2Infrared-transmission spectra and hydrogen content of hydrogenated amorphous silicon显示文摘In this paper, two kinds of methods of calculating the hydrogen content of a-Si:H thin film by means of the wagging mode and the stretching modes of infrared-transmission spectra , are investigated. The reason for the difference in these two calculation results is analyzed. If the contents of SiH2 and (SiH2)n are indicated in terms of a structure factor F=(I840+I880)/I2000, it is shown that the calculation results obtained from the two different methods are almost equal when the refractive index n is approximately 3.4 or the fitting thickness is between 0.71 and 0.89 mm in the case of a small F. It is shown that the ways of fabrication of thin film can influence silicon-hydrogen bonding configuration of a-Si:H film, and different ways of fabrication can lead to different contents of SiH2 and (SiH2)n. The uniformity of the thin film with a big F is bad. In this case, there is great difference between the thickness measured by the SurfCom408A surface profile apparatus and the thickness obtained by fitting the fringes; and the hydrogen contents of a-Si:H films obtained by means of the wagging mode and the stretching modes are different, too. 3Accurate and efficient pulmonary CT imaging workflow for COVID-19 patients by the combination of intelligent guided robot and automatic positioning technology显示文摘Background:The ongoing coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has put radiologists at a higher risk of infection during the computer tomography(CT)examination for the patients.To help settling these problems,we adopted a remote-enabled and automated contactless imaging workflow for CT examination by the combination of intelligent guided robot and automatic positioning technology to reduce the potential exposure of radiologists to 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)infection and to increase the examination efficiency,patient scanning accuracy and better image quality in chest CT imaging.Methods:From February 10 to April 12,2020,adult COVID-19 patients underwent chest CT examinations on a CT scanner using the same scan protocol except with the conventional imaging workflow(CW group)or an automatic contactless imaging workflow(AW group)in Wuhan Leishenshan Hospital(China)were retrospectively and prospectively enrolled in this study.The total examination time in two groups was recorded and compared.The patient compliance of breath holding,positioning accuracy,image noise and signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)were assessed by three experienced radiologists and compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the CW group,the total positioning time of the AW group was reduced((118.0±20.0)s vs.(129.0±29.0)s,P=0.001),the proportion of scanning accuracy was higher(98%vs.93%),and the lung length had a significant difference((0.90±1.24)cm vs.(1.16±1.49)cm,P=0.009).For the lesions located in the pulmonary centrilobular and subpleural regions,the image noise in the AW group was significantly lower than that in the CW group(centrilobular region:(140.4±78.6)HU vs.(153.8±72.7)HU,P=0.028;subpleural region:(140.6±80.8)HU vs.(159.4±82.7)HU,P=0.010).For the lesions located in the peripheral,centrilobular and subpleural regions,SNR was significantly higher in the AW group than in the CW group(centrilobular region:6.6±4.3 vs.4.9±3.7,P=0.006;subpleural region:6.4±4.4 vs.4.8±4.0,P<0.001).Conclusions:The automatic contactless imaging workflow using intelligent guided robot and automatic posi-tioning technology allows for reducing the examination time and improving the patient’s compliance of breath holding,positioning accuracy and image quality in chest CT imaging.Yadong Gang Xiongfeng Chen Hanlun Wang Jianying Li Ying Guo Bin Wen Jinxiang Hu Haibo Xu Xinghuan Wang 2021Intelligent Medicine2021,1,1:2
4Stabilization Mechanism of Calcium Lignosulphonate Used in Expansion Sensitive Soil显示文摘A series of tests were performed to investigate the macroscopic properties and the stabilization mechanism of calcium lignosulphonate modified expansive soil.Compared with natural soil,soil modified by 4%calcium lignosulphonate showed 56.5%increased 28 days unconfined compressive strength and 23.8%decreased free expansion rate.The X-ray diffraction analysis results indicate the existence of cation exchange and the reduction of montmorillonite interplanar spacing.The X-computed tomography results demonstrate that calcium lignosulphonate decreased the porosity and optimized the pore distribution.The calcium lignosulphonate also increased the stability of the suspension system according to the Zeta potential results.Moreover,the results of rheological tests show that the moderate amount of calcium lignosulphonate enhanced the yield stress and the plastic viscosity,proving the formation of a strong connection between soil particles.吴大江 佘伟 WEI Luansu ZUO Wenqiang HU Xiangyu HONG Jinxiang MIAO Changwen 2020Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2020,35,5:2

