2柏芩提取液的药效学及对奶牛子宫内膜炎的疗效评价显示文摘柏芩提取液是由黄柏、黄芩、红花、党参等组成,为了探讨其对奶牛子宫内膜炎的治疗作用,采用实验性家兔子宫内膜炎模型进行柏芩提取液的主要药效学研究。确定药效作用后,按照农业农村部颁布的《防治奶牛临床子宫内膜炎的抗微生物兽药的靶动物安全性和有效性试验指导原则》对其进行奶牛子宫内膜炎的临床疗效评价。药效学试验结果表明,与模型组比较,柏芩提取液能明显改善实验性子宫内膜炎家兔的临床症状,血液白细胞计数分类、子宫分泌物涂片镜检、尿液及子宫分泌物化学检查结果趋于正常,并且能够减轻子宫充血、炎性细胞浸润、上皮细胞脱落等组织病理学改变。临床疗效试验结果表明,给药后第10天,柏芩提取液高、中剂量组的治愈率极显著高于低剂量组(P<0.01),且与阳性药物对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);各试验组的总有效率差异均不显著(P>0.05)。给药后第21天,柏芩提取液高、中剂量组的治愈率显著高于低剂量组(P<0.05),且与阳性药物对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);各试验组的总有效率未见明显差异(P>0.05)。以上结果证明柏芩提取液对实验性家兔子宫内膜炎和临床奶牛子宫内膜炎具有良好的治疗作用,其中1.5和1.0 g/mL浓度(30 mL/次)对临床病例的治疗效果明显,与土霉素效果相似,0.5 g/mL浓度效果不明显。本研究为其进一步研究和开发应用奠定了基础。钱峰 苗钰松 MUHAMMAD Ishfaq 尹鹏 尹建丽 李继昌 2020中国畜牧兽医2020,47,5:6
3Efficacy of pancreatoscopy for pancreatic duct stones:A systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘BACKGROUND Pancreatic duct stones can lead to significant abdominal pain for patients.Per oral pancreatoscopy(POP)-guided intracorporal lithotripsy is being increasingly used for the management of main pancreatic duct calculi(PDC)in chronic pancreatitis.POP uses two techniques:Electrohydraulic lithotripsy(EHL)and laser lithotripsy(LL).Data on the safety and efficacy are limited for this procedure.We performed a systematic review and meta-analysis with a primary aim to calculate the pooled technical and clinical success rates of POP.The secondary aim was to assess pooled rates of technical success,clinical success for the two individual techniques,and adverse event rates.AIM To perform a systematic review and meta-analysis of POP,EHL and LL for management of PDC in chronic pancreatitis.METHODS We conducted a comprehensive search of multiple electronic databases and conference proceedings including PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane,Google Scholar and Web of Science databases(from 1999 to October 2019)to identify studies with patient age greater than 17 and any gender that reported on outcomes of POP,EHL and LL.The primary outcome assessed involved the pooled technical success and clinical success rate of POP.The secondary outcome included the pooled technical success and clinical success rate for EHL and LL.We also assessed the pooled rate of adverse events for POP,EHL and LL including a subgroup analysis for the rate of adverse event subtypes for POP:Hemorrhage,post-endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography pancreatitis(PEP),perforation,abdominal pain,fever and infections.Technical success was defined as the rate of clearing pancreatic duct stones and clinical success as the improvement in pain.Randomeffects model was used for analysis.Heterogeneity between study-specific estimates was calculated using the Cochran Q statistical test and I2 statistics.Publication bias was ascertained,qualitatively by visual inspection of funnel plot and quantitatively by the Egger test.RESULTS A total of 16 studies including 383 patients met the inclusion criteria.The technical success rate of POP was 76.4%(95%CI:65.9-84.5;I2=64%)and clinical success rate was 76.8%(95%CI:65.2-85.4;I2=66%).The technical success rate of EHL was 70.3%(95%CI:57.8-80.3;I2=36%)and clinical success rate of EHL was 66.5%(95%CI:55.2-76.2;I2=19%).The technical success rate of LL was 89.3%(95%CI:70.5-96.7;I2=70%)and clinical success rate of LL was 88.2%(95%CI:66.4-96.6;I2=77%).The incidence of pooled adverse events for POP was 14.9%(95%CI:9.2-23.2;I2=49%),for EHL was 11.2%(95%CI:5.9-20.3;I2=15%)and for LL was 13.1%(95%CI:6.3-25.4;I2=31%).Subgroup analysis of adverse events showed rates of PEP at 7%(95%CI:3.5-13.6;I2=38%),fever at 3.7%(95%CI:2-6.9;I2=0),abdominal pain at 4.7%(95%CI:2.7-7.8;I2=0),perforation at 