The Influence of Extractable Organic Matter on Pore Development in the Late Triassic Chang 7 Lacustrine Shales, Yanchang Formation, Ordos Basin, China显示文摘To investigate the influence of extractable organic matter(EOM) on pore evolution of lacustrine shales, Soxhlet extraction, using dichloromethane, was performed on a series of Chang 7 shale samples(Ordos Basin, China) with vitrinite reflectance of 0.64% to 1.34%. Low-pressure gas adsorption experiments were conducted on the samples before and after extraction. The pore structure parameters were calculated from the gas adsorption data. The results show complex changes to the pore volumes and surface areas after extraction. The pore development of both the initial and extracted samples is strongly controlled by total organic carbon(TOC) content. Micropores developed mainly in organic matter(OM), while mesopores and macropores predominantly developed in fractions other than OM. The influence of EOM on micropores is stronger than on mesopores and macropores. Organic solvents with a higher boiling point should be used to explore the effect of EOM on pore structure in the future. | HAN Hui LIU Pengwei DING Zhengang SHI Pitong JIA Jianchao ZHANG Wei LIU Yan CHEN Shijia LU Jungang Chen Kang PENG Xudong WANG Zhiyong XIAO Shuqi GAO Yuans | 2018 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2018,92,4: | 8

Development of aspartic acid ligation for peptide cyclization derived from serine/threonine ligation显示文摘Based on a mechanism analogous to the serine/threonine ligation, the aspartic acid ligation, which is facilitated by the γ-amino alcohol based ligation and oxidation, is developed and applied to the synthesis of cyclic peptides. The γ-hydroxyl group triggers the ring-chain tautomerization via a 6-endo-trig process, while the δ-hydroxyl group facilitates the oxidative cleavage of the vicinal diol to give carboxylic acid. | Ci Xu Jianchao Xu Han Liu Xuechen Li | 2018 | Chinese Chemical Letters2018,29,7: | 1

A three dimensional visualized physical simulation for natural gas charging in the micro-nano pore system显示文摘A micro-nano pore three-dimensional visualized real-time physical simulation of natural gas charging, in-situ pore-scale computation, pore network modelling, and apparent permeability evaluation theory were used to investigate laws of gas and water flow and their distribution, and controlling factors during the gas charging process in low-permeability(tight) sandstone reservoir. By describing features of gas-water flow and distribution and their variations in the micro-nano pore system, it is found that the gas charging in the low permeability(tight) sandstone can be divided into two stages, expansion stage and stable stage. In the expansion stage, the gas flows continuously first into large-sized pores then small-sized pores, and first into centers of the pores then edges of pores;pore-throats greater than 20 μm in radius make up the major pathway for gas charging. With the increase of charging pressure, movable water in the edges of large-sized pores and in the centers of small pores is displaced out successively. Pore-throats of 20-50 μm in radius and pore-throats less than 20 μm in radius dominate the expansion of gas charging channels at different stages of charging in turn, leading to reductions in pore-throat radius, throat length and coordination number of the pathway, which is the main increase stage of gas permeability and gas saturation. Among which, pore-throats 30-50 μm in radius control the increase pattern of gas saturation. In the stable stage, gas charging pathways have expanded to the maximum, so the pathways keep stable in pore-throat radius, throat length, and coordination number, and irreducible water remains in the pore system, the gas phase is in concentrated clusters, while the water phase is in the form of dispersed thin film, and the gas saturation and gas permeability tend stable. Connected pore-throats less than 20 μm in radius control the expansion limit of the charging pathways, the formation of stable gas-water distribution, and the maximum gas saturation. The heterogeneity of connected pore-throats affects the dynamic variations of gas phase charging and gas-water distribution. It can be concluded that the pore-throat configuration and heterogeneity of the micro-nanometer pore system control the dynamic variations of the low-permeability(tight) sandstone gas charging process and gas-water distribution features. | QIAO Juncheng ZENG Jianhui XIA Yuxuan CAI Jianchao CHEN Dongxia JIANG Shu HAN Guomeng CAO Zhe FENG Xiao FENG Sen- | 2022 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,2: | 1

