1A Novel Design of Hybrid Energy Storage System for Electric Vehicles显示文摘In order to provide long distance endurance and ensure the minimization of a cost function for electric vehicles,a new hybrid energy storage system for electric vehicle is designed in this paper.For the hybrid energy storage system,the paper proposes an optimal control algorithm designed using a Li-ion battery power dynamic limitation rule-based control based on the SOC of the super-capacitor.At the same time,the magnetic integration technology adding a second-order Bessel low-pass filter is introduced to DC-DC converters of electric vehicles.As a result,the size of battery is reduced,and the power quality of the hybrid energy storage system is optimized.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by simulation and experiment.Xiangyang Xia Xinxin Zhao Heqing Zeng Xiaoyong Zeng 2018Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2018,4,1:4

5Study on Statistical Features About Weak Earthquake Activity Before Moderately Strong Earthquakes in the Middle Northern Part of the Qinghai-Xizang (Tibet) Block显示文摘In regards to the earthquakes recording M≥5.0 that occurred in middle northern part of the Qinghai-Xizang (Tibet) Block from 1970~2003, in this study we describe the temporal and spatial centralization features of the weak earthquakes and the enhancement and anomalous quiescence of their seismic activity before main shocks through 4 parameters, which are basically not correlated: earthquake time centralization degree parameter C_t, earthquake space centralization degree parameter C_d, η value and weak earthquake frequency and so on. 6Sensitivity study of the wave-driven current in an Arctic frazil-pancake ice zone显示文摘A coupled ocean-ice-wave model is used to study ice-edge jet and eddy genesis during surface gravity wave dissipation in a frazil-pancake ice zone. With observational data from the Beaufort Sea, possible wave dissipation processes are evaluated using sensitivity experiments. As wave energy dissipated, energy was transferred into ice floe through radiation stress. Later, energy was in turn transferred into current through ocean-ice interfacial stress. Since most of the wave energy is dissipated at the ice edge, ice-edge jets, which contained strong horizontal shear, appeared both in the ice zone and the ocean. Meanwhile, the wave propagation direction determines the velocity partition in the along-ice-edge and cross-ice-edge directions, which in turn determines the strength of the along-ice-edge jet and cross-ice-edge velocity. The momentum applied in the along-ice-edge(cross-ice-edge)direction increased(decreased) with larger incident angle, which is favorable condition for producing stronger mesoscale eddies, vice versa. The dissipation rate increases(decreases) with larger(smaller) wavenumber, which enhances(reduces) the jet strength and the strength of the mesoscale eddy. The strong along-ice-edge jet may extend to a deep layer(> 200 m). If the water depth is too shallow(e.g., 80 m), the jet may be largely dampened by bottom drag, and no visible mesoscale eddies are found. 7Earthquake Activity Features Before Earthquakes with M_S≥7.0 in the Central-Northern Qinghai-Xizang(Tibet) Block显示文摘We have studied the seismicity features of M_S≥5.0 earthquakes two years before strong earthquakes with M_S≥7.0 occurred in the central-northern Qinghai-Xizang (Tibet) block since 1920. The results have showed that there is an obvious gap or quiescence of M_S5.0~6.9 earthquakes near epicenters. We have also studied statistical seismicity parameters of M_S5.0~6.9 earthquakes in the same region since 1950. The results have showed that earthquakes with M_S≥7.0 occurred when earthquake frequency is relatively high and earthquake time, space accumulation degrees are rising. And the prediction effect R value scores are between 0.4~0.7. We have concluded that, before earthquakes with M_S≥7.0 in the central-northern Qinghai-Xizang (Tibet) block, M_S5.0~6.0 earthquake activity in the whole area increased and accumulated in time and space, but earthquakes with M_S≥7.0 occurred where M_S5.0~6.0 earthquake activity was relatively quiet.Li Ying Zhao Weiming Ma Heqing 2005Earthquake Research in China2005,19,2:0

9Crown ether interlayer-modulated polyamide membrane with nanoscale structures for efficient desalination显示文摘Nanoscale thin-film composite(TFC)polyamide membranes are highly desirable for desalination owing to their excellent separation performance.It is a permanent pursuit to further improve the water flux of membrane without deteriorating the salt rejection.Herein,we fabricated a high-performance polyamide membrane with nanoscale structures through introducing multifunctional crown ether interlayer on the porous substrate impregnated with m-phenylenediamine.The crown ether interlayer can reduce the diffusion of amine monomers to reaction interface influenced by its interaction with m-phenylenediamine and the spatial shielding effect,leading to a controlled interfacial polymerization(IP)reaction.Besides,crown ether with intrinsic cavity is also favorable to adjust the IP process and the microstructure of polyamide layer.Since the outer surface of the nanocavity is lipophilic,crown ether has good solvency with the organic phase,thus attracting more trimesoyl chloride molecules to the interlayer and promoting the IP reaction in the confined space.As a result,a nanoscale polyamide membrane with an ultrathin selective layer of around 50 nm is obtained.The optimal TFC polyamide membrane at crown ether concentration of 0.25 wt.%exhibits a water flux of 61.2 L·m^(−2)·h^(−1),which is 364%of the pristine TFC membrane,while maintaining a rejection of above 97%to NaCl.The development of the tailor-made nanoscale polyamide membrane via constructing multifunctional crown ether interlayer provides a straightforward route to fabricate competitive membranes for highly efficient desalination.Yanyu Zhao Xiangju Song Minghua Huang Heqing Jiang Arafat Toghan 2023Nano Research2023,16,5:0
