3Compound Zhebei granules combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of refractory acute leukemia: a randomized clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of compound Zhebei granules(CZBG) with chemotherapy in the treatment of refractory acute leukemia.METHODS: In this multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial, we used a central(online) randomization system to assign 235 patients to two treatment groups. A total of 118 patients received chemotherapy combined with CZBG(4 g,twice daily) and 117 patients received chemotherapy plus placebo. The clinical efficacy was evaluated at the end of one chemotherapeutic cycle.RESULTS: In the full analysis set, in which deaths due to disease progression were regarded as inefficacy, the rates of complete remission(CR) and partial remission(CR + PR) were 32.35% and 50.00%,respectively, for the chemotherapy combined with CZBG group, and 23.08% and 35.58%, respectively,for the chemotherapy plus placebo group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups according to a ysis set(PPχ2test(P < 0.05). 5TPX2 knockdown suppressed hepatocellular carcinoma cell invasion via inactivating AKT signaling and inhibiting MMP2 and MMP9 expression显示文摘Objective: Targeting protein for Xenopus kinesin-like protein 2(TPX2) is a nuclear proliferation-related protein that plays a critical role in the formation of mitotic spindle. High expression of TPX2 has been observed in several types of tumors. However, the role of TPX2 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) remains unclear. Our study aimed to investigate the effect of TPX2 on HCC cell invasion.Methods: The immortalized normal human liver cell line L02 and six HCC cell lines including SMMC-7721, BEL-7402, Huh-7, HepG2, Hep3 B and SKHep1 were subjected to qRT-PCR and western blot for TPX2 mRNA and protein, respectively. Furthermore, TPX2 small interfering RNA(siRNA) was used to knock down TPX2 expression in SMMC-7721 and HepG2 cells. Cell proliferation and invasion were determined by MTT and transwell assays. Otherwise, expression of p-AKT, MMP2 and MMP9 were evaluated by western blot in SMMC-7721 cells.Results: The expression of TPX2 in HCC cell lines was markedly higher than that in normal human liver cell line. TPX2 knockdown using a specific TPX2-siRNA reduced the number of invaded cells and inhibited cell proliferation in SMMC-7721 and HepG2 cells. 6Fissure evolution and evaluation of pressure-relief gas drainage in the exploitation of super-remote protected seams显示文摘Based on nonlinearity contact theory and the geological structure of the Xieqiao Coal Mine in the newly developed Huainan coal field,rock movements,mining fissures and deformation of overlying strata were simulated by using the interface unit of FLAC3D to evaluate the pressure-relief gas drainage in the exploitation of super-remote protected seams.The simulation indicates that the height of the water flowing fractured zone is 54 m in the overlying strata above the protective layer.The maximum relative swelling deformation of the C13 coal seam is 0.232%,while the mining height is 3.0 m and the distance from the B8 roof to the C13 floor is 129 m,which provides good agreement with a similar experiment and in situ results.The feasibility of exploitation of a super-remote protective coal seam and the performance of the pressure-relief gas drainage in a super-remote protected layer are evaluated by comparisons with practice projects.It demonstrates that the relieved gas in the super-remote protected layers could be better drained and it is feasible to exploit the B8 coal seam before the C13 super-remote protected coal seam.The method is applicable for the study of rock movements,mining fissures and deformation of the overburden,using the interface unit to analyze the contact problems in coal mines.LIU, Hongyong CHENG, Yuanping ZHOU, Hongxing WANG, Feng CHEN, Haidong 2010Mining Science and Technology2010,20,2:10

8Online condition diagnosis for a two-stage gearbox machinery of an aerospace utilization system using an ensemble multi-fault features indexing approach显示文摘China manned space station is designed to operate for over ten years. Long-term and sustainable research on space science and technology will be conducted during its operation. The application payloads must meet the ‘‘long life and high reliability' mission requirement. Gearbox machinery is one of the essential devices in an aerospace utilization system, failure of which may lead to downtime loss even during some disastrous catastrophes. A fault diagnosis of gearbox has attracted attentions for its significance in preventing catastrophic accidents and guaranteeing sufficient maintenance. A novel fault diagnosis method based on the Ensemble Multi-Fault Features Indexing(EMFFI) approach is proposed for the condition monitoring of gearboxes. Different from traditional methods of signal analysis in the one-dimensional space, this study employs a supervised learning method to determine the faults of a gearbox in a two-dimensional space using the classification model established by training the features extracted automatically from diagnostic vibration signals captured. The proposed method mainly includes the following steps. First, the vibration signals are transformed into a bi-spectrum contour map utilizing bi-spectrum technology,which provides a basis for the following image-based feature extraction. Then, Speeded-Up Robustness Feature(SURF) is applied to automatically extract the image feature points of the bi-spectrum contour map using a multi-fault features indexing theory, and the feature dimension is reduced by Linear Discriminant Analysis(LDA). Finally, Random Forest(RF) is introduced to identify the fault types of the gearbox. 