2Combinations of Hd2 and Hd4 genes determine rice adaptability to Heilongjiang Province, northern limit of China显示文摘Heading date is a key trait in rice domestication and adaption, and a number of quantitative trait loci(QTLs)have been identified. The rice(Oryza sativa L.) cultivars in the Heilongjiang Province, the northernmost region of China,have to flower extremely early to fulfill their life cycle.However, the critical genes or different gene combinations controlling early flowering in this region have not been determined. QTL and candidate gene analysis revealed that Hd2/Ghd7.1/Os PRR37 plays a major role in controlling rice distribution in Heilongjiang. Further association analysis with a collection of rice cultivars demonstrated that another three major QTL genes(Hd4/Ghd7, Hd5/DTH8/Ghd8, and Hd1)also participate in regulating heading date under natural long day(LD) conditions. Hd2/Ghd7.1/Os PRR37 and Hd4/Ghd7 are two major QTLs and function additively. With the northward rice cultivation, the Hd2/Ghd7.1/Os PRR37 and Hd4/Ghd7 haplotypes became non-functional alleles. Hd1 might be non-functional in most Heilongjiang rice varieties,implying that recessive hd1 were selected during local rice breeding. Non-functional Hd5/DTH8/Ghd8 is very rare, but constitutes a potential target for breeding extremely early flowering cultivars. 3Applying CBR to Machine Tool Product Configuration Design Oriented to Customer Requirements显示文摘Product customization is a trend in the current market-oriented manufacturing environment. However, deduction from customer requirements to design results and evaluation of design alternatives are still heavily reliant on the designer's experience and knowledge. To solve the problem of fuzziness and uncertainty of customer requirements in product configuration, an analysis method based on the grey rough model is presented. The customer requirements can be converted into technical characteristics effectively. In addition, an optimization decision model for product planning is established to help the enterprises select the key technical characteristics under the constraints of cost and time to serve the customer to maximal satisfaction. A new case retrieval approach that combines the self-organizing map and fuzzy similarity priority ratio method is proposed in case-based design. The self-organizing map can reduce the retrieval range and increase the retrieval efficiency, and the fuzzy similarity priority ratio method can evaluate the similarity of cases comprehensively. To ensure that the final case has the best overall performance, an evaluation method of similar cases based on grey correlation analysis is proposed to evaluate similar cases to select the most suitable case. Furthermore, a computer-aided system is developed using MATLAB GUI to assist the product configuration design. The actual example and result on an ETC series machine tool product show that the proposed method is effective, rapid and accurate in the process of product configuration. 4Wintertime peroxyacetyl nitrate(PAN) in the megacity Beijing: Role of photochemical and meteorological processes显示文摘Previous measurements of peroxyacetyl nitrate(PAN) in Asian megacities were scarce and mainly conducted for relative short periods in summer. Here, we present and analyze the measurements of PAN, O3, NOx, etc., made at an urban site(CMA) in Beijing from 25 January to 22 March 2010. The hourly concentration of PAN averaged 0.70 × 10 9mol/mol(0.23 × 10 9–3.51 × 10 9mol/mol) and was well correlated with that of NO2but not O3, indicating that the variations of the winter concentrations of PAN and O3in urban Beijing are decoupled with each other. Wind conditions and transport of air masses exert very significant impacts on O3, PAN, and other species. Air masses arriving at the site originated either from the boundary layer over the highly polluted N-S-W sector or from the free troposphere over the W-N sector. The descending free-tropospheric air was rich in O3, with an average PAN/O3ratio smaller than 0.031, while the boundary layer air over the polluted sector contained higher levels of PAN and primary pollutants, with an average PAN/O3ratio of 0.11. These facts related with transport conditions can well explain the observed PAN-O3decoupling. Photochemical production is important to PAN in the winter over Beijing. The concentration of the peroxyacetyl(PA) radical was estimated to be in the range of 0.0014 × 10 12–0.0042 × 10 12 mol/mol. 5Force Control Compensation Method with Variable Load Stiffness and Damping of the Hydraulic Drive Unit Force Control System显示文摘Each joint of hydraulic drive quadruped robot is driven by the hydraulic drive unit(HDU), and the contacting between the robot foot end and the ground is complex and variable, which increases the difficulty of force control inevitably. In the recent years, although many scholars researched some control methods such as disturbance