9Vibration properties and transverse shear characteristics of multibody molded beetle elytron plates显示文摘This study utilized cantilever experiments to investigate the vibration properties of multibody molded beetle elytron plates(BEPs),which is a type of biomimetic sandwich plate inspired by beetle elytra;the corresponding shear characteristics were further revealed by a finite element method(FEM). The following results were obtained:(1) Experimental results suggest that the maximum displacement response of the BEPs was about 25% less than that of a honeycomb plate with almost the same first natural frequency,which indicates that a BEP with reasonable structural parameters has the potential to replace a honeycomb plate to achieve better vibration performance;(2) The trabecular structure not only enhanced the shear stiffness of the core layer in column areas but also the skins in the honeycomb wall areas,thus changing the distribution of the shear force in the different components and improving the mechanical performances of the BEP;and(3) Although this enhancement effect from trabeculae was not uniform,the average shear force proportion of the skins(or core structure) in the entire BEP structure was very close to that of the honeycomb plate. 11Local low-dose X-ray radiation promotes homing of mesenchymal stem cells to the injured mouse spinal cord显示文摘BACKGROUND: Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) are a potentially useful source for cell replacement therapy following spinal cord injury.However,the homing characteristics of BMSCs in vivo remain unclear.Low-dose radiation has been shown to promote homing of BMSCs to exposed sites.OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of low-dose local radiation to non-injured areas on the ability of human BMSCs to home to the injured mouse spinal cord,as well as recovery of spinal cord injury.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING: A randomized,controlled,animal experiment was performed at the Central Laboratory,Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University between October 2007 and October 2008.MATERIALS: BMSCs were isolated from four adult,human donors.METHODS: Fifty adult,female,Balb/c mice were subjected to adjusted weight-drop impact resulting in complete paraplegia.Three days later,mice were randomly assigned to a radiation + transplantation group (n = 23) and a transplantation group (n = 20).In total,2 × 106 carboxyfluorescein diacetate succinimidyl ester-labeled BMSCs were injected into each mouse via the caudal vein.Mice in the radiation + transplantation group received 2.5 Gy local X-ray irradiation 2 hours before BMSCs injection.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The homing of BMSCs to injured cord and irradiated skin after transplantation was observed by fluorescence microscope;the structure recovery of injured cord was assessed by magnetic resonance imaging.RESULTS: Compared with the transplantation group,at 24 hours after transplantation,the number of BMSCs was significantly increased in the injured area and the exposed site (P < 0.05),and inflammation and edema were significantly alleviated in the injured cord in the radiation + transplantation group.CONCLUSION: Local low-dose radiation has the potential to promote homing of BMSCs and recovery of spinal cord injury,although the radiated region was not injured area.Panjun Wang Xiaohui Zhang Leixi Xue Yu Sun Songguang Ju Liesong Chen Jiasheng Hu Hong Zhang Xueguang Zhang Jinxiang Fu 2010Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,5:0
12Study on Antifungal Activity of Some Medicinal Plants against Gray Mold(Botrytis cinerea)显示文摘In order to investigate antifungal effect of medicinal plant extracts on Botrytis cinerea,the antifungal activity of ethanol extracts of 8 medicinal plants including Ginkgo biloba against Botrytis cinerea was determined by growth rate method. The results showed that Ginkgo biloba and Cinnamomum cassia extracts had significant inhibition effects on B. cinerea mycelium growth( P < 0. 05),with inhibition rates over 70% and EC_(50) values of 0. 027 mg / ml and 0. 039 mg / ml,respectively,significantly different from the antifungal effects of other kinds of medicinal plants; and P. ternata and A. tsaoko extracts showed the second highest inhibition effects,with EC_(50) values of 0. 011 9 and 0. 039 3 mg / ml,respectively.
