| 3 | Clozapine is strongly associated with the risk of pneumonia and inflammation显示文摘Clinicians need to remember that(1)systemic inflammations can increase clozapine level;(2)clozapine,by itself,can cause inflammation,particularly during titration that is too rapid for that patient;(3)clozapine may increase the risk of infection;and(4)more specifically,clozapine may be particularly strongly associated with the risk of pneumonia.Pneumonia appears to be associated with high mortality in clozapine patients around the world.Clinicians who are alert to the risk of pneumonia in clozapine patients may significantly decrease mortality in clozapine patients.There is no data on COVID-19 infections in clozapine patients,but based on what we know about clozapine pharmacology,we can hypothesise that clozapine,possibly by impairing immunological mechanisms,may increase the risk of pneumonia in infected patients.More importantly,once fever and/or pneumonia develops,the clozapine dose should be cut in half to decrease the risk of clozapine intoxication.If there is any doubt that in spite of halving the dose there are still signs of clozapine intoxication,completely stopping clozapine may be indicated.Once the signs of inflammation and fever have disappeared,the clozapine dose can be increased to the prior dosage level. | Jose de Leon Can-Jun Ruan Helene Verdoux Chuanyue Wang | 2020 | General Psychiatry2020，33，2： | 1 |

| 19 | Chromium Differentially Affects Hydrogen Peroxide Distribution in Primary and Adventitious Roots of Arabidopsis thaliana L.显示文摘The post-embryonic growth of the Arabidopsis thaliana root system can be modified by different types of stress,such as sublethal concentrations of metals,which may induce the production of reactive oxygen species(ROS).In this study,the effects of different concentrations of potassium chromate(K_(2)CrO_(4))on the distribution and relative quantity of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))were determined in primary and adventitious roots in A.thaliana HyPer line seedlings.This line has a biosensor that specifically reports H_(2)O_(2) levels within tissues as fluorescence.Primary root growth was inhibited at 100μM Cr(VI);in contrast,adventitious root formation was induced over the main root growth axis.These structures proliferated from 100-160μM Cr(VI),and much higher concentrations(180-200μM)of K_(2)CrO_(4) were required to affect their growth.The H_(2)O_(2) distributions were observed in the columella and lateral root cap of primary roots of plants grown in medium lacking dichromate,but following the development of toxicity symptoms,H_(2)O_(2) changed its distribution to the meristem and differentiation zones.Conversely,adventitious roots had comparable H_(2)O_(2) distribution patterns in untreated plants and those exposed to Cr(VI)supplementation.Thus,differential H_(2)O_(2) distribution correlates with the resistance of adventitious roots,but not primary roots,to dichromate and underlies cell reorganization at the apex to support growth. | Aaron Giovanni Munguia-Rodriguez Jose Lopez-Bucio Gerardo Rangel Sanchez Leon Francisco Ruiz-Herrera Yazmin Carreon-Abud Miguel Martinez-Trujillo | 2020 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2020，89，1： | 0 |
| 20 | Inverted Meckel’s diverticulum diagnosed using capsule endoscopy: A case report显示文摘BACKGROUND Meckel’s diverticulum is a common asymptomatic congenital gastrointestinal anomaly.However,its presentation as an inverted Meckel's diverticulum is a rare complication,of which few cases have been reported in the literature.CASE SUMMARY Here,we report the case of a 33-year-old man with iron deficiency anemia without manifestation of gastrointestinal bleeding.An upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and total colonoscopy were performed,but no abnormalities were found within the observed area.Finally,a capsule endoscopy was performed and offered us a clue to subsequently confirm the diagnosis of inverted Meckel's diverticulum via computed tomography scan.Laparoscopic intestinal resection surgery was performed.The final pathology report described a Meckel’s diverticulum.CONCLUSION Since inverted Meckel's diverticulum is an uncommon disease and its clinical presentation is not specific,it may go undetected by capsule endoscopy.Successful diagnosis and treatment of this disease requires a high index of clinical suspicion. | Ismael El Hajra Martínez Marta Calvo JoséLuis Martínez-Porras Lucia Gomez-Pimpollo Garcia Jose L Rodriguez Carmen Leon JoséLuis Calleja Panero | 2021 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2021，27，36： | 0 |
