| 1 | 烧结工艺使用气体燃料喷入技术减少CO_2排放显示文摘JFE钢铁公司开发了在烧结矿表面喷入含氢的气体燃料技术,可不增加焦粉配比,提高烧结矿质量。使用该技术,含氢气体可部分替代焦粉,使1200~1400℃的燃烧层变宽成为可能。通过X射线对多孔状的烧结饼进行CT检查与烧结锅试验,从理论到实践都证明了喷入燃料气体技术的使用效果。保持1200~1400℃的温度带,为生产高强度、高还原性的烧结矿至关重要,它能使合适的温度带变宽、液相率增加、提高1~5mm孔隙间的熔合并提升烧结矿强度。大于5mm的孔隙的烧结矿数量增多提高了料层的透气性,低温烧结工艺也抑制了铁矿石的自身熔化。而在未熔化的铁矿石中,小于1μm的微孔隙的存在也使烧结矿的还原性提高,从而改善烧结饼的孔隙结构,提高烧结矿质量。2009年1月,京浜1号烧结机应用了该技术,到目前为止工况稳定。结果,烧结工序的能源利用率大幅提升,减排CO2约6万t/a。 | Nobuyuki Oyama Yuji Iwami Satoshi Machida Takahide Higuchi Tetsuya Yamamoto Yushinori Watanabe Michitaka Sato Kanji Takeda Masakata Shimizu Koki Nishioka 何海良 | 2013 | 世界钢铁2013，，1： | 11 |
| 2 | Observation of mitochondrial activity based on temporal and spatial pH variations measured by near-field fluorescent ratiometry显示文摘A novel method combining dual wavelength fluorescent ratiometry with scanning near-field optical microscopy (SNOM) is proposed and developed to measure the concentration and distribution of protons in the vicinity of biological samples. This method involves immersing mitochondria in a pH-sensitive fluorescent dye solution instead of injecting the dye into the surface of the mitochondrial membrane. It uses a dual emission pH-sensitive dye and SNOM with a thermally pulled and metal-coated optical fiber probe to improve the spatial resolution. The time dependence of the fluorescence intensity ratio (FIR) under acid addition and the response of mitochondria to nutritional supplementation were studied by using this method. Activation of mitochondria and a distance-dependent delay in the FIR response were observed.
