1当归对高分子右旋糖酐诱导人红细胞聚集性增强的影响显示文摘目的 :体外观察不同浓度当归孵育对正常人红细胞聚集性、高分子右旋糖酐引起的红细胞聚集性增强的影响。方法 :采集健康献血者静脉血 ,按组分别用自身血浆或高分子右旋糖酐溶液调节红细胞压积至 40 % ,加入或不加当归后 ,用红细胞聚集测定仪检测红细胞聚集性。结果 :(1)当归可使正常红细胞聚集速度减慢 ,而对解聚性能无显著影响。 (2 )高分子右旋糖酐可明显增加红细胞聚集速度 ,当归孵育能降低高分子右旋糖酐引起的红细胞聚集性的增强 ,以 2 0mg/ml的浓度为佳。结论 :当归可以显著减慢正常红细胞的聚集速度 ,抑制高分子右旋糖酐桥联所致红细胞聚集性增强。魏蕾 欧阳静萍 王雄 Stoltz JF 2001微循环学杂志2001,11,1:22
2当归对TNFα导致细胞骨架重排的逆转作用显示文摘目的 :研究当归对TNF_α所致人脐静脉内皮细胞 (ECV30 4)中细胞骨架重排的逆转作用。方法 :将培养人内皮细胞 (ECV30 4)分为 4组 ,即对照组、当归组、TNF_α损伤组和TNF_α+当归组 ,各组处理后用三维荧光显微镜观察细胞骨架F_actin分布的改变。结果 :当归能逆转TNF_α所致内皮细胞的严重紊乱。结论 :当归能逆转TNF_α导致的细胞骨架重排 ,这种作用可能是其抗动脉粥样硬化的主要原因之一。欧阳静萍 王雄 Muller S Stoltz JF 2000湖北医科大学学报2000,21,1:11
