| 2 | 单胚性二倍体为母本与异源四倍体杂交大规模创制柑橘三倍体显示文摘【目的】以单胚性的二倍体柑橘品种为母本与异源四倍体体细胞杂种杂交培育三倍体植株。【方法】选择亲本配置杂交组合进行人工授粉,授粉后70—100 d采幼果进行胚挽救,以流式细胞仪结合根尖染色体压片对再生植株进行倍性检测,最后进行SSR分子标记鉴定。【结果】2009—2012连续4年,以8个二倍体为母本、以4个异源四倍体体细胞杂种为父本,共配置14个倍性杂交组合,授粉花数3 347朵,坐果数678个,平均坐果率20.26%。实施胚挽救的果实数505个,培养种子12 357粒,经生芽、生根诱导培养共获得1 022个株系。通过对再生植株的倍性检测,共获得三倍体植株755个株系,四倍体19个株系。对华农红柚×NH组合的三倍体、四倍体后代进行分子鉴定,表明三倍体和四倍体全部为双亲的有性杂种后代。【结论】本研究通过杂交获得的三倍体为我国无籽柑橘品种选育奠定了材料基础;同时获得的四倍体后代也为未来的柑橘三倍体育种提供了优良的亲本材料。 | 解凯东 王惠芹 王晓培 梁武军 谢宗周 伊华林 邓秀新 Grosser Jude W 郭文武 | 2013 | 中国农业科学2013,46,21: | 15 |
| 3 | 以本地早橘和槾橘为母本倍性杂交创制柑橘三倍体显示文摘【目的】基于二倍体与四倍体倍性杂交策略创制柑橘三倍体新种质。【方法】以二倍体为母本,四倍体为父本进行人工授粉,授粉后85 d采摘幼果并对未成熟种子实施幼胚离体挽救培养;再生植株后,用流式细胞仪和根尖染色体计数法对再生植株进行倍性鉴定;并用SSR标记对三倍体后代进行分子鉴定。【结果】以本地早橘和槾橘为母本,8个异源四倍体体细胞杂种和1个双二倍体为父本,配置9个倍性杂交组合,共授粉2749朵花,坐果489个,平均坐果率17.8%;培养幼嫩种子2239粒,经幼胚离体挽救培养,共再生植株260株;用流式细胞仪和根尖染色体计数检测再生植株倍性,获得三倍体141株;SSR分子鉴定表明从槾橘×NS组合随机选取的50株三倍体后代全部为双亲的有性后代;三倍体后代在温室生长一年后,采用嫁接(枳砧)将这些三倍体定植于田间。【结论】这些三倍体新种质为本地早橘和槾橘无核新品种培育奠定了宝贵的材料基础。 | 解凯东 彭珺 袁东亚 强瑞瑞 谢善鹏 周锐 夏强明 伍小萌 柯甫志 刘高平 GROSSER Jude W 郭文武 | 2020 | 中国农业科学2020,53,23: | 9 |
| 4 | Review of post-combustion carbon dioxide capture technologies using activated carbon显示文摘Carbon dioxide(CO2) is the largest anthropogenic greenhouse gas(GHG) on the planet contributing to the global warming. Currently, there are three capture technologies of trapping CO2 from the flue gas and they are pre-combustion, post-combustion and oxy-fuel combustion. Among these, the post-combustion is widely popular as it can be retrofitted for a short to medium term without encountering any significant technology risks or changes.Activated carbon is widely used as a universal separation medium with series of advantages compared to the first generation capture processes based on amine-based scrubbing which are inherently energy intensive. The goal of this review is to elucidate the three CO2 capture technologies with a focus on the use of activated carbon(AC) as an adsorbent for post-combustion anthropogenic CO2 flue gas capture prior to emission to atmosphere. Furthermore, this coherent review summarizes the recent ongoing research on the preparation of activated carbon from various sources to provide a profound understanding on the current progress to highlight the challenges of the CO2 mitigation efforts along with the mathematical modeling of CO2 capture. AC is widely seen as a universal adsorbent due to its unique properties such as high surface area and porous texture. | 5 | Understanding the interaction of hepatitis C virus with host