1The Existence and Long-Time Behavior of Weak Solution to Bipolar Quantum Drift-Diffusion Model显示文摘The authors study the existence and long-time behavior of weak solutions to the bipolar transient quantum drift-diffusion model,a fourth order parabolic system.Using semi-discretization in time and entropy estimate,the authors get the global existence of nonnegative weak solutions to the one-dimensional model with nonnegative initial and homogenous Neumann(or periodic)boundary conditions.Furthermore,by a logarithmic Sobolev inequality,it is proved that the periodic weak solution exponentially approaches its mean value as time increases to infinity.Xiuqing CHEN Li CHEN Huaiyu JIAN 2007Chinese Annals of Mathematics,Series B2007,28,6:7
2A curve flow evolved by a fourth order parabolic equation显示文摘We study a fourth order curve flow, which is the gradient flow of a functional describing the shapes of human red blood cells. 3Mapping stripe rust resistance genes by BSR-Seq:YrMM58 and YrHY1 on chromosome 2AS in Chinese wheat lines Mengmai 58 and Huaiyang 1 are Yr17显示文摘Stripe rust(yellow rust), caused by Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici(PST),is one of the most devastating fungal diseases in common wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) in China and worldwide. Resistance breeding is the most effective strategy to control diseases in crop plants. Chinese wheat lines Mengmai 58 and Huaiyang 1 are highly resistant to PST race CYR34(V26) at the adult plant stage. To genetically map the underlying resistance genes we developed segregating populations by crossing Mengmai 58 and Huaiyang 1 with the susceptible cultivar Nongda 399. The stripe rust resistances in Mengmai 58 and Huaiyang 1 were both controlled by single dominant genes, provisionally designated YrMM58 and YrHY1, respectively. Bulked segregant RNA-Seq(BSR-Seq) analysis showed that YrMM58 and YrHY1 were located in the same distal ~16 Mb region on chromosome 2 AS.Comparative genomics analysis with the physical map of Aegilops tauschii proved useful for developing additional markers to saturate the genetic linkage map. YrMM58 and YrHY1 were mapped to the distal end of chromosome arm 2 AS, with the closest marker WGGB148 being 7.7 cM and 3.8 cM from the resistance gene, which was considered to be Yr17. 5Influenza A (H1N1) transmission by road traffic between cities and towns显示文摘Influenza A (H1N1) was spread widely between cities and towns by road traffic and had a major impact on public health in China in 2009. Understanding regulation of its transmission is of great significance with urbanization ongoing and for mitigation of damage by the epidemic. We analyzed influenza A (H1N1) spatiotemporal transmission and risk factors along roads in Changsha, and combined diffusion velocity and floating population size to construct an epidemic diffusion model to simulate its transmission between cities and towns. The results showed that areas along the highways and road intersections had a higher incidence rate than other areas. Expressways and county roads played an important role in the rapid development stage and the epidemic peak, respectively, and intercity bus stations showed a high risk of disease transmission. 6Geochronology and Geochemical Characteristics of Intrusion in the Jinchangliang Gold Deposit,Inner Mongolia and Their Tectonic Significance显示文摘Discovered and mined in recent years, the Jinchangliang gold deposit has not yet been studied in its genetic type. In this paper, the geological features of ore deposit, S isotopic composition, metallogenic age and elements geochemical of the granite closely related to mineralization were discussed. The results of the geological features of ore deposit and S isotopic composition show that ore-bearing hydrothermal solution was closely related with the intrusion of magmatic. The granite is characteristic of high silica SiO_2=72.38%–72.98%, high aluminum and Al_2O_3=14.22%–14.35%, low calcium CaO=0.16% –0.26%, and low value of FeOT/MgO(6.86–7.73), and rich in alkalis Na_2O+K_2O=9.11%–9.24%, suggesting that it is high-K calc-alkaline, highly fractionated, weak aluminum A-type granite. The REE patterns are inclined to right and show intense fractionation between LREE and HREE, without obvious negative Eu anomaly(δEu=0.80–0.84). The primitive mantle-normalized spidergrams are characterized by depletion of Ba, U, Ta, Nb, Zr, Ti and P, which implies that the granite has the characteristics of the crust-mantle mixing. S isotopes also indicate that the material source of gold deposit is closely related to the granite rocks. The LA-ICP-MS Zircon UPb age of the Damiao rock mass medium-fine grained monzogranite(belonging to the early IndoChina) is(245±1) Ma. It shows that Jinchangliang gold deposit was not formed in Yanshanian, but the early Indo-China. 