| 2 | Melatonin treatment induces chilling tolerance by regulating the contents of polyamine,γ-aminobutyric acid,and proline in cucumber fruit显示文摘The mechanism of melatonin(MT)induced chilling tolerance in harvested cucumber fruit was investigated at commercial maturity.In this study,cucumber fruits were treated with 100μmol L^(-1) MT at 4℃ and 90% relative humidity for 15 d of storage.In comparison with the control,cucumber treatment with MT resulted in reduced chilling injury(CI),decreased electrolyte leakage and enhanced firmness.The fruits treated with MT showed higher chlorophyll contents in storage conditions with suppressed chlorophyllase enzyme activity.MT treatment increased arginine decarboxylase(ADC)and ornithine decarboxylase(ODC)enzyme activities.Moreover,enhanced expression of the Cucumis sativus ADC(CsADC)and C.sativus ODC(CsODC)genes resulted in the accumulation of polyamine contents.Similarly,proline levels exhibited higher levels among treated fruits.Meanwhile,the proline synthesizing enzymes △1-pyrroline-5-carboxylate syntheses(P5CS)and ornithine aminotransferase(OAT)were significantly increased,while a catabolic enzyme of proline dehydrogenase(PDH)activity was inhibited by treatment.In addition,MT induced expression of C.sativus OAT(CsOAT)and C.sativus P5CS(CsP5CS)genes.Cucumber fruits treated with MT also exhibited higher γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)content by enhanced GABA transaminase(GABA-T)and glutamate decarboxylase(GAD)enzyme activities and a higher C.sativus GAD(CsGAD)gene expression.To sum up,the results show that MT treatment enhanced chilling tolerance,which was associated with the regulation of polyamines,as well as proline and γ-aminobutyric acid. | Miilion P MADEBO LUO Si-ming WANG Li ZHENG Yong-hua JIN Peng | 2021 | Journal of Integrative Agriculture2021，20，11： | 6 |
| 3 | 基于手机传感器数据的交通出行调查实证评估显示文摘应用手机传感器与调查问卷,同步采集了校园内高校学生2周的真实出行轨迹;考虑了真实出行环境下的手机传感器数据特征,结合高斯滤波预处理数据,根据轨迹点的时空聚类特性,用时空聚类算法识别了出行端点和出行时间,结合轨迹点速度、加速度特征,利用支持向量机识别了出行方式;将手机传感器数据与调查问卷、查核线数据对比,分析了手机传感器数据出行特征识别的准确程度,验证了出行特征的提取效果。分析结果表明:手机传感器与问卷调查识别出行链的成功匹配比例为81.66%,说明手机传感器数据可有效记录出行轨迹;时空聚类算法参数中核心点空间半径为26.92 m,最小样本点为129,时间约束为129 s时,出行端点识别准确率为93.02%,出行时间识别准确率为90.84%,说明手机传感器识别出行端点和出行时间的效果较好;当支持向量机设置类型为经典支持向量机,核函数为径向基函数,惩罚系数为0.797,核参数为2.260时,出行方式识别准确率为89.86%,即利用手机传感器能够有效识别出行方式。可见,手机传感器数据识别结果合理,能为手机传感器数据应用于实际出行调查做支撑。 | 杨飞 郭煜东 JIN J P 吴海涛 | 2020 | 交通运输工程学报2020，20，1： | 3 |
| 4 | Measurements of γ/γ' Lattice Misfit and γ' Volume Fraction for a Ru-containing Nickel-based Single Crystal Superalloy显示文摘A conventional X-ray diffractometer has been used to determine the γ/γ lattice misfit and γ volume fraction for a Ru-containing nickel-based single crystal superalloy at room temperature.The rocking curve was used to characterize the distribution of subgrains.The diffraction peaks obtained by ω-2θ scan were used to determine the γ/γ lattice misfit and γ volume fraction.A three peaks fitting model was proposed.The peak fitting results are in good agreement with the model.The X-ray diffraction results indicate that the nickel-based single crystal superalloy was not a perfect monocrystalline material,which is comprised of many subgrains;and each subgrain also consists of large numbers of mosaic structures.In addition,two anomalous reflection phenomena were found during the experiment and discussed with respect to their occurrence and impact on the measurement.The experimental results show that the γ/γ lattice misfit and γ volume fraction will be various at the different regions of its dendritic microstructure.The average γ/γ lattice misfit and γ volume fraction of the experimental alloy are approximately-0.2% and 70%,respectively.Furthermore,the γ volume fraction calculated by atom microprobe(AP) data is also basically consistent with the experimental results. | X.P.
