1Attribute measure recognition approach and its applications to emitter recognition显示文摘This paper studies the emitter recognition problem. A new recognition method based on attribute measure for emitter recognition is put forward. The steps of the method are presented. The approach to determining the weight coefficient is also discussed. Moreover, considering the temporal redundancy of emitter information detected by multi-sensor system, this new recognition method is generalized to multi-sensor system. A method based on the combination of attribute measure and D-S evidence theory is proposed. The implementation of D-S reasoning is always restricted by basic probability assignment function. Constructing basic probability assignment function based on attribute measure is presented in multi-sensor recognition system. Examples of recognizing the emitter purpose and system are selected to demonstrate the method proposed. 2Development of A Super-Sensitive Diagnostic Method for African Swine Fever Using CRISPR Techniques显示文摘African swine fever(ASF)is an infectious disease caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV)with clinical symptoms of high fever,hemorrhages and high mortality rate,posing a threat to the global swine industry and food security.Quarantine and control of ASFV is crucial for preventing swine industry from ASFV infection.In this study,a recombinase polymerase amplification(RPA)-CRISPR-based nucleic acid detection method was developed for diagnosing ASF.As a highly sensitive method,RPA-CRISPR can detect even a single copy of ASFV plasmid and genomic DNA by determining fluorescence signal induced by collateral cleavage of CRISPR-lw Cas13 a(previously known as C2c2)through quantitative real-time PCR(q PCR)and has the same or even higher sensitivity than the traditional q PCR method.A lateral flow strip was developed and used in combination with RPA-CRISPR for ASFV detection with the same level of sensitivity of Taq Man q PCR.Likewise,RPA-CRISPR is capable of distinguishing ASFV genomic DNA from viral DNA/RNA of other porcine viruses without any cross-reactivity.This diagnostic method is also available for diagnosing ASFV clinical DNA samples with coincidence rate of 100%for both ASFV positive and negative samples.RPA-CRISPR has great potential for clinical quarantine of ASFV in swine industry and food security.Meishen Ren Hong Mei Ming Zhou Zhen F.Fu Heyou Han Dingren Bi Fuhu Peng Ling Zhao 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,2:5

10Synthesis of Biodiesel from Rapeseed Oil Using K_2O/γ-Al_2O_3 as Nano-Solid-Base Catalyst显示文摘Nano-solid-base catalyst K2O/γ-Al2O3 was prepared and adopted for the synthesis of biodiesel by transesterification of rapeseed oil with methanol. The particle diameter of the catalyst was about 50 nm, which was measured by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The variables affecting the yield of biodiesel during transesterification, such as mass ratio of KNO3 to γ-Al2O3, calcination temperature, calcination time, catalyst content, molar ratio of methanol to oil, reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated. The catalyst obtained by calcining a mixture of KNO3 and γ-Al2O3 ( mK NO 3 / mγ -Al 2 O3= 70 %)at 600℃ for 3 h, was found to be the optimum one, which gave the highest catalytic activity in the reaction. With 3% (mcatalyst/moil) catalyst, when the transesterification was carried out at a molar ratio of methanol to oil of 12∶:1, a reaction temperature of 70 ℃ , and a reaction time of 3 h, yield of 94% was achieved.HAN Heyou GUAN Yanping 2009Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2009,14,1:1
11An Unbiased Unscented Transform Based Kalman Filter for 3D Radar显示文摘As a derivative-free alternative to the Extended Kalman filter (EKF) in the framework of state estimation, the Unscented Kalman filter (UKF) has potential applications in nonlinear filtering. By noting the fact that the unscented transform is generally biased when converting the radar measurements from spherical coordinates into Cartesian coordinates, a new filtering algorithm for 3D radar, called Unbiased unscented Kalman filter (UUKF), is proposed. The new algorithm is validated by Monte Carlo simulation runs. 12Nucleobase,nucleoside,nucleotide,and oligonucleotide coordinated metal ions for sensing and biomedicine applications显示文摘Metal ions play critical roles in chemical,biological,and environmental processes.Various biomolecules have the ability to coordinate with metal ions and form various materials.Nucleobases,nucleosides,and nucleotides,as the essential components of DNA,have emerged as a useful building block for the construction of functional nanomaterials.In recent years,DNA oligonucleotides have also been used for this purpose.We herein review the strategies for the synthesis of soft nanomaterials through the assembly of nucleotides(or DNA)and metal ions to yield various nanoparticles,fibers,and hydrogels.Such coordination methods are simple to operate and can be carried out under ambient conditions.The luminescent,catalytic,and molecular recognition properties of these coordination materials are described with representative recent examples.Their applications ranging from biosensing,enzyme encapsulation,catalysis,templated shell growth to cancer therapy are highlighted.Finally,challenges of this field and future perspectives are discussed.Jiaojiao Zhou Heyou Han Juewen Liu 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:1

14New structure of Kalman filter for radar networking显示文摘Due to the different data rates of the sensors and communication delays in the radar netting, the research of the asynchronous multisensor data fusion problem is more practical than that of the synchronous one. Through discussing the sequential approach, which is the classical asynchronous multisensor data fusion algorithm, a new algorithm based on distributed computation structure is proposed. The new algorithm can meet the requirement of real-time computation of netting fusion system, and is more practical for engineering compared with the classical sequential approach. 15Binding affinity to and dependence on some opioidsin Sf9 insect cells expressing human μ-opioid receptor显示文摘AIM: To investigate the receptor binding affinity and naloxone-precipitated cAMP overshoot of dihydroetorphine,fentanyl, heroin, and pethidine in Sf9 insect cells expressing human μ-opioid receptor (Sf9-μ cells). METHODS:Competitive binding assay of [^3H]ohmefentanyl was used to reveal the affinity for μ-opioid receptor in Sf9-μ cells.[^3H]cAMP RIA was used to determine cAMP level. Antinociceptive activity was evaluated using 55℃ mouse hotplate test. Naloxone-precipitated withdrawal jumping was used to reflect physical dependence in mice. RESULTS:All drugs displayed antinociceptive activity and produced physical dependence in mice. The Ki values ofdihydroetorphine, fentanyl, heroin, and pethidine in competitive binding assay were (0.85±0.20)nmol, (59.1±11.7)nmol, (0.36±0.13)μmol, and (12.2±3.8) μmol respectively. The binding affinities of these drugs for μ-opioidreceptor in Sf9-μ cells were paralleled to their antinociceptive activities in mice. After chronic pretreatment withthese drugs, naloxone induced cAMP withdrawal overshoot in Sf9-μ cells. The dependence index in Sf9-μ cellswas calculated as Ki value in competitive binding assay over ECs0 value in naloxone-precipitated cAMP assay, Thephysical dependence index in mice was calculated as antinociceptive ED50/withdrawal jumping cumulative EDs0.There was a good linear correlation between dependence index in Sf9-μ cells and physical dependence index inmice.
