| 1 | Bipolar phototransistor in a vertical Au/graphene/MoS2 van der Waals heterojunction with photocurrent enhancement显示文摘Bipolar phototransistors have higher optical responsivity than photodiodes and play an important role in the field of photoelectric conversion.Two-dimensional materials offer a good optical responsivity and have the potential advantages of heterogeneous integration,but mass-production is difficult.In this study,a bipolar phototransistor is presented based on a vertical Au/graphene/MoS2 van der Waals heterojunction that can be mass-produced with a silicon semiconductor process using a simple photolithography process.Au is used as the emitter,which is a functional material used not just for the electrodes,MoS2 is used for the collector,and graphene in used for the base of the bipolar phototransistor.In the bipolar phototransistor,the electric field of the dipole formed by the Au and graphene contact is in the same direction as the external electric field and thus enhances the photocurrent,and a maximum photocurrent gain of 18 is demonstrated.A mechanism for enhancing the photocurrent of the graphene/MoS2 photodiode by contacting Au with graphene is also described.Additionally,the maximum responsivity is calculated to be 16,458 A/W,and the generation speed of the photocurrent is 1.48×10^-4A/s. | JIAQI LI XURUI MAO SHENG XIE ZHAOXIN GENG HONGDA CHEN | 2020 | Photonics Research2020,8,1: | 1 |

| 3 | Metal-organic frameworks with mixed-ligands strategy as heterogeneous nucleation center to assist crystallization for efficient and stable perovskite solar cells显示文摘Deep-level defects and random oriented configuration in perovskite crystallization process would cause the nonradiative recombination and further affect the performance of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Herein,two metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)with tunable Lewis-base passivation sites have been constructed(Cd-Httb and Cd-Httb-BDC,Httb=5-(4-(1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)benzyl)-1h-tetrazole,BDC=1,4-dicarboxybenzene)to eliminate deep-level defects and simultaneously as nanostructured heterogeneous nucleation seed to assist the growth of large-grained perovskite films.Compared with the control and Cd-Httb,Cd-Httb-BDC designed with mix-ligands strategy exhibited the enhanced inducted effect on the crystallization and nucleation of high-quality perovskite films during annealing process.Consequently,the resultant Cd-Httb-BDC-modified device achieved higher power conversion efficiency(PCE)(22.18%)than the control(20.89%)and Cd-Httb(21.56%).Meanwhile,the unencapsulated Cd-Httb-BDC-modified device still maintained 90%of initial PCE after 1500 h in ambient conditions and exhibited enhanced thermal stability(85℃ in N_(2) atmosphere).This work presented a successful example of mixligands strategy on construction of high-quality MOF-assisted perovskite films for high-efficient and stable PSCs. | Yayu Dong Shuang Gai Jian Zhang Ruiqing Fan Boyuan Hu Wei Wang Wei Cao Jiaqi Wang Ke Zhu Debin Xia Lin Geng Yulin Yang | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,2: | 0 |

