| 2 | Comparison of activated carbon and iron/cerium modified activated carbon to remove methylene blue from wastewater显示文摘The methylene blue(MB)removal abilities of raw activated carbon and iron/cerium modified raw activated carbon(Fe–Ce-AC)by adsorption were researched and compared.The characteristics of Fe–Ce-AC were examined by N_2adsorption,zeta potential measurement,FTIR,Raman,XRD,XPS,SEM and EDS.After modification,the following phenomena occurred:The BET surface area,average pore diameter and total pore volume decreased;the degree of graphitization also decreased.Moreover,the presence of Fe_3O_4led to Fe–Ce-AC having magnetic properties,which makes it easy to separate from dye wastewater in an external magnetic field and subsequently recycle.In addition,the equilibrium isotherms and kinetics of MB adsorption on raw activated carbon and Fe–Ce-AC were systematically examined.The equilibrium adsorption data indicated that the adsorption behavior followed the Langmuir isotherm,and the pseudo-second-order model matched the kinetic data well.Compared with raw activated carbon,the maximum monolayer adsorption capacity of Fe–Ce-AC increased by27.31%.According to the experimental results,Fe–Ce-AC can be used as an effective adsorbent for the removal of MB from dye wastewater. | Song Cheng Libo Zhang Aiyuan Ma Hongying Xia Jinhui Peng Chunyang Li Jianhua Shu | 2018 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2018,30,3: | 8 |

| 5 | A Silicon Monoxide Lithium-Ion Battery Anode with Ultrahigh Areal Capacity显示文摘Silicon monoxide(SiO)is an attractive anode material for next-generation lithium-ion batteries for its ultra-high theoretical capacity of 2680 mAh g−1.The studies to date have been limited to electrodes with a rela-tively low mass loading(<3.5 mg cm^(−2)),which has seriously restricted the areal capacity and its potential in practical devices.Maximizing areal capacity with such high-capacity materials is critical for capitalizing their potential in practi-cal technologies.Herein,we report a monolithic three-dimensional(3D)large-sheet holey gra-phene framework/SiO(LHGF/SiO)composite for high-mass-loading electrode.By specifically using large-sheet holey graphene building blocks,we construct LHGF with super-elasticity and exceptional mechanical robustness,which is essential for accommodating the large volume change of SiO and ensuring the structure integrity even at ultrahigh mass loading.Additionally,the 3D porous graphene network structure in LHGF ensures excellent electron and ion transport.By systematically tailoring microstructure design,we show the LHGF/SiO anode with a mass loading of 44 mg cm^(−2)delivers a high areal capacity of 35.4 mAh cm^(−2)at a current of 8.8 mA cm^(−2)and retains a capacity of 10.6 mAh cm^(−2)at 17.6 mA cm^(−2),greatly exceeding those of the state-of-the-art commercial or research devices.Furthermore,we show an LHGF/SiO anode with an ultra-high mass loading of 94 mg cm^(−2)delivers an unprecedented areal capacity up to 140.8 mAh cm^(−2).The achievement of such high areal capacities marks a critical step toward realizing the full potential of high-capacity alloy-type electrode materials in practical lithium-ion batteries. | Jiang Zhong Tao Wang Lei Wang Lele Peng Shubin Fu Meng Zhang Jinhui Cao Xiang Xu Junfei Liang Huilong Fei Xidong Duan Bingan Lu Yiliu Wang Jian Zhu Xiangfeng Duan | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,3: | 4 |
| 6 | Influence of nano-diamond content on the microstructure,mechanical and thermal properties of the ZK60 composites显示文摘The effect of nano diamond(ND)content on the microstructure,mechanical properties,and thermal conductivity of ZK60+x(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2 wt.%)ND composites were investigated.The microstructures of ND/ZK60 composites were observed,which indicated that the nanoscale MgZn_(2) and ND particles distributed evenly in theα-Mg matrix.The tensile yield strength(TYS)and compressive yield strength(CYS)of the composites first increased remarkably and then decreased with further increasing the ND content.Due to the surface area of the matrix-diamond interface increased and the grains sizes of composites decreased with the amount of ND increase,which cause the coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE)of the composites reduced significantly.Meanwhile,the thermal conductivity of the composite material decreases from 129 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1) to 116 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1) with the content of ND increasing from 0.05%to 2.0%.The thermal conductivity of the composites increases to the maximum and then decrease with the increase of temperature(in temperature range of 273-573 K).The ZK60+0.05 ND showed superior mechanical and thermal conductivity property,TYS of 343.97 MPa,CYS of 341.74 MPa,elongation of 15.71%,CTE of 7.3×10^(−6)K^(−1),and thermal conductivity of 129 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1) at room temperature.It is demonstrated that the ND content has an obvious influence on the microstructure,mechanical properties,and thermal conductivity of ND/ZK60 composites. | Hongbin Ma Jinhui Wang Hongyu Wang Ningning Dong Junwei Zhang Peipeng Jin Yong Peng | 2022 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2022,10,2: | 3 |