rejection control, parameter self-adaptive control, impedance control and so on, to improve the force control performance of HDU, the robustness of the force control still needs improving. Therefore, how to simulate the complex and variable load characteristics of the environment structure and how to ensure HDU having excellent force control performance with the complex and variable load characteristics are key issues to be solved in this paper. The force control system mathematic model of HDU is established by the mechanism modeling method, and the theoretical models of a novel force control compensation method and a load characteristics simulation method under different environment structures are derived, considering the dynamic characteristics of the load stiffness and the load damping under different environment structures. Then, simulation effects of the variable load stiffness and load damping under the step and sinusoidal load force are analyzed experimentally on the HDU force control performance test platform, which provides the foundation for the force control compensation experiment research. In addition, the optimized PID control parameters are designed to make the HDU have better force control performance with suitable load stiffness and load damping, under which the force control compensation method is introduced, and the robustness of the force control system with several constant load characteristics and the variable load characteristics respectively are comparatively analyzed by experiment. The research results indicate that if the load characteristics are known, the force control compensation method presented in this paper has positive compensation effects on the load characteristics variation, i.e., this method decreases the effects of the load characteristics variation on the force control performance and enhances the force control system robustness with the constant PID parameters, thereby, the online PID parameters tuning control method which is complex needs not be adopted. 6Phytoplankton communities and its controlling factors in summer and autumn in the southern Yellow Sea, China显示文摘The phytoplankton water samples were collected in two multidisciplinary investigations which were carried out during summer(June) and autumn(November to December) of 2011. Phytoplankton species composition and abundance data were accomplished by Uterm?hl method. The phytoplankton community was dominated by diatoms and dinoflagellates in the southern Yellow Sea(YS) in summer and autumn. In summer, Paralia sulcata and Prorocentrum dentatum were the predominated species, the cell abundance ranged from 0.074 to 107.733×103 cells/L with an average of 9.057×103 cells/L. Two phytoplankton high abundance appeared in northwest part of the survey area and the Changjiang River Estuary, respectively. In autumn, Par. sulcata became the predominant species, and the phytoplankton cell abundance ranged from 1.035×103 to 8.985×103 cells/L, the average was 3.263×103 cells/L. The phytoplankton abundance in surface layer presented the homogeneous distributions. Canonical Correspondence Analysis(CCA) method was applied for discovering the relationship between environmental factors and the common found phytoplankton species. The responses of phytoplankton to nutrients were varied between summer and autumn. 8A Modified Ant Colony Optimization Algorithm for Tumor Marker Gene Selection显示文摘Microarray data are often extremely asymmetric in dimensionality,such as thousands or even tens of thousands of genes but only a few hundreds of samples or less.Such extreme asymmetry between the dimensionality of genes and samples can lead to inaccurate diagnosis of disease in clinic.Therefore,it has been shown that selecting a small set of marker genes can lead to improved classification accuracy.In this paper,a simple modified ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm is proposed to select tumor-related marker genes,and support vector machine (SVM) is used as classifier to evaluate the performance of the extracted gene subset.Experimental results on several benchmark tumor microarray datasets showed that the proposed approach produces better recognition with fewer marker genes than many other methods.It has been demonstrated that the modified ACO is a useful tool for selecting marker genes and mining high dimension data.Hualong Yu Guochang Gu Haibo Liu Jing Shen Jing Zhao 2009Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2009,7,4:6