| 5 | VAT Neutrality and Corporate Cash Holdings—Based on the Research of Uncredited VAT Refund Policy显示文摘This paper regards the uncredited value-added tax(VAT)refund policy promulgated in 2018 as an exogenous shock to improve the neutrality for VAT.Based on the statistics of listed companies in the non-financial sectors from 2013 to 2020,this paper applies the difference-in-differences(DID)approach to study the impact of the uncredited VAT refund policy on corporate cash holdings.The study finds that the policy has eased the impact of non-tax-neutral impact of non-refundable tax credits and lowered the level of corporate cash holdings.Furthermore,the analysis of capital sources verified that the policy has optimized the corporate capital conditions.These findings have proved to be robust after a series of tests.At the level of cross-sectional differences,the uncredited VAT refund policy exerts both'resource effect'and'signal effect',enabling companies to reduce cash holdings in the dimensions of both tax endowment and market expectation.At the level of policy effects,the policy improved the corporate behavior of high cash holdings for the production and operation cycle,with more notable impact on enterprises with higher tax credit rating.At the level of economic consequences,the adjustment of corporate cash holdings induced by uncredited VAT refund policy has significantly improved operating performance and reduced performance volatility,with a greater impact on enterprises with high capital intensity.The research findings evaluate the uncredited VAT refund policy from the perspective of tax neutrality,laying a theoretical foundation for further optimizing the uncredited VAT refund policy and the modern fiscal,tax and financial systems. | Yanxiang Xie Jiaqi Qin Zhen Jin Mingyang Geng | 2023 | China Finance and Economic Review2023,12,2: | 0 |
| 6 | α-myosin heavy chain lactylation maintains sarcomeric structure and function and alleviates the development of heart failure显示文摘The sarcomeric interaction ofα-myosin heavy chain(α-MHC)with Titin is vital for cardiac structure and contraction.However,the mechanism regulating this interaction in normal and failing hearts remains unknown.Lactate is a crucial energy substrate of the heart.Here,we identify thatα-MHC undergoes lactylation on lysine 1897 to regulate the interaction ofα-MHC with Titin.We observed a reduction ofα-MHC K1897 lactylation in mice and patients with heart failure.Loss of K1897 lactylation inα-MHC K1897R knock-in mice reducesα-MHC–Titin interaction and leads to impaired cardiac structure and function.Furthermore,we identified that p300 and Sirtuin 1 act as the acyltransferase and delactylase ofα-MHC,respectively.Decreasing lactate production by chemical or genetic manipulation reducesα-MHC lactylation,impairsα-MHC–Titin interaction and worsens heart failure.By contrast,upregulation of the lactate concentration by administering sodium lactate or inhibiting the pivotal lactate transporter in cardiomyocytes can promoteα-MHC K1897 lactylation andα-MHC–Titin interaction,thereby alleviating heart failure.In conclusion,α-MHC lactylation is dynamically regulated and an important determinant of overall cardiac structure and function.Excessive lactate efflux and consumption by cardiomyocytes may decrease the intracellular lactate level,which is the main cause of reducedα-MHC K1897 lactylation during myocardial injury.Our study reveals that cardiac metabolism directly modulates the sarcomeric structure and function through lactate-dependent modification ofα-MHC. | Naijin Zhang Ying Zhang Jiaqi Xu Pengbo Wang Boquan Wu Saien Lu Xinxin Lu Shilong You Xinyue Huang Mohan Li Yuanming Zou Mengke Liu Yuanhui Zhao Guozhe Sun Wenbin Wang Danxi Geng Jingwei Liu Liu Cao Yingxian Sun | 2023 | Cell Research2023,33,9: | 0 |

| 8 | Novel reparation method for polymethyl methacrylate optical windows of aircrafts damaged by service environment显示文摘The optical properties of polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)with varying degrees of artificial scratches have been studied with the aim of reproducing the change of visibility of an aircraft’s PMMA optical windows after being damaged in their service environment.A novel maintenance method that can perfectly restore the optical property of PMMA has been identified and employed in the repair of the scratches that are formed on the surface of PMMA.This convenient and low-cost method entails polishing PMMA with different types of sandpaper to remove the scratches,and then spin-coating the repair solution in order to restore the optical properties of PMMA.The effect of this repair mechanism and parameters of the repair process were studied.The results indicated that the optical performance of PMMA is closely related to the mesh size of sandpaper,and improper parameter selection destroys the general effect of the repair.When the number of sandpaper mesh is low,the size of the abrasive particle is relatively larger,which can cause deeper friction marks on the surface of PMMA optical windows.Surface treatment using 5000 mesh sandpaper lowers surface roughness(R——a=0.566 nm),and optical transmittance in visible range can be restored to more than 88%. | XIA Fei YANG Lei DAI Bing GAO Gang YANG ZhenHuai CAO WenXin XU LiangGe GENG FangJuan SONG ZiCheng RALCHENKO Victor ZHU JiaQi | 2020 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,8: | 0 |