9Containment Control of Fractional Order Multi-Agent Systems With Time Delays显示文摘In complex environments, many distributed multiagent systems are described with the fractional-order dynamics.In this paper, containment control of fractional-order multiagent systems with multiple leader agents are studied. Firstly,the collaborative control of fractional-order multi-agent systems(FOMAS) with multiple leaders is analyzed in a directed network without delays. Then, by using Laplace transform and frequency domain theorem, containment consensus of networked FOMAS with time delays is investigated in an undirected network, and a critical value of delays is obtained to ensure the containment consensus of FOMAS. 11Synthesis of TiO_2 nanoparticles by propane/air turbulent flame CVD process显示文摘Synthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles by the oxidation of titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) in high-strength propane/air turbulent flame is investigated tentatively for mass production of TiO2 nanoparticles. Effects of reactor heat flux varying from 247 to 627 kJ/m2 s, initial TiO2 number density from 2×1020 to 1×1021 m-3, and apparent residence time of TiO2 nanoparticles in reactor from 0.06 to 0.9 s, on particle morphology, phase composition, UV absorption and photoluminescence (PL) spectra are studied. 14Asymmetric distribution of cytokinins determines root hydrotropism in Arabidopsis thaliana显示文摘The phenomenon of plant root tips sensing moisture gradient in soil and growing towards higher water potential is designated as root hydrotropism,which is critical for plants to survive when water is a limited factor.Molecular mechanisms regulating such a fundamental process,however,are largely unknown.Here we report our identification that cytokinins are key signaling molecules directing root growth orientation in a hydrostimulation(moisture gradient)condition.Lower water potential side of the root tip shows more cytokinin response relative to the higher water potential side.Consequently,two cytokinin downstream type-A response regulators,ARR16 and ARR17,were found to be up-regulated at the lower water potential side,causing increased cell division in the meristem zone,which allows the root to bend towards higher water potential side.Genetic analyses indicated that various cytokinin biosynthesis and signaling mutants,including the arr16 arr17 double mutant,are significantly less responsive to hydrostimulation.Consistently,treatments with chemical inhibitors interfering with either cytokinin biosynthesis or cell division completely abolished root hydrotropic response.Asymmetrically induced expression of ARR16 or ARR17 effectively led to root bending in both wild-type and miz1,a previously known hydrotropism-defective mutant.These data demonstrate that asymmetric cytokinin distribution is a primary determinant governing root hydrotropism.Jinke Chang Xiaopeng Li Weihao Fu Jiawen Wang Yueyuan Yong Hongyong Shi Zhaojun Ding Hong Kui Xiaoping Gou Kai He Jia Li 2019Cell Research2019,29,12:4
15Optical characterization of ZnO thin films deposited by RF magnetron sputtering method显示文摘This study investigated the process parameter effects on the structural and optical properties of ZnO thin film using radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering on amorphous glass substrates. The process parameters included RF power and working pressure. Results show that RF power was increased to promote the crystalline quality and decrease ZnO thin film defects. However, when the working pressure was increased to 3 Pa the ZnO thin film crystalline quality became worse. 16Photodegradation of benzene by TiO_2 nanoparticles prepared by flame CVD process显示文摘Photodegradation of benzene at ppb levels by mixed-phase TiO 2 nanoparticles, synthesized by the oxidation of TiCl 4 in propane/air turbulent flame chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process, is investigated experimentally by using a tubular photoreactor with thin TiO 2 films coated on the reactor wall by sedimentation. Effects of inlet benzene concentration from 10 to 300 g/m 3 , rutile mass fraction from about 20 to 50% and photoluminescence (PL) intensity of TiO 2 nanoparticles on degradation degree are examined under the conditions of 70% relative humidity, 38 g/cm 2 catalyst loading, 24 mW/cm 2 UV irradiation of 254 nm and 5.7 s residence time in the reactor. 