| 4 | Response of Phytoneuston Community to Organic Nitrogen and Phosphorus Revealed by HPLC-Pigments Method显示文摘The sea surface microlayer(SML)is the thin boundary layer between the ocean and the atmosphere.Phytoplankton community in the SML is known as phytoneuston and has a different community structure and biomass from the phytoplankton of the underlying bulk water.In this study,water samples were collected from the SML of Daya Bay in southern China in September,October,and December of 2013.Algal growth potential(AGP)tests were conducted by adding different forms of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and silicate(Si).Phytoneuston grew well with both inorganic and organic nutrients,and showed comparable community structure after nutrient addition.A total of 16 pigments were analyzed in the SML samples collected from Daya Bay in this study.Phytopigments were dominated by the cyanobacteria-diagnostic pigment(zeaxanthin,Zea)in September and October,and by diatom-diagnostic pigment(fucoxanthin,Fuco)in December.The concentrations and proportions of Fuco increased greatly after the nutrient addition,and the concentrations and proportions of Zea decreased accordingly.Additionally,the diatom pigment index(DiatDP)increased after nutrient addition,and the prokaryotic pigment index(ProkDP)conversely decreased.The results suggested that massive occurrences of Zea and cyanobacteria are important characteristics of phytoneuston structure in Daya Bay especially in warm seasons,and nutrient addition especially Si addition promoted the growth of diatoms. | WANG Zhaohui ZHAO Jianggang XIAO Lin | 2020 | Journal of Ocean University of China2020,19,4: | 1 |

| 16 | Drill string dynamic characteristics simulation for the ultra-deep well drilling on the south margins of Junggar Basin显示文摘Improper drilling parameters may cause severe vibration of drill string which leads to reduce the rate of penetration and drilling tool premature failure accidents in the drilling process of ultra-deep well.The study on dynamic characteristics of drill string plays an important role in increasing the safety of drilling tool and optimizing the drilling parameters.Considering the influences of real borehole trajectory,interaction between bit and formation,contact between drill string and borehole wall,stiction of drilling fluid and other factors,a comprehensive drill string dynamic model was established to simulate the changes of wellhead hook load,torque,equivalent stress of drill string and BHA(bottomhole assembly)section acceleration and motion trajectory with time at different WOBs(weights on bit)and rotary speeds.The safety factor and overpull margin of wellhead drill string were calculated and the strength of drilling tool in ultra-deep well was checked using the fourth strength theory.The analysis results show that,in the drilling process of ultra-deep well,the transverse motion amplitude of the drill string near the wellhead is relatively small and vibration of drill string mainly occurs in the lower well section.As the rotary speed increases,the number of collision between lower drilling tool and borehole wall increases,wellhead transverse stress increases,change in torque is not large and change in wellhead equivalent stress is relatively small.As the WOB increases,wellhead torque will increase,axial load and equivalent stress will decrease and vibration acceleration of BHA will increase sharply.Wellhead overpull margin and safety factor will decrease with the increase of rotary speed and increase with the increase of WOB.Wellhead safety factor of S135 drilling tool in an F190.5 mm ultra-deep well on the south margins of Junggar basin changes around 1.8.The drilling tool is safe and has relatively sufficient ability to deal with the downhole accidents if a large size high steel grade drill string(F139.7 mm S135)is used.However,in view of BHA safety,neither rotary speed shall be too high nor WOB shall be too large. | Yuan Li Jianggang Shi Minghu Nie Chi Peng Yingjie Wang | 2023 | Petroleum2023,9,2: | 0 |

| 18 | Interspecific Competition Between Levanderina fissa(Dinophyceae) and the Other Three Microalgal Species in Co-Cultures显示文摘Growth interactions between the dinoflagellate Levanderina fissa (=Gyrodinium instriatum) and the other three algal bloom species Skeletonema costatum (Bacillariophyceae), Prorocentrum micans (Dinophyceae), and Chattonella marina (Raphido- phyceae) were studied using bi- or tri-algal co-cultures under laboratory conditions. The Lotka-Volterra model was applied to esti- mate the interspecific competition between them. Results showed that the growth of L. fissa was significantly suppressed in both bi-algal and tri-algal cultures, and the maximum cell densities in co-cultures were only between 21% and 69% of that in mono-cul- ture. L. fissa outcompeted P. micans;however, its effects on S. costatum and C. marina were generally less than the effects of their intraspecific competitions based on the competition coefficients. Contrarily, the inhibitory effects of S. costatum and C. marina on L. fissa were much greater. S. costatum outcompeted the other three species in all co-cultures, and its competition coefficients on the other species were more than 10000 times higher than the opposite. The growth of C. marina was suppressed by S. costatum;how- ever, it outcompeted L. fissa and P. micans. The growth of P. micans was most strongly inhibited in co-cultures, and the maximum cell densities in co-cultures were less than 15% of that in mono-species culture. The results suggested that L. fissa had few advan- tages in the interspecific competition.