| 9 | Different role of second phase in the micro-galvanic corrosion of WE43 Mg alloy in NaCl and Na_(2)SO_(4) solution显示文摘Effect of the second phase in the micro-galvanic corrosion of a commercial Mg alloy containing rare earth elements, cast WE43 alloy,was investigated in 0.6 M NaCl solution and 0.6 M Na_(2)SO_(4)solution by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) observations, scanning Kelvin probe force microscopy(SKPFM) analysis, hydrogen evolution, weight loss measurement, and electrochemical techniques. It is confirmed that the second phase of cast WE43 alloy is more active than Mg matrix and exhibits an anodic role in the micro-galvanic corrosion with α-Mg matrix as cathode and dissolves preferentially in Na_(2)SO_(4)solution, in contrast to the situation in NaCl solution. | 11 | Analysis of Total Antimony in Fresh Fruit and Pollution Evaluation in Hunan Province显示文摘[Objective]The content of total antimony(Sb) in fresh fruit was investigated and its pollution was evaluated,to provide the basic data for diet exposure evaluation.[Method]The content of total Sb in 194 samples was detected by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS),and the Sb pollution in several fruits was evaluated by the method of single factor pollution index. [Result]The mean of total Sb was 0.005 6 mg / kg,and the median was 0.003 8mg / kg. The minimum value was not detected while the maximum value was 0.21 mg / kg,and the confidence interval was ND-0.019 mg / kg(P5-P95). The medians of total Sb content in different fruits successively were dragon fruit(0.011 0 mg / kg) > kiwi fruit(0.008 0 mg / kg) > peach(0.006 0 mg / kg). | 12 | Dielectric Characterization and Microwave Roasting of Molybdenite Concentrates at 915 MHz Frequency显示文摘The magnetic hysteresis loop was measured to know the magnetic property of molybdenite concentrate.In order to evaluate its microwave absorption capacity, the dielectric properties of molybdenite concentrate was investigated using cavity perturbation method at 915 MHz dependent on densities and temperatures.The parameter data were fitted using regression fit and a model related to the same density and temperature ranges was developed.A nonlinear surface fitting was used to present visually the effect of dielectric parameters on the microwave penetrate depth of molybdnite concentrate.The crystal products of MoO 3 obtained from microwave roasting at different temperatures were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The results show both the dielectric constants and loss factors increase in the increase of apparent densities and temperatures with different growth rates in the experimental range.Due to the distinguished trend of dielectric performance dependent on temperatures, two parts in the heating scenario for the molybdenite concentrate samples were divided.The microwave penetration depth is inversely proportional to both apparent densities and temperatures.The nonlinear fitting surfaces indicate the increase of dielectric loss provides an enough decrease in microwave penetration depth.In contrast, the dielectric constant has a positive effect for it.Pure MoO 3 was produced at 800 ℃ by using microwave energy.This work can be helpful to design and simulate microwave system for efficient beneficiation of molybdenite concentrate and to prepare molybdenum products from this concentrate. | Yonglin Jiang Bingguo Liu Peng Liu Jinhui Peng Libo Zhang | 2019 | Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2019,26,3: | 2 |
| 13 | The promises, challenges and pathways to room-temperature sodium-sulfur batteries显示文摘Room-temperature sodium-sulfur batteries(RT-Na-S batteries) are attractive for large-scale energy storage applications owing to their high storage capacity as well as the rich abundance and low cost of the materials.Unfortunately, their practical application is hampered by severe challenges, such as low conductivity of sulfur and its reduced products, volume expansion, polysulfide shuttling effect and Na dendrite formation,which can lead to rapid capacity fading. The review discusses the Na-S-energy-storage chemistry,highlighting its promise, key challenges and potential strategies for large-scale energy storage systems.Specifically, we review the electrochemical principles and the current technical challenges of RT-Na-S batteries, and discuss the strategies to address these obstacles.
