1Assembly-promoted photocatalysis:Three-dimensional assembly of CdS_(x)Se_(1-x)(x=0-1) quantum dots into nanospheres with enhanced photocatalytic performance显示文摘In this paper,through an emulsion-based bottom-up self-assembly method,monodisperse CdS_(x)Se_(1-x)(x=0-1)quantum dots(QDs)with tailoring compositions have been three-dimensionally assembled into spherical architectures in sub-micrometer sizes.UVeVis absorption measurements revealed the enhanced light harvesting abilities of the assembled CdS_(x)Se_(1-x) spheres relative to their constituting QDs.HRTEM characterizations over the CdS_(x)Se_(1-x) assemblies suggested the existence of localized oriented adjoining of the CdS_(x)Se_(1-x) QDs and the resulting nano-twin structures that are favorable for photogenerated electron-hole separation.The quenching of photoluminescence and the improvement in IPCE after the assembly of CdS_(x)Se_(1-x) QDs provided a clue to the likely suppressed electron-hole recombination brought about by the unique architectures and interfaces derived from self-assembly.The above findings were coincided with the remarkably improved H2 evolution activities observed for the wellassembled CdS_(x)Se_(1-x) nanospheres in photocatalytic water splitting,underpinning the importance of the alternative strategy to design advanced semiconductor photocatalysts based on architectural engineering.Lina Wang Qiumei Di Mingming Sun Jia Liu Chuanbao Cao Jiajia Liu Meng Xu Jiatao Zhang 2017Journal of Materiomics2017,3,1:2
2Wire Oscillating Laser Additive Manufacturing of 2319 Aluminum Alloy: Optimization of Process Parameters, Microstructure, and Mechanical Properties显示文摘In this study,a wire oscillating laser additive manufacturing(O-WLAM)process was used to deposit 2319 aluminum alloy samples.The optimization of the deposition process parameters made it possible to obtain samples with smooth surfaces and extremely low porosities.The effects of the deposition parameters on the formability and evolution of the microstructure and mechanical properties before and after heat treatment were studied.The oscillating laser deposition of 2319 aluminum alloy,especially the circular oscillation mode,significantly reduced the porosity and improved the process stability and formability compared with non-oscillating laser deposition.There were clear boundaries between the deposition units in the deposition state,the interior of which was dominated by columnar crystals with many rod-and point-shaped precipitates.After the heat treatment,theθphase was significantly dissolved.The residual dot-and rod-shapedθ'phases were dispersedly distributed,exhibiting an obvious precipitation-hardening effect.The samples in the as-deposited state had a tensile strength of 245–265 MPa,an elongation of approximately 12.6%,and an 87 HV microhardness.After heat treatment at 530°C for 20 h and aging at 175°C for 18 h,the tensile strength,elongation,and microhardness reached 425–440 MPa,approximately 10%,and 153 HV,respectively.The performance improved significantly without significant anisotropy.Compared with the samples produced by wire arc additive manufacturing(WAAM),the tensile strength increased by approximately 10%,and the strength and microhardness were significantly improved.Xujian Cui Enyu Qi Zhonggang Sun Chuanbao Jia Yong Zeng Shikai Wu 2022Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering(Additive Manufacturing Frontiers)2022,1,3:1

5Phase-engineering modulation of Mn-based oxide cathode for constructing super-stable sodium storage显示文摘The Mn-based oxide cathode with enriched crystal phase structure and component diversity can provide the excellent chemistry structure for Na-ion batteries.Nevertheless,the broad application prospect is obstructed by the sluggish Na^(+)kinetics and the phase transitions upon cycling.Herein,we establish the thermodynamically stable phase diagram of various Mn-based oxide composites precisely controlled by sodium content tailoring strategy coupling with co-doping and solid-state reaction.The chemical environment of the P2/P'3 and P2/P3 biphasic composites indicate that the charge compensation mechanism stems from the cooperative contribution of anions and cations.Benefiting from the no phase transition to scavenge the structure strain,P2/P'3 electrode can deliver long cycling stability(capacity retention of 73.8%after 1000 cycles at 10 C)and outstanding rate properties(the discharge capacity of 84.08 mA h g^(-1)at 20 C)than P2/P3 electrode.Furthermore,the DFT calculation demonstrates that the introducing novel P'3 phase can significantly regulate the Na^(+)reaction dynamics and modify the local electron configuration of Mn.The effective phase engineering can provide a reference for designing other high-performance electrode materials for Na-ion batteries.Quanqing Zhao Ruru Wang Ming Gao Bolin Liu Jianfeng Jia Haishun Wu Youqi Zhu Chuanbao Cao 2024Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,88,1:0
6System Identification of Controlled Pulse Keyhole Plasma Arc Welding Process显示文摘The development of closed-loop control systems is one of the most effective ways to improve the stability of the keyhole status during keyhole plasma arc welding (K-PAW). Due to the disadvantages of the 'one-pulse-one-keyhole' technology based on the conventional square current waveform, the controlled pulse welding current waveform is newly applied to control the keyhole open and close periodically. In order to realize the real-time control on the keyhole behavior with this advanced current waveform, welding experiments and system identification are conducted based on the classical control theory. One complete welding cycle can be divided into 3 periods. The keyhole establishing time is the most important time variable, which determines the keyhole behavior and welding process stability. At the same time, the averaged efflux plasma arc voltage during one pulse cycle can reflect the real keyhole dimension and status in a real-time manner. Therefore, two single-input-single-output (SISO) systems are proposed, in which keyhole establishing time and keyhole average dimension are taken as the system controlled variables respectively. Welding experiments are designed with the peak current varying randomly. Experiments show that the keyhole establishing time changes in an opposite direction to the varied peak current, and the averaged efflux plasma arc voltage varies with the same trend as the peak current. Based on the least squares technique and F test of classical system identification, second order difference equation for keyhole establishing time/peak current system and first order difference equation for keyhole average dimension/peak current system are obtained. It is proved that the calculated data by the two mathematical expressions are well matched with the measured data. 7Comparative effects of rosuvastatin and atorvastatin on the risk of new-onset diabetes mellitus in patients with acute coronary syndrome receiving percutaneous coronary intervention:a retrospective cohort study显示文摘Background:Statins are frequently prescribed to reduce cardiovascular morbidity and mortality by lowering low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels.However,the use of statins leads to an increased incidence of new-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus(NODM).Our study aims to compare the effect of rosuvastatin versus atorvastatin on NODM in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)within 18 months of follow-up.Methods:A retrospective cohort study was conducted on patients with ACS who underwent PCI and were treated with rosuvastatin or atorvastatin between June 2012 and June 2017.The survival functions between the 2 groups were estimated using the Kaplan-Meier method and compared using the log-rank test with NODM as the endpoint.Cox proportional hazards models were used to calculate hazard ratios(HRs)and 95%confidence intervals(CIs)for the risk factors of NODM.Results:In total,220 patients received rosuvastatin and 168 atorvastatin.The cumulative incidence of NODM in the rosuvastatin group was lower but did not reach statistical significance,compared with that in the atorvastatin group(7.27%vs.12.50%,respectively;log-rank P=0.08).Using Cox proportional hazards models,baseline fasting blood glucose level was associated with a statistically significant increase in the risk of NODM(HR:4.56;95%CI:2.83–7.36;P<0.01).Conclusion:Long-term use of moderate rosuvastatin had a similar incidence of NODM compared with atorvastatin in patients with ACS receiving PCI.Cunhui Jia Rui Tian Mengzhi Zong Fangyun Luan Wenjun Wang Chuanbao Li 2022Emergency and Critical Care Medicine2022,2,4:0
