分配模式(如提高根冠比)密切相关。由此可见,生长在黄棕壤条件下的美洲黑杨表现出较强的抗旱能力,这可能与其土壤母质中较高的土壤养分和良好的通气状况相关。因此,就土壤类型而言,与红壤和黄壤相比,黄棕壤提供的土壤环境条件有利于美洲黑杨的抗逆表现和栽培利用。Senlin Yang Jian Shi Lianghua Chen Jian Zhang Danju Zhang Zhenfeng Xu Jiujin Xiao Peng Zhu Yang Liu Tiantian Lin Li Zhang Hanbo Yang Yu Zhong 2020Journal of Plant Ecology2020,13,5:0
10Plasmonic nanostructures acting as a light-driven O_(2)-sensitive nitroreductase mimic for enhanced photochemical oxidation of para-aminothiophenol显示文摘Nanozymes,as a novel form of enzyme mimics,have garnered considerable interest.Despite overcoming the main disadvantages of their natural analogs,they still face challenges such as restricted mimic types and low substrate specificity.Herein,we introduce a reactive ligand modification strategy to diversify enzyme mimic types.Specifically,we have utilized helical plasmonic nanorods(HPNRs)modified with para-nitrothiophenol(4-NTP)to create an oxygen-sensitive nitroreductase(NTR)with light-controllability.HPNRs act as a light-adjustable source of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide/nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate(NAD(P)H),providing photon-generated energetic electrons to adsorbed 4-NTP molecules.In the presence of O_(2),the activated 4-NTP transfers the captured electron to the adsorbed O_(2),mimicking the electron transfer process in its natural counterpart.This enhanced O_(2)activation notably boosts the oxidative coupling of para-aminothiophenol(4-ATP).Density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that hot electrons injected into the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO)energy level of 4-NTP can be transferred to that of molecular oxygen.In conclusion,our findings underline the potential of the reactive ligand modification strategy in developing new types of enzyme reactions,which opens up promising avenues for the enhancement and diversification of nanozyme functionalities.Xinshuang Gao Jia-jia Zheng Hanbo Li Rui Cai Xingfa Gao Xiaochun Wu 2023Nano Research2023,16,11:0
11Insights into simultaneous adsorption and oxidation of antimonite[Sb(III)]by crawfish shell-derived biochar:spectroscopic investigation and theoretical calculations显示文摘Removal of antimonite[Sb(Ⅲ)]from the aquatic environment and reducing its biotoxicity is urgently needed to safeguard environmental and human health.Herein,crawfish shell-derived biochars(CSB),pyrolyzed at 350,500,and 650℃,were used to remediate Sb(Ⅲ)in aqueous solutions.The adsorption data best fitted to the pseudo-second-order kinetic and Langmuir isotherm models.Biochar produced at 350℃(CSB350)showed the highest adsorption capacity(27.7 mg g^(−1)),and the maximum 78%oxidative conversion of Sb(Ⅲ)to Sb(V).The adsorption results complemented with infrared(FTIR),X-ray photoelectron(XPS),and near-edge X-ray absorption fine structure(NEXAFS)spectroscopy analyses indicated that the adsorption of Sb(Ⅲ)on CSB involved electrostatic interaction,surface complexation with oxygen-containing functional groups(C=O,O=C-O),π-πcoordination with aromatic C=C and C-H groups,and H-bonding with-OH group.Density functional theory calculations verified that surface complexation was the most dominant adsorption mechanism,whilstπ-πcoordination and H-bonding played a secondary role.Furthermore,electron spin resonance(ESR)and mediated electrochemical reduction/oxidation(MER/MEO)analyses confirmed that Sb(Ⅲ)oxidation at the biochar surface was governed by persistent free radicals(PFRs)(•O_(2)^(−)and•OH)and the electron donating/accepting capacity(EDC/EAC)of biochar.The abundance of preferable surface functional groups,high concentration of PFRs,and high EDC conferred CSB350 the property of an optimal adsorbent/oxidant for Sb(Ⅲ)removal from water.The encouraging results of this study call for future trials to apply suitable biochar for removing Sb(Ⅲ)from wastewater at pilot scale and optimize the process.Hanbo Chen Yurong Gao Jianhong Li Chenghua Sun Binoy Sarkar Amit Bhatnagar Nanthi Bolan Xing Yang Jun Meng Zhongzhen Liu Hong Hou Jonathan WCWong Deyi Hou Wenfu Chen Hailong Wang 2022Biochar2022,4,1:0
12Using satellite magnetic data to divide geological tectonic units of South China Sea显示文摘The South China Sea locates at the convergence center of the Eurasian Plate,the Pacific Plate and the Indo-Australia plate. The Cenozoic seafloor spreading in the South China Sea Basin is an important part of the tectonic evolution of the South China Sea that records information of the continental margin tectonic history and its impact on regional geologic evolution. Magnetic data contains abundant geological structure information from the surface to deep. This paper reports magnetic data of the South China Sea. Through the conventional processing of these magnetic data,we report general results on the regional magnetic anomalies,such as the upward continuation graph,the polar magnetic anomaly map and the magnetic anomaly partition map. 13Interfacial Features of Stainless Steel/Titanium Alloy Multi-metal Fabricated by Laser Additive Manufacturing显示文摘Laser additive manufacturing(LAM)is promising for fabricating multi-metallic component,but the mechanism of microstructural evolution at the interface of two metals is still needed to research further.In this study,a 316L stainless steel/Ti6Al4V alloy multi-metal was fabricated by LAM,and the mechanism of intermetallic phase transformation was deeply investigated.Results show that a strong reaction zone(SRZ)can be induced at the interface of the multi-metal.The phase constituents at the SRZ vary fromχ(Ti_(5)Fe_(17)Cr_(5))+Fe_(2)Ti+α′-Ti+β-Ti or FeTi to Fe_(2)Ti+χwhen the laser power is increased.When the scanning speed is further decreased,the thickness of the SRZ is significantly increased,andα′-Ti phase is also formed at this region besides Fe_(2)Ti andχphases.Moreover,the micro-hardness at the SRZ is increased,caused by the intermetallic phase transformation and elemental interdiffusion at the interface.Jialin Yang Xing Li Hanbo Yao Yingchun Guan 2022Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2022,35,8:0
14Temperature-modulated inversion and switching of chiroptical responses in dynamic side-by-side oligomers of gold nanorods显示文摘Herein,a new strategy is proposed for achieving dynamic chiral controls in self-assembly systems of plasmonic nanorods based on temperature-modulation.Via enlarging Au{100}side facets of Au nanorod(AuNR)building block and changing surface ligand from often-used cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)to cetylpyridinium chloride(CPC),inversion of chiroptical signal in side-by-side(SS)oligomers is realized.Under the guide of chiral cysteine(Cys),Au{100}side facet-linked SS rods twist in the opposite direction compared with Au{110}side facet-linked counterparts.At high CPC concentration,by controlling the incubation temperature of chiral Cys,the dominant twist mode can be regulated.Finite-difference time-domain(FDTD)simulations indicate the key role of the twisting dihedral angle of the oligomers in driving chiral signal inversion.At low CPC concentration,a temperature-sensitive chiral switching is observed owing to the conformation change of the CPC ligand layer.The temperature-modulated chiral responses are based on the interactions of chiral molecules,achiral surface ligands,and exposed facets of the building block.The rich dynamic tunability of chiroptical responses of plasmonic assemblies may find applications in stimulus-responsive nanodevices.Hanbo Li Dejing Meng Chenqi Zhang Yinglu Ji Xinshuang Gao Zhijian Hu Xiaochun Wu 2023Nano Research2023,16,12:0