17RGF1-RGI1,a Peptide-Receptor Complex,Regulates Arabidopsis Root Meristem Development via a MAPK Signaling Cascade显示文摘Root growth is maintained by the continuous division of cells in the apical meristem.ROOT MERISTEM GROWTH FACTOR 1(RGF1)is a critical peptide hormone regulating root stem cell niche maintenance.Previous studies discovered that five closely related leucine-rich repeat receptor-like protein kinases(LRRRLKs),named RGF1 INSENSITIVES(RGIs)or RGF1 RECEPTORS(RGFRs),are able to perceive the RGF1 signal and redundantly control root stem cell niche maintenance.RGF1 regulates root meristem activity mainly via two downstream transcription factors,PLETHORA 1(PLT1)and PLT2.Regulatory proteins connecting cell surface RGF1-RGI1 and nuclear PLTs,however,were not identified.Here,we report that the mitogen-activated protein(MAP)kinase kinase 4(MKK4)and MAP kinase 3(MPK3)were coimmunoprecipitated with RGI1-FLAG after Arabidopsis seedlings were treated with RGF1.Genetic and biochemical assays confirmed that MKK4 and MKK5,and their downstream targets MPK3 and MPK6,are essential RG卜dependent regulators of root meristem development.In addition,we found that the MKK4/MKK5-MPK3/MPK6 module functions downstream of YDA,a MAPKKK.Our results demonstrate that RGF1-RGI1 regulate the expression of PLT1/PLT2 via a YDA-MKK4/MKK5-MPK3/MPK6 signaling cascade.Xiaoting Lu Hongyong Shi Yang Ou Yanwei Cui Jinke Chang Liang Peng Xiaoping Gou Kai He Jia Li 2020Molecular Plant2020,13,11:3
18Protein farnesylation negatively regulatesbrassinosteroid signaling via reducing BES1 stabilityinArabidopsis thaliana^(∞)显示文摘Brassinosteroids(BRs)are a group of steroidal phytohormones,playing critical roles in almost all physiological aspects during the life span of a plant.In Arabidopsis,BRs are perceived at the cell surface,triggering a reversible phosphorylation-based signaling cascade that leads to the activation and nuclear accumulation of a family of transcription factors,represented by BES1 and BZR1.Protein famesylation is a type of post-translational modification,functioning in many important cellular processes.Previous studies demonstrated a role of famesylation in BR biosynthesis via regulating the endoplasmic reticulum localization of a key bassino-lide(BL)biosynthetic enzyme BR6ox2.Whether such a process is also involved in BR signaling is not un­derstood.Here,we demonstrate that protein fame­sylation is involved in mediating BR signaling in Arabidopsis.A loss-of-function mutant of EN HANCED RESPONSE TO ABA 1(iERA1).encoding a(3 subunit of the protein famesyl transferase hoi oenzyme,can alter the BL sensitivity of bak1~4 from a reduced to a hypersensitive level,era 7 can partially rescue the BR defective phenotype of a hetero zygous mutant of bin2-1,a gain-of function mutant of BIN2 which encodes a negative regulator in the BR signaling.Our genetic and biochemical analyses re­vealed that ERA1 plays a significant role in regulating the protein stability of BES1.Zengxiu Feng Hongyong Shi Minghui Lv Yuang Ma Jia Li 2021Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,7:3
19Influence of hydraulic retention time on behavior of antibiotics and antibiotic resistance genes in aerobic granular reactor treating biogas slurry显示文摘The behavior of antibiotics and the corresponding resistance genes in aerobic granular reactors for treating biogas slurry under different hydraulic retention times (10.7 h, Rl;8 h, R2) was investigated in this study. The results indicated that the hydraulic retention time could affect the effluent concentrations and removal efficiencies of sulfonamides. The average removal rates of tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones, and sulfonamides were 63%, 46%, and 90% in Rl, and 62%, 46%, and 86% in R2, respectively. Although the removal efficiencies of tetracyclines and fluoroquinolones were similar in both reactors, the respective accumulated concentrations of tetracyclines and fluoroquinolones in R1 were 7.00 and 11.15μg/g SS, which were lower than those in R2 (8.92 and 13.37μg/g SS, respectively). The difference in the relative abundance of target antibiotic resistance genes between both reactors was not significant, yet the average relative abundances of all target resistance genes in R1 were higher than those in R2 after 45 days of operation. 20Variation of fluxes of water vapor, sensible heat and carbon dioxide above winter wheat and maize canopies显示文摘Surface energy fluxes were measured using Bowen-Ratio Energy Balance technique (BREB) and eddy correlation system at Luancheng of Hebei Province, on the North China Plain from 1999 to 2001. Average diumal variation of surface energy fluxes and CO2 flux for maize showed the inverse 'U 'type. The average peak fluxes did not appear at noon, but after noon. The average peak CO2 flux was about 1.65 mgm-2 s-1. Crop water use efficiency (WUE) increased quickly in the morning, stabilized after 10:00 and decreased quickly after 15:00 with no evident peak value. The ratio of latent heat flux (λE) to net solar radiation (Rn) was always higher than 70% during winter wheat and maize seasons. The seasonal average ratio of sensible heat flux (H) divided by Rn stayed at about 15% above the field surface; the seasonal average ratio of conductive heat flux (G) divided by Rn varied between 5% and 13%, and the average G/Rn from the wheat canopy was evidently higher than that from the maize canopy. The evaporative fraction (EF) is correlated to the Bowen ratio in a reverse function. EF for winter wheat increased quickly during that revival stage, after the stage, it gradually stabilized to 1.0, and fluctuated around 1.0.
