1Current diagnosis and treatment of benign biliary stricturesafter living donor liver transplantation显示文摘Despite advances in surgical techniques, benign biliary strictures after living donor liver transplantation(LDLT) remain a significant biliary complication and play an important role in graft and patient survival. Benign biliary strictures after transplantation are classified into anastomotic or non-anastomotic strictures. These two types differ in presentation, outcome, and response to therapy. The leading causes of biliary strictures include impaired blood supply, technical errors during surgery, and biliary anomalies. Because patients usually have non-specific symptoms, a high index of suspicion should be maintained. Magnetic resonance cholangiography has gained widespread acceptance as a reliable noninvasive tool for detecting biliary complications. Endoscopy has played an increasingly prominent role in the diagnosis and treatment of biliary strictures after LDLT. Endoscopic management in LDLT recipients may be more challenging than in deceased donor liver transplantation patients because of the complex nature of the duct-to-duct reconstruction. Repeated aggressive endoscopic treatment with dilation and the placement of multiple plastic stents is considered the first-line treatment for biliary strictures. Percutaneous and surgical treatments are now reserved for patients for whom endoscopic management fails and for those with multiple, inaccessible intrahepatic strictures or Roux-en-Y anastomoses. Recent advances in enteroscopy enable treatment, even in these latter cases. Direct cholangioscopy, another advanced form of endoscopy, allows direct visualization of the inner wall of the biliary tree and is expected to facilitate stenting or stone extraction. Rendezvous techniques can be a good option when the endoscopic approach to the biliary stricture is unfeasible. 2A hybrid distributed-centralized conflict resolution approach for multi-aircraft based on cooperative co-evolutionary显示文摘Conflict resolution(CR)plays a crucial role in safe air trafc management(ATM).In this paper,we propose a new hybrid distributed-centralized tactical CR approach based on cooperative co-evolutionary named the CCDG(cooperative co-evolutionary with dynamic grouping)strategy to overcome the drawbacks of the current two types of approaches,the totally centralized approach and distributed approach.Firstly,aircraft are divided into several sub-groups based on their interdependence.Besides,a dynamic grouping strategy is proposed to group the aircraft to better deal with the tight coupling among them.The sub-groups are adjusted dynamically as new conflicts appear after each iteration.Secondly,a fast genetic algorithm(GA)is used by each sub-group to optimize the paths of the aircraft simultaneously.Thirdly,the aircraft’s optimal paths are obtained through cooperation among diferent sub-groups based on cooperative co-evolutionary(CC).An experimental study on two illustrative scenarios is conducted to compare the CCDG method with some other existing approaches and it is shown that CCDG which can get the optimal solution efectively and efciently in near real time,outperforms most of the existing approaches including Stratway,the fast GA,a general evolutionary path planner,as well as three well-known cooperative co-evolution algorithms.ZHANG XueJun GUAN XiangMin HWANG Inseok CAI KaiQuan 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,12:12
3A large-scale flight multi-objective assignment approach based on multi-island parallel evolution algorithm with cooperative coevolutionary显示文摘Due to the rapid increase of air traffic demand, the large-scale flight assignment plays a crucial role in reducing airspace congestion and economic losses via reasonably regulating the air traffic flow of China. In this paper, the large-scale flight assignment problem is formulated as a multi-objective model with consideration of the reduction of airspace congestion and flight delay. However, it is a large-scale combinatorial optimization problem with complex constraints and tightly coupled decision variables, which is difficult to deal with.Hence, an effective multi-objective optimization algorithm is proposed based on the multi-island parallel evolution framework(PEA) with a left-right probability migration topology. Multi-island PEA employs multiple evolution populations for solving the problem simultaneously, and the left-right probability migration topology for exchange individuals among populations to improve the efficiency of the cooperation of populations. Then the cooperative co-evolution(CC) algorithm is introduced for each population to further improve the searching capability. 11Three-dimensionalization via control of laser-structuring parameters for high energy and high power lithium-ion battery under various operating con ditions显示文摘Laser-structuring is an effective method to promote ion diffusion and improve the performance of lithium-ion battery(LIB)electrodes.In this work,the effects of laser structuring parameters(groove pitch and depth)on the fundamental characteristics of LIB electrode,such as interfacial area,internal resistances,material loss and electrochemical performance,are investigated,LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_(2) cathodes were structured by a femtosecond laser by varying groove depth and pitch,which resulted in a material loss of 5%-14%and an increase of 140%-260%in the in terfacial area between electrode surface and electrolyte.It is shown that the importance of groove depth and pitch on the electrochemical performance(specific capacity and areal discharge capacity)of laser-structured electrode varies with current rates.Groove pitch is more im porta nt at low current rate but groove depth is at high curre nt rate.From the mapping of lithium concentration within the electrodes of varying groove depth and pitch by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy,it is verified that the groove functions as a diffusion path for lithium ions.The ionic,electronic,and charge transfer resistances measured with symmetric and half cells showed that these internal resistances are differently affected by laser structuring parameters and the changes in porosity,ionic diffusion and electronic pathways.It is demonstrated that the laser structuring parameters for maximum electrode performance and minimum capacity loss should be determined in consideration of the main operating conditions of LIBs.Junsu Park Hyeongi Song Inseok Jang Jaepil Lee Jeongwook Um Seong-guk Bae Jihun Kim Sungho Jeong Hyeong-Jin Kim 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,1:1