Effect of Mechanical Surface Treatment on the Bonding Mechanism and Properties of Cold‑Rolled Cu/Al Clad Plate显示文摘In the case of valuable cold-rolled Cu/Al clad plates, billet surface treatment before rolling is a significant process that can affect the bonding efficiency and quality. While the current studies primarily focus on the influence of rolling parameters, insufficient attention has been paid to surface treatment. In this study, the effects of mechanical surface treatment on the bonding mechanism and bonding properties of cold-rolled Cu/Al clad plates were investigated. The results showed that different mechanical surface treatments have significant effects on the surface morphology, roughness, and residual stress. In addition, the effect of surface mechanical treatment on bonding quality was also observed to be critical. When the grinding direction was consistent with the rolling direction(RD),the bonding quality of the Cu/Al clad plates was significantly improved. After surface treatment along the RD for 20 s,the Cu/Al clad plates showed the highest shear strength(78 MPa),approximately four times as high as that of the unpolished samples.Simultaneously, the peel strength of this process was also significantly higher than that achieved via the other processes. Finally,on the basis of the surface morphology, roughness, and residual stress, the effect of surface treatment on the bonding mechanism and bonding properties of Cu/Al clad plates was analyzed. This study proposes a deeper understanding of the bonding behavior and bonding mechanism for cold rolled clad plates processed via mechanical surface treatment. | Jianchao Han Hui Niu Sha Li Zhongkai Ren Yi Jia Tao Wang A.I.Plokhikh Qingxue Huang | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2020,33,5: | 1

Recent advances and trends in roll bonding process and bonding model:A review显示文摘This review presents a thorough survey of the roll bonding process with a focus on the bimetallic bars/tubes as well as the bonding models and criteria. The review aims to provide insight into cold, hot and cryogenic bonding mechanisms at the micro and atomic scale and act as a guide for researchers working on roll bonding, other joining processes and bonding simulation.Mean-while,the shortcomings of roll bonding processes are presented from the aspect of formable shapes, while bonding models are shown from the aspect of calculation time, convergence, interface behav-ior of dissimilar materials as well as hot bonding status prediction. Two well-accepted numerical methodologies of bonding models, namely the contact algorithm and cohesive zone model(CZM)of bonding models and in simulations of the bonding process are highlighted.Particularly, recent advances and trends in the application of the combination of mechanical interlocking and metallurgical bonding, special energy fields, gradient structure, novel materials, green technology and soft computing method in the roll bonding process are also discussed. The challenges for advancing and prospects of the roll bonding process and bonding model are presented in an attempt to shed some light on the future research direction. | Zixuan LI Shahed REZAEI Tao WANG Jianchao HAN Xuedao SHU Zbigniew PATER Qingxue HUANG | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,4: | 0
Ambient noise tomography of a linear seismic array based on an improved Voronoi tessellation显示文摘Ambient noise tomography, when applied to a dense linear seismic array, has the capability to provide detailed insights into the fine velocity structures across diverse tectonic settings. The linear station arrangement naturally generates parallel and concentrated ray paths along the array trend. This unique geometry requires specific optimization of the inversion methodology and model parameterization. The Bayesian-based transdimensional inversion method, characterized by its fully non-linear nature and high degree of freedom in parameter settings, offers a powerful tool for ambient noise inversion. To effectively adapt this method to a linear array layout,we propose a modification to the Voronoi cell tessellation built in the transdimensional method.By introducing spatial priority to the Voronoi kernels,we strategically increased the density of Voronoi cells along the direction of the array. We then applied the modified approach to a linear seismic array in the North China Craton and validated its robustness through phase velocity images and resolution tests. Our improved non-uniform sampling technique in the 2-D model space accelerates convergence while simultaneously enhancing model accuracy.Compared with the conventional damped leastsquares method, the proposed algorithm revealed a shear-wave velocity map with notable low-velocity anomalies situated in the middle and lower crust beneath the borders of the Ordos block and its surrounding orogenic belt.Aligned with the crustal structures revealed by receiver function and electrical imaging, our findings indicated that the western and eastern margins of the Ordos block had experienced intensive crustal wedge deformation and re-melting,respectively. | Kun Wang Weitao Wang Libo Han Tingzi Li Yuan Ling Jianchao Zhou Huaiyu Yuan | 2023 | Earthquake Science2023,36,6: | 0

