1Soil microbial community structure and function responses to successive planting of Eucalyptus显示文摘Many studies have shown soil degradation after the conversion of native forests to exotic Eucalyptus plantations. However, few studies have investigated the long-term impacts of short-rotation forestry practices on soil microorganisms. The impacts of Eucalyptus successive rotations on soil microbial communities were evaluated by comparing phospholipid fatty acid(PLFA) abundances,compositions, and enzyme activities of native Pinus massoniana plantations and adjacent 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th generation Eucalyptus plantations. The conversion from P. massoniana to Eucalyptus plantations significantly decreased soil microbial community size and enzyme activities, and increased microbial physiological stress. However, the PLFA abundances formed '∪' shaped quadratic functions with Eucalyptus plantation age. Alternatively, physiological stress biomarkers, the ratios of monounsaturated to saturated fatty acid and Gram+ to Gram- bacteria, formed '∩' shaped quadratic functions, and the ratio of cy17:0 to 16:1ω7c decreased with plantation age. The activities of phenol oxidase, peroxidase, and acid phosphatase increased with Eucalyptus plantation age, while the cellobiohydrolase activity formed '∪' shaped quadratic functions. Soil N:P, alkaline hydrolytic nitrogen, soil organic carbon, and understory cover largely explained the variation in PLFA profiles while soil N:P, alkaline hydrolytic nitrogen, and understory cover explained most of the variability in enzyme activity. In conclusion, soil microbial structure and function under Eucalyptus plantations were strongly impacted by plantation age. Most of the changes could be explained by altered soil resource availability and understory cover associated with successive planting of Eucalyptus. 2Transfection of the glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor gene promotes neuronal differentiation显示文摘Glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor recombinant adenovirus vector-transfected bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were induced to differentiate into neuron-like cells using inductive medium containing retinoic acid and epidermal growth factor.Cell viability,microtubule-associated protein 2-positive cell ratio,and the expression levels of glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor,nerve growth factor and growth-associated protein-43 protein in the supernatant were significantly higher in glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor/bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells compared with empty virus plasmid-transfected bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells.Furthermore,microtubule-associated protein 2,glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor,nerve growth factor and growth-associated protein-43 mRNA levels in cell pellets were statistically higher in glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor/bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells compared with empty virus plasmid-transfected bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells.These results suggest that glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor/bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells have a higher rate of induction into neuron-like cells,and this enhanced differentiation into neuron-like cells may be associated with up-regulated expression of glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor,nerve growth factor and growth-associated protein-43.Jie Du Xiaoqing Gao Li Deng Nengbin Chang Huailin Xiong Yu Zheng 2014Neural Regeneration Research2014,9,1:7
3Radar maneuvering target tracking algorithm based on human cognition mechanism显示文摘Radar Maneuvering Targets Tracking(RMTT) in clutter is a quite challenging issue due to the errors in the models and the varying dynamics of the processes. Modern radar tracking system calls for the adaptive signal and data processing algorithm urgently to adapt the uncertainty of the environment. The mechanism of human cognition can help persons cope with the similar diffi-culties in visual tracking. Inspired by human cognition mechanism, a comprehensive method for RMTT is proposed. In the method, the model transition probability in Interacting Multiple Model(IMM) and the validation gate can be adjusted dynamically with target maneuver;the waveform in radar transmitter can vary with the perception of the environment. 11X-ray imager of 26-μm resolution achieved by perovskite assembly显示文摘Spatial resolution is an important criterion to evaluate the performance of a scintillation screen for X-ray imaging.Perovskite-based X-ray screen,usually made of powders or polycrystalline films,suffers from low spatial resolution(~200μm)due to the large thickness of scintillation layer despite of their compelling sensitivity to X-ray dose.In this work,a concentrated colloid of CsPbBr_(3)nanosheets was synthesized via a co-precipitation method at ambient condition.By drop casting,smooth scintillation screens of varied thickness were formed through self-assembly,which exhibited both high internal and external photoluminescence quantum yield(PL QY)(84.5%and 75.1%,respectively).The screen-based X-ray detector showed a high sensitivity down to 27 nGy/s,two orders of magnitude lower than the regular dose for medical diagnostics.Importantly,the screen of optimal thickness of 15μm showcased an unprecedented spatial resolution(26μm)when used for X-ray radiography,representing one order of magnitude improvement in perovskite community.Zhaofen Wang Ruijia Sun Nianqiao Liu Huailin Fan Xun Hu Depeng Shen Yuhai Zhang Hong Liu 2022Nano Research2022,15,3:1
