| 1 | Internet-based collaborative pseudo-dynamic testing of multi-span bridge structure显示文摘In this paper, the first Internet-based collaborative pseudo-dynamic testing of a multi-span bridge system in China's Mainland is presented in detail, which has been carried out by the collaboration of Hunan University (HNU), Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) and Tsinghua University (TU) in China's Mainland, and the University of Southern California (USC) in the USA. The prototype system of Russion River Bridge at Southern California in America is illustrated. Different testing specimens, testing equipments and substructure boundary conditions at HNU and HIT laboratories are described. A network protocol platform for collaborative pseudo-dynamic testing, called NetSLab, and some function modules developed on the use of its standardized interface are introduced. Aiming at the MTS system widely used in structural testing, two approaches are presented to implement the communication interface between NetSLab and testing equipment, respectively, studied by HNU and HIT. The integrated networked testing system and collaborative testing procedures are presented. The testing results manifest that the networked collaborative testing system with powerful capability provides a testing platform with good coordination for complex models or actual structures, and achieves remote sharing of testing equipments. | Dapeng Wang a, Shizhu Tiana, Xinjiang Caia, Yunlei Fan b, Yan Xiaob,c a School of Civil Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150090, China b School of Civil Engineering, Hunan University, Changsha 410082, China c Department of Civil Engineering, University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA 90089, USA | 2009 | Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2009,19,5: | 4 |

| 13 | Theoretical Study of La , Ca modified and Pure PbTiO_3 Nanocrystals显示文摘Quantum chemistry calculations of La , Ca modified and pure PbTiO\-3 nanocrystals were carried out by means of the cluster model in DFT DVM calculating program on which the regularity of the charge distribution was drawn. The analysis of the density of state(DOS) showed that when the cubic phase PbTiO 3 nanocrystal is changed into tetragonal phase, the interaction among Ti 3d , O 2p , and Pb 6p atomic orbitals causes the dipole moment and spontaneous polarization on the axis of the crystal, which resulted in the appearance of ferroelectric phase. At the same time, the dipole moment and the intensity of the spontaneous polarization were calculated as well. | FU Hong gang a,b * , YU Hai tao b , ZHANG Zhi qian a , MIN Xin min c LU GUO ming b and CHI Yu juan b (Department of Applied Chemistry, Harbin institute of technology a, Harbin 150001, P.R. | 14 | Detection of the support damage of spatial steel structures under earthquakes based on shaking table test显示文摘There are always some local damages in spatial steel structures induced by strong earthquakes, such as welding cracks of steel nodes, anchor loose of supports etc.If these local damages of spatial steel structures occur, there will be serious dangers to the structural safety. In order to detect the position of local damage under earthquake quickly and accurately, the method of support damage diagnosis of spatial steel structures under earthquakes is studied by using wavelet packet decomposition, data fusion a... | Shu Yao,~(a)) Jun Teng,~(b)) Yiqing Xiao, and Feng Xu Harbin Institute of Technology,Shenzhen Graduate School,Shenzhen 518055,China | 2011 | Theoretical & Applied Mechanics Letters2011,1,3: | 1 |
| 15 | Transient impact responses of laminated composite cylindrical shells显示文摘The generalized ray method(GRM) has been successfully used to study the transient elastic wave transmitting in the beams, planar trusses, space frames and infinite layered media. In this letter, the GRM is extended to investigate the early short time transient responses of laminated composite cylindrical shells under impact load.By using the Laplace transformation and referring to the boundary conditions, the ray groups transmitting in the finite laminated cylindrical shells under the shock load are obtained ... | Chunchuan Liu,Fengming Li,~(a)) and Wenhu Huang School of Astronautics,Harbin Institute of Technology,Harbin 150001,China | 2011 | Theoretical & Applied Mechanics Letters2011,1,3: | 1 |
| 16 | Mapping and characterization of two relevance networks from SNP and gene levels显示文摘Variations of gene expression and DNA sequence are genetically associated. The goal of this study was to build genetic networks to map from SNPs to gene expressions and to characterize the two different kinds of networks. We employed mutual information to evaluate the strength of SNP-SNP and gene-gene associations based on SNPs identity by descent (IBD) data and differences of gene expressions. We applied the approach to one dataset of Genetics of Gene Expression in Humans, and discovered that both the SNP relevance network and the gene relevance network approximated the scale-free topology. We also found that 12.09% of SNP-SNP interactions matched 24.49% of gene-gene interactions, which was consistent with that of the previous studies. Finally, we identified 49 hub SNPs and 115 hub genes in their relevance networks, in which 27 hub SNPs were associated with 25 hub genes. | Wei Jiang a,1, Lijie Zhang b,1, Bo Na a, Lihong Wanga, Jiankai Xu a, Xia Li a,b,c, Yadong Wangb, Shaoqi Rao da College of Bioinformatics Science and Technology and Bio-pharmaceutical Key Laboratory of Heilongjiang Province, Harbin Medical University, Harbin 150081, China b Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150080, China c Department of Bioinformatics, Capital University of Medical Sciences, Beijing 100084, China d Department of Cardiovascular Medicine and Molecular Cardiology, The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, 9600 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44195, USA | 2009 | Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2009,19,5: | 0 |