8Influence of extreme weather and meteorological anomalies on outbreaks of influenza A (H1N1)显示文摘Biological experiments and epidemiological evidence indicate that variations in environment have important effect on the occurrence and transmission of epidemic influenza.It is therefore important to understand the characteristic patterns of transmission for prevention of disease and reduction of disease burden.Based on case records,we analyzed the environmental characteristics including climate variables in Changsha,and then constructed a meteorological anomaly susceptive-infective-removal (SIR) model on the basis of the results of influenza A (H1N1) transmission.The results showed that the outbreak of influenza A (H1N1) in Changsha showed significant correlation with meteorological conditions;the spread of influenza was sensitive to meteorological anomalies,and that the outbreak of influenza A (H1N1) in Changsha was influenced by a combination of absolute humidity anomalous weather conditions,contact rates of the influenza patients and changes in population movements.These findings will provide helpful information regarding prevention strategies under different conditions,a fresh understanding of the emergence and re-emergence of influenza outbreaks,and a new perspective on the transmission dynamics of influenza.XIAO Hong TIAN HuaiYu LIN XiaoLing GAO LiDong DAI XiangYu ZHANG XiXing CHEN BiYun ZHAO Jian XU JingZhe 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,3:2
9The hyper-surfaces with two linear dependent mean curvature functions in space forms显示文摘We formulate a class of functionals in space forms such that its critical points include the r-minimal hyper-surface and the minimal hyper-surface as special cases. We obtain the algebraic, differential and variational characteristics of the critical surfaces determined by the critical points. 15Probing the dynamic structural changes of DNA using ultrafast laser pulse in graphene-based optofluidic device显示文摘The ultrafast monitoring of deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)dynamic structural changes is an emerging and rapidly growing research topic in biotechnology.The existing optical spectroscopy used to identify different dynamical DNA structures lacks quick response while requiring large consumption of samples and bulky instrumental facilities.It is highly demanded to develop an ultrafast technique that monitors DNA structural changes with the external stimulus or cancer-related disease scenarios.Here,we demonstrate a novel photonic integrated graphene-optofluidic device to monitor DNA structural changes with the ultrafast response time.Our approach is featured with an effective and straightforward design of decoding the electronic structure change of graphene induced by its interactions with DNAs in different conformations using ultrafast nanosecond pulse laser and achieving refractive index sensitivity of~3×10^(−5) RIU.This innovative technique for the first time allows us to perform ultrafast monitoring of the conformational changes of special DNA molecules structures,including G-quadruplex formation by K+ions and i-motif formation by the low pH stimulus.The graphene-optofluidic device as presented here provides a new class of label-free,ultrafast,ultrasensitive,compact,and cost-effective optical biosensors for medical and healthcare applications.Bannur NShivananju Lu Zhou Yuefeng Yin Wenzhi Yu Babar Shabbir Haoran Mu Xiaozhi Bao Yiqiu Zhang Sun Tian Qingdong Ou Shaojuan Li Mohammad MHossain Yupeng Zhang Huaiyu Shao Guichuan Xing Nikhil V.Medhekar Chang-Ming Li Jian Liu Qiaoliang Bao 2021InfoMat2021,3,3:1

19Precipitation kinetics in binary Fe-Cu and ternary Fe-Cu-Ni alloys via kMC method显示文摘The precipitation kinetics of coherent Cu rich precipitates(CRPs) in binary Fe-Cu and ternary Fe-Cu-Ni alloys during thermal aging was modelled by the kinetic Monte Carlo method(kMC). A good agreement of the precipitation kinetics of Fe-Cu was found between the simulation and experimental results, as observed by means of advancement factor and cluster number density. This agreement was obtained owing to the correct description of the fast cluster mobility. The simulation results indicate that the effects of Ni are two-fold: Ni promotes the nucleation of Cu clusters; while the precipitation kinetics appears to be delayed by Ni addition during the coarsening stage. The apparent delayed precipitation kinetics is revealed to be related with the cluster mobility, which are reduced by Ni addition. The reduction effect of the cluster mobility weakens when the CRPs sizes increase.