4.3%(95%CI:2.1-8.4;I2=0),hemorrhage at 3.4%(95%CI:1.7-6.6;I2=0)and no mortality.There was evidence of publication bias based on funnel plot analysis and Egger’s test.CONCLUSION Our study highlights the high technical and clinical success rates for POP,EHL and LL.POP-guided lithotripsy could be a viable option for management of chronic pancreatitis with PDC.Syed M Saghir Harmeet S Mashiana Babu P Mohan Banreet S Dhindsa Amaninder Dhaliwal Saurabh Chandan Neil Bhogal Ishfaq Bhat Shailender Singh Douglas G Adler 2020World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,34:5
4黄曲霉毒素B_1诱导的AA肉鸡亚慢性肝损伤模型的建立与评价显示文摘72只AA肉鸡适应性饲养3d后随机分为4组,分别为空白对照组(不合黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)的空白饲料)、AFB1低剂量组(饲料中含1mg/kgAFB1)、AFB1中剂量组(饲料中含3mg/kgAFB1)、AFB1高剂量组(饲料中含5mg/kgAFB1)。结果表明,连续饲喂高剂量AFB128d时,AA肉鸡肝体指数显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);血清酶学指标谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);肝脏总超氧化物岐化酶(T—SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)活性极显著低于对照组(P〈0.01),丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。病理切片结果显示,在28dAFB1高剂量组肉鸡肝脏发生严重病变。平均日增重结果表明,在14~21d,AFB1中、高剂量组AA肉鸡均极显著低于对照组(P〈0.01);21.28d,高剂量组平均日增重极显著低于对照组(P〈0.01),中剂量组平均日增重显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。综上所述,连续饲喂含有5mg/kgAFB1的饲料28d可以成功建立肉鸡亚慢性肝损伤模型,饲料中污染AFB1能严重影响AA肉鸡增重。孙晓琦 崔晓旭 李伟 韩美玉 Ishfaq Muhammad 王鹤 程平 张秀英 2016中国家禽2016,38,24:3
5Growth,yield and water productivity of dry direct seeded rice and transplanted aromatic rice under different irrigation management regimes显示文摘Sustainability of traditionally cultivated rice in the rice-wheat cropping zone(RWCZ)of Pakistan is dwindling due to the high cost of production,declining water resources and escalating labour availability.Thus,farmers and researchers are compelled to find promising alternatives to traditional transplanted rice(TPR).A field study was conducted in Punjab,Pakistan,in 2017 and 2018 to explore the trade-offs between water saving and paddy yield,water productivity and economics of two aromatic rice varieties under dry direct seeded rice(DDSR)and TPR.The experiment was comprised of three irrigation regimes on the basis of soil moisture tension(SMT)viz.,continuous flooded(>–10 kPa SMT),alternate wetting and drying(AWD)(–20 kPa SMT)and aerobic rice(–40 kPa SMT),maintained under TPR and DDSR systems.Two aromatic rice verities:Basmati-515 and Chenab Basmati-2016 were used during both years of study.In both years,DDSR produced higher yields(13–18%)and reduced the total water inputs(8–12%)in comparison to TPR.In comparison to traditional continuous flooded(CF),AWD under DDSR reduced total water input by 27–29%and improved the leaf area index(LAI),tillering,yield(7–9%),and water productivity(44–50%).The performance of AWD with regard to water savings and increased productivity was much higher in DDSR system as compared to AWD in TPR system.Cultivation of DDSR with aerobic irrigation improved water savings(49–55%)and water productivity(22–30%)at the expense of paddy yield reduction(36–39%)and spikelet sterility.With regard to variety,the highest paddy yield(6.6 and 6.7 t ha–1)was recorded in DDSR using Chenab Basmati-2016 under AWD irrigation threshold that attributed to high tiller density and LAI.The economic analysis showed DDSR as more beneficial rice establishment method than TPR with a high benefit-cost ratio(BCR)when the crop was irrigated with AWD irrigation threshold.Our results highlighted that with the use of short duration varieties,DDSR cultivation in conjunction with AWD irrigation can be more beneficial for higher productivity and crop yield.Muhammad Ishfaq Nadeem Akbar Shakeel Ahmed Anjum Muhammad Anwar-Ul-haq 2020Journal of Integrative Agriculture2020,19,11:2
