12DIRECT DISPLACEMENT OF PARALLEL MECHANISM WITH WAVELET NETWORK显示文摘A new method solution for the direct displacement of parallel mechanism,wavelet network method,is proposed. Comparing with the classical analytical and numerical methods,this method can be extended to any parallel mechanism with any selected degree of freedom and configuration. A wavelet network suiting to approach multi-input and multi-output system is constructed. The network is optimized by analyzing the sparseness of input data and selecting the fitting wavelets by orthogo-nalization method according to the output data. Then it is applied to solve the direct displacement of a general six-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism as a numerical example. For comparison purposes,a BP neural network is also used for this problem. Simulation results show that the wavelet network performs better than BP neural network. 14Modeling and experiments of a nano-positioning and high frequency scanning piezoelectric platform based on function module actuator显示文摘A piezoelectric platform using function module actuator is presented to achieve nano-positioning and high frequency scanning in large working range. A function module actuator is designed to produce a pair of orthogonal bending deformations and a longitudinal deformation through partition exciting. The bending deformations are used to actuate the planar motion,while the longitudinal deformation is utilized to dynamically adjust the driving force and broaden the scanning frequency. The dynamic model of the platform system is developed. The open-loop performances of a prototype are first tested: a scan frequency of 308 Hz in a scanning range of 3.368 μm×3.396 μm is measured in direct actuation mode,and the displacement resolution is measured to be 16 nm;maximum speed is measured to be 3.38 mm s^-1 in the inertial actuation mode. 17A novel sensitive piezoelectric mass balance used for weightless environment显示文摘A novel sensitive piezoelectric mass balance(PEMB)was developed for using in weightless environment.The mass of the measured object was obtained by detecting the resonant frequency shift of the PEMB.This weighing method was illustrated systematically.In order to build the relationship between the resonant frequency shift and the measured mass,the equivalent stiffness coefficient and the equivalent concentrated mass of the PEMB were analyzed theoretically.The influence of the structural and material parameters on the sensitivity was analyzed,which provided the design reference to improve the sensitivity.The finite-element-method(FEM)static analysis of the PEMB was carried out with ANSYS software to investigate its shock resistance.Furthermore,the vibration test and calibration experiment effectively verified the theoretical analyses results.The developed PEMB holds merits of independence on acceleration field,independence on properties of the measured object and with shock resistance.Consequently,it can be a suitable candidate for measuring mass of solid samples with unknown properties in the weightless environment.ZHANG ShiJing LIU YingXiang DENG Jie LIU JunKao 2021Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,4:0