Rechargeable Na-CO_(2) Batteries Starting from Cathode of Na2CO_(3) and Carbon Nanotubes显示文摘Na-CO_(2) batteries have attracted signifcant attentions due to their high energy density and efective utilization of greenhouse gas CO_(2).However,all reported Na-CO_(2) batteries employ excessive preloaded metal Na,which will lead to safety issues such as dendrite formation and short circuit. In addition, the charging mechanism of reported Na-CO_(2) batteries is not very clear. Here we report the Na-CO_(2) batteries, starting from the cathode of cheap Na2CO_(3) and multiwalled carbon nanotubes(CNTs).Due to the efective electron transfer and high reactivity, the decomposition of Na2CO_(3) and CNTs could take place under 3.8 V.Te charging mechanism of 2Na2CO_(3)+C→4Na+3CO_(2) without any side reactions is revealed by in/ex situ techniques such as Raman, gas chromatograph, and optical microscope.Dendrite-free Na can quantitatively deposit on the Super P/Al anode because of large specifc surface area and low nucleation barrier of the anode for Na plating.Te batteries could deliver an energy density of 183 Wh kg−1(based on the whole mass of the pouch-type batteries,4 g)with stable cycling performance.Tis work reveals that safe rechargeable Na-CO_(2) batteries could be constructed by cheap Na2CO_(3) and multiwalled carbon nanotubes. | Jianchao Sun Yong Lu Hao Yang Mo Han Lianyi Shao Jun Chen | 2018 | Research2018,,1: | 0
Complications Following Facial Thread-Lifting显示文摘Background Facial thread-lifting(FTL)is a minimally invasive facial rejuvenation technique. However,to date,no study has focused on the treatment of complications associated with FTL.The purpose of this study was to report on clinical manifestations of complications following FTL and their treatment methods. Methods We retrospectively reviewed the electronic medical records of patients who presented with complications of FTL.Patient demographics, medical history, types and clinical manifestations of complications, imaging, treatment methods, histopathological findings, and follow-up information were collected.Descriptive statistical analysis was performed. Results Our sample included 61 patients, all women, with a mean age of 36.3±8.9 years. The most common reason for consultation was infection(31.2%),followed by dissatisfaction with postoperative facial contour(23%),paresthesia(19.7%),dimpling and irregularity(16.4%),subcutaneous induration(13.1%),thread extrusion(4.9%),and facial nerve injury(3.3%).Fifty-one(83.6%)patients reported alleviated symptoms after receiving pharmaceutical and physical therapies.Surgical interventions, including debridement and thread removal, were required in 10 patients(16.4%).Threads were completely or partially removed in 5 patients within 3 months of the initial FTL.During a median follow-up of 1.7 years,9 patients recovered well and were satisfied with the clinical outcomes, whereas one patient was unsatisfied due to dimpling and scarring. Conclusions The results show that most complications after FTL can be treated nonsurgically.Revision surgery is recommended for patients with recurrent infection, thread extrusion, and subcutaneous induration.Aesthetic surgeons and dermatologists should comply with the indications for FTL and optimize surgical procedures to minimize the risk of complications. | Zehao NIU Yudi HAN Rui JIN Yan LI Jianchao LIU Nan LI Wanheng LI Dan LI Youbai CHEN Yan HAN | 2020 | Chinese Journal Of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery2020,2,4: | 0
