| 1 | 基于支持向量机的玉米苗期田间杂草光谱识别显示文摘田间全面积均匀喷施除草剂不经济,还污染环境,精准喷施除草剂意义重大,其关键是正确识别杂草。用便携式野外光谱仪,在田间测量了玉米、马唐和稗草植株冠层在350~2 500 nm波长范围内的光谱数据,经过数据预处理,数据分析波长选为350~1 300和1 400~1 800 nm。数据处理采用支持向量机(SVM)模式识别方法。SVM具有可实现对小样本建模结构风险最小化、结果最优化、泛化能力强的优点。用线性、多项式、径向基和多层感知核函数对玉米和杂草建立二分类模型,结果表明,三阶多项式核函数SVM分类模型的正确识别率最高,达到80%以上,且支持向量比例较小。以二分类模型为基础,利用投票机制,建立了玉米、马唐和稗草的一对一多分类SVM模型,正确识别率达80%。田间光谱测量受光照、背景和仪器测量精度等条件的影响较大,但结果仍表明SVM结合光谱技术在田间杂草识别中应用潜力很大,此研究为田间杂草识别及传感器的建立提供了一种研究思路和应用基础。 | 邓巍 张录达 何雄奎 Mueller J 曾爱军 宋坚利 刘亚佳 周继中 陈吉 王旭 | 2009 | 光谱学与光谱分析2009，29，7： | 11 |
| 2 | 绿色植物靶标的光谱探测研究显示文摘利用植物和背景(枯枝、土壤等)的光谱特性'红边'两侧反射率的差异,研究了探测绿色植物靶标的光谱探测技术。定义850与650nm处反射率的比值为植物判别指数(GPDI)。用FieldSpec Handheld2500型野外便携式光谱仪测量了绿色植物和背景的光谱数据,对其进行数据处理,计算各被测物质的植物判别指数GPDI。利用决策树模式识别方法建立植物与背景的分类模型,得到了GPDI阈值(GPDITH),选择此阈值为5.54。当GPDI>GPDITH时,判别探测对象为植物;反之亦然。设计开发了基于AT89S51单片机和光电二极管OPT101的绿色植物光谱探测器。试验结果表明,此探测器的探测率受杂草的种类、大小和密度的影响;阔叶草比窄叶草更易探测到;植株越大、密度越高,探测率越高。 | 邓巍 赵春江 何雄奎 陈立平 张录达 武广伟 Mueller J 翟长远 | 2010 | 光谱学与光谱分析2010，30，8： | 8 |
| 3 | Liver stiffness reversibly increases during pregnancy and independently predicts preeclampsia显示文摘AIM To study liver stiffness(LS) during pregnancy and its association with complications during pregnancy.METHODS In this observational, diagnostic study, 537 pregnant women were prospectively enrolled at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University hospital Heidelberg and Salem Medical Center. LS was measured using the Fibroscan device(Echosens, Paris) in all women and in 41 cases 24 h after delivery. Clinical and morphological data were recorded and abdominal ultrasound and standard laboratory tests were performed. No complications were observed in 475 women(controls) while preeclampsia and intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP) developed in 22 and 40 women, respectively.RESULTS In controls, LS increased significantly from initially 4.5 ± 1.2 kPa in the second trimester to 6.0 ± 2.3 kPa(P < 0.001) in the third trimester. In the third trimester, 41% of women had a LS higher than 6 kPa. Elevated LS in controls was significantly correlated with alkaline phosphatase, leukocytes, gestational age and an increase in body weight and body mass index(BMI). In women with pregnancy complications, LS was significantly higher as compared to controls(P < 0.0001). Moreover, in multivariate analysis, LS was an independent predictor for preeclampsia with an odds ratio of 2.05(1.27-3.31) and a cut-off value of 7.6 kPa. In contrast, ICP could not be predicted by LS. Finally, LS rapidly decreased in all women within 24 h after delivery from 7.2 ± 3.3 kPa down to 4.9 ± 2.2 kPa(P < 0.001).CONCLUSION During pregnancy, LS significantly and reversibly increases in the final trimester of pregnant women without complications.
