| 1 | DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTIC ANALY-SIS OF PRECISE LONG STROKE LINEAR MOTOR WITH AIR-BEARING IN OPTICAL LITHOGRAPHY显示文摘Dynamic characteristic is presented by identifying the model and the dynamic parameters of a precise long stroke linear motor (PLSLM) with the air-bearing in optical lithography.The PLSLM is supported by air-bearing on the stator,and is driven by on-board two large linear motors in a cross-configuration.Firstly,a model of the PLSLM is established by finite element method (FEM). Secondly,based on the model,the natural frequencies and model shapes are discussed.And the contribution of each active mode is evaluated by computing the modal participation factors (MPF), which indicates the major vibration direction.Furthermore,by the experimental modal analysis,the experimental results are in agreement with simulation results,which it is sure that the FEM is reasonable.What′s more,comparing with the effects on the frequency due to the air-bearing stiffness, the relations of the natural frequencies with the air-bearing stiffness are found.It is found that the frequency response curve is fluctuant with the air-bearing stiffness in each direction.Finally,it is conclusion that the natural frequency of the PLSLM is largely affected by the air-bearing stiffness variety.This research is contributed to the dynamic characteristics resulted from the air-bearing stiffness.Further work will include better optimization on the dynamic parameter in the controller design through the control algorithm for the precise long stroke motor. | CHEN Xuedong YU Xianzhong HE Xueming YAN Tianhong | 2008 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2008,21,2: | 4 |
| 2 | Clinical curative effect of fuzi-cake-separated moxibustion for preventing dysuria after operation for lower limb fracture显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the clinical curative effect of fuzi-cake-separated moxibustion at Zhongji(CV 3)and Guanyuan(CV 4) for preventing dysuria after internal fixation of lower limb fractures.METHODS: Sixty patients conforming to the inclusion standards were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=30) and a control group(n=30).Fuzi-cake-separated moxibustion was performed at Guanyuan(CV 4) and Zhongji(CV 3), 20 min at a time, twice a day, for 3 days before operation in the treatment group. No fuzi-cake-separated moxibustion was performed in the control group. After treatment, the score for symptoms of first urination, urinary time, urinary volume, 24 h remaining urinary volume, incidence of uroschesis, and rate of controlling dysuria were compared to evaluate the curative effect of preventing post-operative dysuria.RESULTS: The score for symptoms of first urination,24 h remaining urinary volume(maximum 120 m L vs 250 m L, and less than 10 m L in 24 cases vs 15 cases), and the rate of controlling dysuria(83.34% vs30%) were significantly better(P<0.05, P<0.05, and P<0.001, respectively) in the treatment compared with the control group. | 3 | A high-efficient triboelectric-electromagnetic hybrid nanogenerator for vibration energy harvesting and wireless monitoring显示文摘Scavenging mechanical vibration energy by combining triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs) and electromagnetic generators(EMGs) is a renewable and low-carbon way to generate electric power. In this paper, we fabricate a cylindrical structure hybrid nanogenerator based on spring structure to effectively scavenge vibration energy. The introduction of spring structure not only enhances the space utilization, but also supports the moving magnet. Owing to its innovative structure, the instantaneous output power of TENG and EMG are 0.88 mW at a load of 10 MΩ and 216.7 mW at a load of 60 Ω, respectively. With the aids of a power management circuit, the hybrid nanogenerator can provide continuous power for two hygrothermographs connected in series. In addition, a self-powered wireless acceleration sensing monitoring system(SWAM) is developed to measure the acceleration signals of vibration sources.
