1Finding Deceptive Opinion Spam by Correcting the Mislabeled Instances显示文摘Assessing the trustworthiness of reviews is a key in natural language processing and computational linguistics. Previous work mainly focuses on some heuristic strategies or simple supervised learning methods, which limit the performance of this task. This paper presents a new approach, from the viewpoint of correcting the mislabeled instances, to find deceptive opinion spam. Partition a dataset into several subsets, construct a classifier set for each subset and select the best one to evaluate the whole dataset. Error variables are defined to compute the probability that the instances have been mislabeled. The mislabeled instances are corrected based on two threshold schemes, ma jority and non-objection. 4LPCAT1 functions as a novel prognostic molecular marker in hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘This study aimed to investigate the relationships between LPCAT1 expression and clinicopathologic parameters of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),further,to explore the effect of LPCAT1 on overall survival(OS)in patients with HCC,and its possible mechanism.Bioinformatics analysis using high throughput RNA-sequencing data from TCGA was utilized to explore the differential expression of LPCAT1 between normal and tumor tissues,and the associations between LPCAT1 expression and clinicopathological parameters.Survival analyses and subgroup survival analyses were utilized to elucidate the effect of LPCAT1 on OS in patients with HCC.Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were used to investigate the prognostic factors.Potential LPCAT1 related tumor genes were identified by the methodology of differentially expressed genes(DEGs)screening.GO term enrichment analysis,KEGG pathway analysis and the PPI network were used to explore the potential mechanism.LPCAT1 was significantly overexpressed in HCC tumor tissues compared with normal tissues.The LPCAT1 expression was related to tumor grade,ECOG score,AFP and TNM stage,with P values of 0.000,0.000,0.007 and 0.000,respectively.Multivariate analysis demonstrated that LPCAT1 expression was independently associated with OS,with an HR of 1.04(CI:1.01–1.06,P=0.003).The KEGG pathway enrichment analyses showed that overlapped DEGs mainly participate in the cell cycle.Finally,we identified a hub gene,CDK1,which has been reported to act on the cell cycle,consistent with the result of KEGG enrichment analysis.Collectively,these data confirmed LPCAT1 was upregulated in HCC,and was an independent predictor of the prognosis.Hongbin Zhang Ke Xu Qin Xiang Lijuan Zhao Benxu Tan Ping Ju Xiufu Lan Yi Liu Jian Zhang Zheng Fu Chao Li Jinzhi Wang Jixiang Song Yun Xiao Zhaobo Cheng Yan Wang Shu Zhang Tingxiu Xiang 2022Genes & Diseases2022,9,1:0
5Epidemiological characteristics of syphilis in Nanchong City from 2017 to 2021显示文摘This study analysed the epidemiological characteristics of the syphilis epidemic in Nanchong City of Sichuan Province to provide a theoretical basis for syphilis prevention and control.The syphilis epidemic data reported in the China Disease Control and Prevention Information System within the Nanchong City from 2017 to 2021.Chi-squared test and linear trend Chi-squared test were used to analyse the distribution of syphilis in terms of time,region,population and development stage.From 2017 to 2021,a total of 16,819 syphilis cases were reported in Nanchong City,with an average incidence rate of 52.35×10^(-5).The number of reported cases and the incidence rate showed an increasing trend and then decreasing.There were 8315 males with an incidence rate of 51.45×10^(-5) and 8504 females with an incidence rate of 53.26×10^(-5).The male to female ratio is 0.98:1.The age group is mainly middle-aged and older people over 50 years old.Occupations are primarily farmers,houseworkers and unemployed workers.Conclusions:In the past five years,the incidence of syphilis has first increased and then decreased in Nanchong City,but the epidemic situation remains severe.In order to effectively curb syphilis epidemic as soon as possible.It is necessary to increase comprehensive intervention efforts for high-risk groups,propose feasible measures to control the epidemic.An effective coordination mechanism needs to be established and extensively mobilise the whole society to participate in publicity and cooperate.At the same time,develop an efficient follow-up service to control the spread of syphilis and to improve the health of syphilis patients.Shuangshuang Che Bo Zhang Qin Zhang Xincai Wei Peng Wu Hongbin Lan Xueqian Lin 2022Life Research2022,5,3:0

8A New PCR Combination Rule for Dynamic Frame Fusion显示文摘Dynamic frame fusion which is based on hybrid DSm model is an important problem in information fusion. But the traditional combination rules are mainly under fixed discernment frame(Shafer model and free DSm model) responding to static model. A new method for dynamic proportional conflict redistribution rules(dynamic PCR rules) based on hybrid DSm model is proposed for the shortness of classical dynamic PCR rules. In the new dynamic PCR rule, combination involved with empty set is defined as one kind to obtain more reasonable results. 9Successful clearance of persistent SARS-CoV-2 asymptomatic infection following a single dose of Ad5-nCoV vaccine显示文摘Persistent asymptomatic(PA)SARS-CoV-2 infections have been identified.The immune responses in these patients are unclear,and the development of effective treatments for these patients is needed.Here,we report a cohort of 23 PA cases carrying viral RNA for up to 191 days.PA cases displayed low levels of inflammatory and interferon response,weak antibody response,diminished circulating follicular helper T cells(cTfh),and inadequate specific CD4+and CD8+T-cell responses during infection,which is distinct from symptomatic infections and resembling impaired immune activation.Administration of a single dose of Ad5-nCoV vaccine to 10 of these PA cases elicited rapid and robust antibody responses as well as coordinated B-cell and cTfh responses,resulting in successful viral clearance.Vaccine-induced antibodies were able to neutralize various variants of concern and persisted for over 6 months,indicating long-term protection.Therefore,our study provides an insight into the immune status of PA infections and highlights vaccination as a potential treatment for prolonged SARS-CoV-2 infections.Shaofu Qiu Zhao Chen Airu Zhu Qiuhui Zeng Hongbo Liu Xiaoqing Liu Feng Ye Yingkang Jin Jie Wu Chaojie Yang Qi Wang Fangli Chen Lan Chen Sai Tian Xinying Du Qingtao Hu Jinling Cheng Canjie Chen Fang Li Jing Sun Yanqun Wang Jingxian Zhao Jincun Zhao Hongbin Song 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,4:0