10High He-ion irradiation resistance of CrMnFeCoNi high-entropy alloy revealed by comparison study with Ni and 304SS显示文摘High entropy alloys(HEAs) have presented potential applications in nuclear power plants owing to their novel atomic structure based high irradiation resistance. However, understanding of He-ion irradiation of HEAs is still lacking. In this work, we reveal He-ion irradiation resistance of HEA CrMnFeCoNi by comparison study with a pure Ni and a 304 stainless steel(304SS). It is found that the damage structure in the three materials can be characterized with He bubbles and stacking faults/stacking fault tetrahedrons((SFs/SFTs), which show a similar depth distribution after He-ion irradiation at both RT and 450℃.Although the He bubbles have a similar size about 2nm after irradiation at RT, the He bubble sizes of the HEA, 304SS, and Ni increase to 4.0±0.9,5.3±1.0 and 6.7 ±1.0 nm after irradiation at 450℃, respectively. Moreover, the density of SFs/SFTs displays in an order of Ni < 304 SS < HEA at both RT and 450℃.The He-ion irradiation at RT causes significant hardness enhancement for the three materials, however,compared to RT, after irradiation at 450℃, the Ni presents softening, while the 304SS, especially the HEA,shows further hardening. 13Mining and Integrating Reliable Decision Rules for Imbalanced Cancer Gene Expression Data Sets显示文摘There have been many skewed cancer gene expression datasets in the post-genomic era. Extraction of differential expression genes or construction of decision rules using these skewed datasets by traditional algorithms will seriously underestimate the performance of the minority class, leading to inaccurate diagnosis in clinical trails. This paper presents a skewed gene selection algorithm that introduces a weighted metric into the gene selection procedure. The extracted genes are paired as decision rules to distinguish both classes, with these decision rules then integrated into an ensemble learning framework by majority voting to recognize test examples; thus avoiding tedious data normalization and classifier construction. 15Short-pulsed Raman fiber laser and its dynamics显示文摘We provide a perspective review over the recent development of short-pulsed Raman fiber lasers(RFLs),which can provide laser emissions with flexible wavelengths for a variety of applications as well as an excellent platform to investigate various nonlinear pulse dynamics behaviors that cannot be captured in conventional rare-earth(RE)doped counterparts.Various pulse generation techniques have been explored in RFLs.However,the output pulse performance in terms of the pulse energy,duration and stability from short-pulsed RFLs is still inferior to their RE-doped counterparts despite significant advances made over the past few decades.Therefore,more efforts are required to improve these targets.In this review,we present a detailed overview of the short-pulsed RFLs based on different mechanisms from the principle to the experiment,including the Q-switching,gainswitching,mode-locking,synchronous pumping and other innovative techniques.In addition,Raman-induced pulse dynamics in ultrafast RFLs and RE-doped mode-locked fiber lasers(MLFLs)are briefly reviewed.Finally,a perspective outlook for the future ultrafast RFLs is provided based on their potential applications in industrial and scientific research areas.Jun Liu Jiadong Wu Hualong Chen Yu Chen Zhenhong Wang Chunyang Ma Han Zhang 2021Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2021,64,1:4
16Joint slot allocation and dynamic pricing of container sea-rail multimodal transportation显示文摘The container sea-rail multimodal transport system faces complex challenges with demand uncertainties for joint slot allocation and dynamic pricing.The challenge is formulated as a two-stage optimal model based on revenue management(RM) as actual slots sale of multi-node container sea—rail multimodal transport usually includes contract sale to large shippers and free sale to scattered shippers.First stage in the model utilizes an origin-destination control approach,formulated as a stochastic integer programming equation,to settle long-term slot allocation in the contract market and empty container allocation.Second stage in the model is formulated as a stochastic nonlinear programming equation to solve a multiproduct joint dynamic pricing and inventory control problem for price settling and slot allocation in each period of free market.Considering the random nature of demand,the methods of chance constrained programming and robust optimization are utilized to transform stochastic models into deterministic models.A numerical experiment is presented to verify the availability of models and solving methods.Results of considering uncertain/certain demand are compared,which show that the two-stage optimal strategy integrating slot allocation with dynamic pricing considering random demand is revealed to increase the revenue for multimodal transport operators(MTO) while concurrently satisfying shippers' demand.Research resulting from this paper will contribute to the theory and practice of container sea-rail multimodal transport revenue management and provide a scientific decision-making tool for MTO.Di Liu Hualong Yang 2015Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2015,2,3:3
