1自然杀伤T细胞对小鼠肝癌移植瘤的抑制作用(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the inhibition effect of natural killer T(NKT) cells on transplantation hepatocellular carcinoma in mice.Methods:α-galactosylceramide(α-GalCer)-pulsed DC and Hep S were prepared as stimulus.Hepatoma xenograft model was established and mice were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=13 each group):(1) control group,intravenous injection of the same volume of saline.(2) mature DC group,intravenous injection of mature DC cells(4×106 cells).(3) α-GalCer-pulsed HepS group,intravenous injection of α-GalCer-pulsed HepS(4×106 cells).(4) α-GalCer-pulsed mature DC group,intravenous injection of α-GalCer-pulsed DC(4×106 cells).The changes of tumor volume in mice and survival period were measured every 2 days.Percentage of NKT cells in spleens and cytotoxicity of spleen cells were detected by flow cytometry.Tumor tissues were analyzed by histopathological examination.Results:In α-GalCer-pulsed Heps and DC groups,the average survival period was prolonged and tumor volume was markedly decreased,spleen cells and NKT cells were significantly increased,and tumor necrosis was evident,compared to the control group.Conclusion:α-GalCer-pulsed DC and HepS could activate NKT cells in vivo,also increase NKT cells cytotoxicity,inhibit the growth of hepatomas and prolong survival period.Fuxing Chen Hongdan Zhao Nanzheng Zhang Junquan Liu Zhonghai Zhou Leiqing Sun Yu Zhou 2011The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,5:3
2Spatio-temporal Differentiation of Residential Land for Coastal Town: A Case Study of Dalian Jinshitan显示文摘Based on SPOT5 satellite remote sensing images and land use data in five time phases covering the period 1988–2012, the distribution characteristics, spatial differentiation processes, and driving mechanisms affecting the residential land of the Jinshitan Tourist Resort were studied. The work included a combination of GIS technology, adoption of the differentiation index D, and the multi-group differentiation-measure model D(m). The results provided a basis for the following conclusions: 1) From 1988 to 2012, the degree of differentiation of the rural residential land first decreased, and then increased. The general residential, commercial residential and garden-house land-types all showed declining trends, of which the garden-house type presented the most intense volatility. 2) The overall background of the traditional residential land type was gradually replaced by a new residential land type, and the total area of residential land increased year by year, significantly improving the overall residential conditions. The areas of the new residential land type showed growth, and were increasingly widely distributed in the coastal tourist resorts, transportation corridors, and scenic areas. 3) Government policy, social differentiation, market mechanisms, and individual choices(along with other factors) were mutually promoted, although still restrained. 4Synthesis of TiCl_(2) powders through reactive gas phase infiltration in a fluidized bed reactor显示文摘TiCl_(2) is a promising precursor for producing metallic titanium alloys and titanium-based ceramics.However,the effective synthesis of high-quality TiCl_(2) powder remains challenging.Herein,a fluidized bed reactor(FBR)providing a high gas-solid contact area was employed to synthesize TiCl_(2) powder using a reliable TiCl_(4)-Ti reaction system.Optimal reaction conditions(600℃and 120 min)were determined for the proposed Ti-TiCl_(4) system by kinetic investigation.A dense Ti layer was regenerated upon the original surface of the Ti powder as a result of TiCl_(2) disproportionation at high temperature(above 700℃),which impeded infiltration by gaseous TiCl_(4).The particle size of the Ti reducing agent played a vital role in the production of TiCl_(2) powder.A mean particle size of 24.5μm was confirmed to be the most feasible option based on the optimal chlorinated depth(17μm).Miao Song Yafeng Yang Hongdan Zhao Maoqiao Xiang Qingshan Zhu Jibin Jia Chaoquan Hu Fen Yue 2021Particuology2021,19,4:0
5Research on Transmission Line Tower Tilting and Foundation State Monitoring Technology Based onMulti-Sensor Cooperative Detection and Correction显示文摘The transmission line tower will be affected by bad weather and artificial subsidence caused by the foundation and other factors in the power transmission.The tower’s tilt and severe deformation will cause the building to collapse.Many small changes caused the tower’s collapse,but the early staff often could not intuitively notice the changes in the tower’s state.In the current tower online monitoring system,terminal equipment often needs to replace batteries frequently due to premature exhaustion of power.According to the need for real-time measurement of power line tower,this research designed a real-time monitoring device monitoring the transmission tower attitude tilting and foundation state based on the inertial sensor,the acceleration of 3 axis inertial sensor and angular velocity raw data to pole average filtering pre-processing,and then through the complementary filtering algorithm for comprehensive calculation of tilt angle,the system meets the demand for inclined online monitoring of power line poles and towers regarding measurement accuracy,with low cost and power consumption.The optimization multi-sensor cooperative detection and correction measured tilt angle result relative accuracy can reach 1.03%,which has specific promotion and application value since the system has the advantages of unattended and efficient calculation.Guangxin Zhang Minghui Liu Shichao Cheng Minzhen Wang Changshun Zhao Hongdan Zhao Gaiming Zhong 2024Energy Engineering2024,121,1:0
