1Stable isotope geochemical characteristics of dissolved inorganic carbon in the Jiulong River Estuary, Fujian Province, China显示文摘The isotopic composition of dissolved inorganic carbon(DIC) in estuarine environments has been studied for its significant role in determining the isotopic composition of inorganic/organic matter and its applications to the study of various natural processes. In this paper, based on the stable isotope geochemical characteristics of dissolved inorganic carbon in the Jiulong River Estuary, the following conclusions are drawn:(1) δ13CDIC values are mainly controlled by the mixing ratio of fresh water and sea water;(2) δ13Cphytoplankton values are linearly related to the δ13CDIC values;(3) δ13CPOM values for the Jiulong River Estuary are affected by anthropogenic pollution significantly; and(4) the comprehensive analysis of δ13Cphytoplankton, δ13CPOM and δ13CDIC shows that along with increasing salinity, the proportion of POM derived from the degradation of phytoplanktons gradually increases.LIU Qiming WU Qiong CAO Yinglan LIN Jinmei JIAO Yupei 2014Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2014,33,2:2

13AN IMPROVED MODEL OF THE INTERCONNECTION DELAY OF MULTICHIP MODULES显示文摘Moments of the system transfer function are closely related with the interconnection delays. Based on the first three moments, this paper presents an improved delay model for multichip module interconnection network. The model reveals an explicit causal relationship between delay of non-monotonic rising node voltage in tree-structure and design parameters. Obtained results not only provide a viable new method for computing interconnection delay, but also present a critical link between signal responses and design parameters. 14Full-length transcriptome sequence and SSR marker development for genetic diversity research in yellowfin seabream Acanthopagrus latus显示文摘Yellowfin seabream Acanthopagrus latus is an important economic fish in Chinese coastal areas.Given its narrow distribution and overfishing,the genetic diversity of yellowfin seabream has been restricted for artificial breeding and reproduction.We performed full-length transcriptome sequencing and assembly of the genome of yellowfin seabream.A total of 68086 unigenes were obtained,with an N50 of 3391 bp on average length of 2933 bp.A total number of 50593 expressed sequence tags linked to simple sequence repeats(EST-SSR)were identified,among them dinucleotide repeats(40.6%)and AC/GT motifs(38.5%)were the most frequent.Of the 190 EST-SSRs for which PCR primer pairs were designed,150 primer pairs successfully amplified target loci and 15 SSRs showed high polymorphism.The alleles per locus ranged 6-50 on average of 25.3.The expected and observed heterozygosity varied from 0.632 to 0.969 and from 0.519 to 0.953,respectively.The polymorphic index content(PIC)values of each locus ranged 0.587-0.966 on average of 0.851.Among six yellowfin seabream population samples preliminarily tested for genetic diversity and differentiation,the Fangchenggang(FCG)population in Guangxi Province had the highest mean observed heterozygosity(H_(o))value(0.786),whereas the Zhangzhou(ZZ)population in Fujian Province had the lowest(0.678).The pairwise fixation index(Fst)values indicated significant population differentiation among six yellowfin seabream populations.This study provided evidence for the usefulness of the transcriptomic resource information and EST-SSR markers for natural resource conservation,population genetics,and breeding studies of yellowfin seabream in South China.Jin ZHANG Jinmei LIU Chong HAN Cheng PENG Yong LI Junhong XIA Yong ZHANG Shuisheng LI Haoran LIN 2023Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2023,41,3:0
15Clinical Observation of 48 Cases of Black Eye Circle Treated with Modified Yu Rong San Gel Eye Mask显示文摘Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Yu Rong San gel eye mask in the treatment of dark circles.Methods:96 cases of patients with dark circles were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In the control group and the treatment group,the common eye mask and the modified Yu Rong San gel eye mask were applied to the black circle area respectively.After 15min,water was used to wash the face,the application of the mask for one time a day,four weeks,one course,and three courses were observed.Results:After three courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the area of black eye circles in the treatment group was smaller than that before treatment(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the score of black eye circles was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Addition and reduction of Yu Rong San gel eye mask is effective in the treatment of dark circles.Jinmei He Chenglong Li Yunhua Liu Ping Huang Meng He Li Li Jun Ye Juanjuan Jin Lin Gao 2021Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2021,5,4:0