17Atomic scale structure dominated FCC and B2 responses to He ion irradiation in eutectic high-entropy alloy AlCoCrFeNi_(2.1)显示文摘Radiation-tolerant materials are widely desired in nuclear reactors. High-entropy alloys(HEAs) exhibiting superior mechanical performance and swelling tolerance are being considered as next-generation nuclear structural materials. However, an understanding of HEAs irradiation tolerance at an atomic scale is still lacking. In this study, the atomic scale irradiation response of AlCoCrFeNi_(2.1), composed of face-centered cubic(FCC) phase and B2 phase, has been systematically investigated at 298 and 723 K. The bubble volume ratio of the B2 phase is much larger than that of the FCC phase under the same irradiation conditions, and hence, the FCC phase has superior swelling tolerance than the B2 phase. Also, order-disorder transformation occurred in both L12and B2 phases. The different irradiation responses between the FCC and B2 phases, depend firstly on composition and secondly on crystal structure. The higher compositional complexity and complicated atomic-level lattice environment of the FCC phase contribute to better radiation performance than B2 phase. 18Effect of Cesium Modification on CuO/CeO2 Catalysts for the Catalytic Decomposition of N2O显示文摘A series of Cs-modified CuO/CeO2 mixed oxide catalysts was prepared for enhancing the stable activity of N2O decomposition.It was found that Cs modification promoted the catalytic performance of CuO/CeO2 catalysts significantly,The l%Cs-CuO/CeO2 catalyst exhibited the best activity,and the conversion of N2O reached 100%at 380℃ in the presence of 2% O2.The catalytic behaviors were investigated by means of XRD,N2 adsorption isotherms,XPS,H2-TPR(TPR:temperature-prograrmmed reduction),CO-IR,O2-TPD(TPD:temperature-programmed desorption)and diffused reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectorscopy(DRiFTs).The results revealed that Cs modification promoted the activity and the oxygen resistance by enhancing the desorption of surface oxygen species and increasing the content of Ce^3+.CO-DRIFTs revealed that Ce^3+could efficiently facilitate the regeneration of active Cu^+sites by an oxygen migration step.The possible reaction mechanism was also discussed.GUO Peiwen QIN Feng SUN Chao HUANG Zhen SHEN Wei XU Hualong 2019Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2019,35,1:2
19Specific Antitumor Effects of Tumor Vaccine Produced by Electrofusion between Osteosarcoma Cell and Dendritic Cell in Rats显示文摘Dendritic cells (DCs) are potent antigen-presenting cells capable of inducing primary T-cell responses. Several immunotherapy treatment strategies involve manipulation of DCs, both in vivo and ex vivo, to promote the immunogenic presentation of tumor-associated antigens. In this study, an electrofusion protocol was developed to induce fusion between osteosarcoma cells and allogeneic bone marrow-derived DCs. Preimmunization with irradiated electrofusion products was found to provide partial or complete protection from tumor challenge in the UMR106 tumor model. Vaccinated survivors developed long immunological memory. The therapeutic potential of this type of approach was suggested by the ability of UMR106-DC electrofusion products which could induce tumor rejection in a substantial percentage (60%) of hosts bearing pre-established tumor cells.These results tended to indicate that treatment with electrofused tumor cells and allogeneic DCs might be capable of inducing a potent antitumor response and could conceivably be applied to a wide range of cancer indications for which tumor-associated antigens have not been identified. 20Enhanced weathering input from South Asia to the Indian Ocean since the late Eocene显示文摘nhanced silicate weathering induced by the uplift of the Himalayan-Tibetan Plateau(HTP)has been considered as the major cause of pCO_(2) decline and Cenozoic cooling.However,this hypothesis remains to be validated,largely due to the lack of a reliable reconstruction of the HTP weathering flux.Here,we present a 37-million-year record of the difference in the seawater radiogenic neodymium isotopic composition(△ε_(Nd))of Ocean Drilling Program(ODP)sites and Fe-Mn crusts between the northern and central Indian Ocean,which indicates the contribution of regional weathering input from the South Asian continent to the Indian Ocean.The results show a long-term increase in △ε_(Nd) and thus provide the first critical evidence of enhanced South Asian weathering input since the late Eocene.The evolution coincided well with major pulses of surface uplift in the HTP and global climatic transitions.Our foraminiferal eNd record suggests that tectonic uplift and silicate weathering in South Asia,especially in the Himalayas,might have played a significant role in the late Cenozoic cooling.Zehua Song Shiming Wan Christophe Colin Christian France-Lanord Zhaojie Yu Arnaud Dapoigny Hualong Jin Mengjun Li Jin Zhang Debo Zhao Xuefa Shi Anchun Li 2023Science Bulletin2023,,3:2
