3Ticagrelor inhibits the NLRP3 inflammasome to protect against inflammatory disease independent of the P2Y_(12 ) signaling pathway显示文摘Ticagrelor is the first reversibly binding oralP2Y_(12) receptor antagonist to inhibit platelet activation and has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of coronary artery disease. At present, the other pharmacological functions of ticagrelor remain poorly understood. The NOD-, LRR-, and pyrin domain-containing protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome plays a critical role in the innate immune system, but its excessive activation also contributes to the pathogenesis of complex diseases. In this study, we systematically examined the effects of ticagrelor on the NLRP3 inflammasome and found that ticagrelor inhibits NLRP3 inflammasome activation in macrophages independent of its classic inhibitory effect on theP2Y_(12) signaling pathway. Further mechanistic studies demonstrate that ticagrelor attenuates the oligomerization of apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD (ASC) by blocking chloride efflux, an effect achieved through the degradation of chloride intracellular channel proteins (CLICs) and blockade of the translocation of CLICs to the plasma membrane. Moreover, experiments on lipopolysaccharide-induced sepsis and alum-induced peritonitis in mice confirmed that ticagrelor mitigates the severity of systemic inflammation independent ofP2Y_(12) receptor antagonism. Importantly, oral administration of ticagrelor rapidly and strongly inhibited NLRP3 inflammasome activation in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from patients with acute coronary syndrome. 6The Hybrid Bidirectional DC/DC Converter:Mutual Control and Stability Analysis显示文摘A hybrid bidirectional DC/DC converter(BDC)is proposed as the fundamental DC/DC module in solid-state transformers,which combines a bidirectional LLC converter and a dual-active-bridge(DAB)converter.Integrated with a mutual control scheme,both parts of this hybrid BDC can be unified into an interdependent community.In this hybrid BDC,the LLC converter supports the output voltage and improves stability by working at the resonant frequency mode and the DAB converter enhances the BDC power capability by controlling the LLC output current constant.The BDC can achieve the full-load-range soft switching of all active switches by designing the auxiliary inductor of LLC and the minimum output current of DAB.By comparing to the single DAB,the proposed BDC has the higher phase and gain margin which means the BDC improved the relative stability based on Nyquist criterion.To solve the bidirectional power control problem,a dead-band voltage control logic is adopted which can determine the BDC’s power direction based on the output voltage change.A 200 V experimental system has verified the aforementioned features and functions of the BDC.Haiyang Liu Shumei Cui Hanwen Zhang Yiwen Hu Yuhongyang Xue Chuang Liu 2023CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,2:0
7Evolution of the deeply buried Jurassic reservoirs in the southern Junggar Basin, NW China: Evidences from the Well DS-1显示文摘The southern Junggar Basin has enormous hydrocarbon mainly from the Jurassic and Permian source rocks,which indicated the importance of exploration of the deeply buried Jurassic reservoirs,therefore,the study of the deeply buried Upper Jurassic Qigu Formation(J_(3)q)reservoirs in Well DS-1 in the Dushanzi anticline was carried out through microscopic observation and measurement,nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and high pressure mercury injection.Results showed that the main reservoir storage spaces in the deeply buried Upper Jurassic Qigu Formation reservoirs were fractures and dissolved pores.The J_(3)q reservoirs with low porosity and permeability values of 0e12%and(0e5)×10^(-3)mm^(2) respectively,were generally tight.According to the mercury injection data,heterogeneity existed in the deeply buried Qigu Formation reservoirs with inhomogeneous pores and changeable sizes of pores throats.Pores and pore throats in the silt-fine sandstones of the lower Qigu Formation(J_(3)q^(1))were more big and wide respectively than that in the argillaceous siltstones of the upper Qigu Formation(J_(3)q^(3)).Reservoirs in J_(3)q^(1) had more mobile fluid and better conductivities than reservoirs in J_(3)q^(3).The strong compaction and multistage diagenesis resulted in the tight J_(3)q reservoirs.Anhydrite and quartz cementation,and various authigenetic minerals(e.g.hematite,kaolinite,illite/smectite formation,illite,chlorite and zeolite)filled in the pores.The homogenization temperature of brine inclusions(63.1e161.7℃)in quartz overgrowth indicated the quartz had grown since the late Eocene.Due to the Tian Shan reactivity in the Late Cenozoic,the structure fractures were developed and promoted dissolution by oil and formation water in the reservoirs of J3q1.Hanwen Hu Jian Zhang Xiaoru Tian Qingong Zhuo Chengzao Jia Zhaojie Guo 2017Petroleum Research2017,2,3:0
8MEIC-global-CO_(2):A new global CO_(2)emission inventory with highly-resolved source category and sub-country information显示文摘CO_(2)emission inventory provides fundamental data for climate research and emission mitigation.Currently,most global CO_(2)emission inventories were developed with energy statistics from International Energy Agency(IEA)and were available at country level with limited source categories.Here,as the first step toward a high-resolution and dynamic updated global CO_(2)emission database,we developed a data-driven approach to construct seamless and highly-resolved energy consumption data cubes for 208 countries/territories,797 sub-country administrative divisions in 29 countries,42 fuel types,and 52 sectors,with the fusion of activity data from 24 international statistics and 65 regional/local statistics.Global CO_(2)emissions from fossil fuel combustion and cement production in 1970–2021 were then estimated with highly-resolved source category(1,484 of total)and sub-country information(797 of total).Specifically,73%of global CO_(2)emissions in 2021 were estimated with sub-country information,providing considerably improved spatial resolution for global CO_(2)emission accounting.With the support of detailed information,the dynamics of global CO_(2)emissions across sectors and fuel types were presented,representing the evolution of global economy and progress of climate mitigation.Remarkable differences of sectoral contribution were found across sub-country administrative divisions within a given country,revealing the uneven distribution of energy and economic structure among different regions.Our estimates were generally consistent with existing databases at aggregated level for global total or large emitters,while large discrepancies were observed for middle and small emitters.Our database,named the Multiresolution Emission Inventory model for Climate and air pollution research(MEIC)is publicly available through http://gffzz6c575fb1d0a54d36h5b9f6k9nv56x6u96.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn with highly-resolved information and timely update,which provides an independent carbon emission accounting data source for climate research.Ruochong XU Dan TONG Qingyang XIAO Xinying QIN Cuihong CHEN Liu YAN Jing CHENG Can CUI Hanwen HU Wenyu LIU Xizhe YAN Huaxuan WANG Xiaodong LIU Guannan GENG Yu LEI Dabo GUAN Kebin HE Qiang ZHANG 2024Science China Earth Sciences2024,67,2:0
