| 1 | Determinants of agricultural water saving technology adoption:an empirical study of 10 provinces of China显示文摘In recent years,China has been faced by an increasingly severe water shortage due to the continual growth of demand on water resources.Although the Chinese government has been actively promoting the agricul-tural water-saving technology adoption,it is ill-informed of the adoption degree of the current agricultural water-saving technologies as well as the function of the governmental policies.Therefore,this paper analyzes the aforesaid problems based on investigative data of 10 provinces in China.The results demonstrate that although there is a rapid increase of adopted agricultural water-saving technologies,the actual adoption area is rather limited.Moreover,the governmental policies and scarcity of water resources are the determinants of agricultural water-saving technology adoption.Ultimately,the paper proposes some policy suggestions. | Liu Yu Huang Jikun Wang Jinxia Scott Rozelle | 2008 | Ecological Economy2008,4,4: | 2 |

| 10 | Effect of cluster needling at scalp acupoints on differential protein expression in rat brain tissue after acute focal cerebral ischemia显示文摘Objective:To explore the function of cluster needling at scalp points therapy on regulating differential protein's expression at different time points in middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)model rats.Methods:Fifty-four rats were divided into three groups randomly and 18 rats in each group.The groups respectively were the model group(group M,n=18),cluster needling at scalp points group(group C,n=18),false operation group(group F,n=18).Each group was then assigned in three subgroups,including 24-h,7-day,and 14-day subgroups.Six rats in each subgroup.Acupuncture at Baihui(GV20)and 2 points beside Baihui,which was 3 e4 mm away from the midline.Longa score was used to evaluated neurological effects.Proteomics methods were used to identify differentially expression proteins with a standard of fold change greater than 1.5 and P<.05 at different times.Results:1.Nerve function scoring:The nerve function scores at 7 and 14 days decreased in group C,which showed better neural function than group M(P<.05).2.Fold change in proteins:Group M showed932 differentially expressed proteins compared with group F,and among them,414 proteins showed significant changes in expression after acupuncture.The expression levels of Cdc42 and GFAP were increased,and Mag,Shank2,and MBP levels were decreased.In the Gene Ontology analysis,the cellular component consisted of the terms cytoplasm,cytoskeleton,lysosome,and plasma membrane.The main related biological processes were cellecell signaling,protein transport,aging,and cell adhesion.Many synaptic and metabolic pathways were found by KEGG analysis.Conclusion:Cluster needling at scalp acupoints can improve the nerve function score and improve dyskinesia in MCAO model rats.Cluster needling at scalp acupoints can regulate the expression of 414 proteins,including Cdc42,GFAP,Mag,Shank2,and MBP,which are related to cerebral ischemia.The differential proteins are major concentration in cytoplasm,cytoskeleton,lysosomes,and plasma membrane,participate in cellecell signaling,protein transport,aging,and cell adhesion,and act through multiple synaptic and metabolic pathways to exert their biological functions. | Xiaona Wu Jinxia Ni Huiyan An Yintong Gao Miaomiao Li Zhenzhen Huang Jingni Xu | 2020 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2020,7,3: | 1 |

| 16 | Lubricant self-replenishing slippery surface with prolonged service life for fog harvesting显示文摘Slippery lubricant-infused surfaces exhibit excellent fog-harvesting capacities compared with superhydrophobic and superhydrophilic surfaces.However,lubricant depletion is typically unavoidable under dynamic conditions,and reinfused oil is generally needed to recover the fog-harvesting capacity.Herein,an effective strategy for delaying the depletion of lubricant to prolong the service life of fog harvesting is proposed.An ultrathin transparent lubricant self-replenishing slippery surface was fabricated via facile one-step solvent evaporation polymerization.The gel film of the lubricant self-replenishing slippery surface,which was embedded with oil microdroplets,was attached to glass slides via the phase separation and evaporation of tetrahydrofuran.The gel film GFs-150(with oil content 150 wt%of aminopropyl-terminated polydimethyl siloxane(PDMS–NH2))exhibited superior slippery and fog-harvesting performance to other gel films.Furthermore,the slippery surfaces with the trait of oil secretion triggered by mechanical stress exhibited better fog-harvesting capabilities and longer service life than surfaces without the function of lubricant self-replenishment.The lubricant self-replenishing,ultrathin,and transparent slippery surfaces reported herein have considerable potential for applications involving narrow spaces,visualization,long service life,etc. | Yi CHEN Weimin LIU Jinxia HUANG Zhiguang GUO | 2022 | Friction2022,10,10: | 1 |