DEAD-box RNA helicases显示文摘The current therapeutic regimen to combat chronic hepatitis C is not optimal due to substantial side effects and the failure of a significant proportion of patients to achieve a sustained virological response.Recently developed direct-acting antivirals targeting hepatitis C virus(HCV)enzymes reportedly increase the virologic response to therapy but may lead to a selection of drug-resistant variants.Besides directacting antivirals,another promising class of HCV drugs in development include host targeting agents that are responsible for interfering with the host factors crucia for the viral life cycle.A family of host proteins known as DEAD-box RNA helicases,characterized by nine conserved motifs,is known to play an important role in RNA metabolism.Several members of this family such as DDX3,DDX5 and DDX6 have been shown to play a role in HCV replication and this review will summarize our current knowledge on their interaction with HCV.As chronic hepatitis C is one of the leading causes of hepatocellular carcinoma,the involvement of DEADbox RNA helicases in the development of HCC will also be highlighted.Continuing research on the interaction of host DEAD-box proteins with HCV and the contribution to viral replication and pathogenesis could be the panacea for the development of novel therapeutics against HCV. | Megha Haridas Upadya Jude Juventus Aweya Yee-Joo Tan | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,11: | 6 |
| 6 | Demirjian和Cameriere法在8~16岁湖南汉族青少年牙龄推断中的应用显示文摘目的运用Demirjian法和Cameriere法测定湖南省汉族青少年的牙龄,并比较两者结果的准确性。方法 2016年1月-2017年7月,从中南大学湘雅口腔医院收集湖南省无特殊疾病、营养状况良好的8~16岁汉族青少年的口腔全景片480例,其中男性236例,女性244例。分别依照Demirjian法和Cameriere法测定每个青少年的牙龄,利用SPSS 20.0软件对两种方法测得的牙龄与实际年龄进行配对t检验,比较推测牙龄与实际年龄的差异。结果男性样本的平均实际年龄为11.91岁,女性样本的平均实际年龄为11.88岁。Demirjian法测得的牙龄比实际年龄平均低估了0.11岁(男性)和0.15岁(女性)。Cameriere法测得的牙龄比实际年龄平均低估了0.83岁(男性)和0.72岁(女性)。结论 Demirjian法在推断湖南省汉族青少年牙龄时比Cameriere法准确,更适用于该地区青少年牙龄的测定。 | 兰玲梅 杨泽登 孙淑乐 文丹 阿丽耶·库热什 Moutanou Modeste Judes ZEYE 扎拉嘎白乙拉 李敏 | 2019 | 法医学杂志2019,35,4: | 5 |

| 9 | 大方捆压捆及搬运作业效率的实证研究显示文摘大方捆压捆是当前一种公认的高效生物质收获系统。通过对一家商业化农场的麦秸压捆、运捆及贮存的全过程进行了研究,建立一个典型的大方捆收获系统(包括1台大方捆压捆机、2台方捆搬运机和3辆方捆运输车),并对影响大方捆生产及搬运流程的各种因素进行量化分析。根据一个工作日的连续观测结果,分析该收获系统的田间作业性能,确定该收获系统中所使用每一台机械的物料作业能力。本研究还对该收获系统的制约因素进行量化分析,进而探讨提高生产效率或降低生产成本的途径。结果显示,经过8h田间操作,1台大方捆压捆机可以完成340个密度为116kg/m3(湿重)的麦秸捆,为该收获系统的最大生产能力。增加1台压捆机或减少其它机械操作员的数量,可以提高该收获系统的作业效率。本研究中所使用的大方捆压捆机的物料作业能力为13t/h。在种植柳枝稷的田地中进行类似的压捆试验,结果显示该压捆机的物料作业能力相同。 | Benjamin Kemmerer Jude Liu 董洁芳 | 2017 | 中国农机化学报2017,38,3: | 2 |
