1Modification on the tribological properties of ceramics lubricated by water using fullerenol as a lubricating additive显示文摘It is necessary to modify the running-in process for the application of ceramics using water as a lubricant in real conditions because ceramics sliding in water are characterized by a running-in period with severe friction and wear.Fullerenol,a kind of highly water-soluble nanoparticle,was synthesized and then used to ameliorate the tribological properties of Si 3 N 4 sliding against Al 2 O 3 in pure water.With the addition of fullerenol,the running-in period was shortened from 30 min to 100 s at a speed of 250 mm/s.The speed threshold above which ultralow friction can be obtained in a short time was expanded from 450 mm/s to 80 mm/s.Meanwhile,the load-carrying ability of water film was increased.The role of fullerenol was discussed based on observation of the wear scar by an optical interferometer and XPS characterization of the tribo-film on the wear track.LIU YuHong WANG XiaoKang LIU PengXiao ZHENG JunPeng SHU ChunYing PAN GuoShun LUO JianBin 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,9:9
2A study of plasmon-driven catalytic 4-NBT to DMAB in the dry film by using spatial Raman mapping spectroscopy显示文摘Plasmon-driven catalytic reaction(PDCR)as a part of photocatalysis has attracted immense attention.Due to the collective oscillation of free electrons at the surface of metallic nanostructures,the charge distributions store energy from the incident light that could transfer energy to molecules that promote photocatalysis.As an environment-friendly and green photocatalysis process,PDCR illustrates a brilliant future.In this study,the PDCR efficiency of photo-reducing 4-nitro-benzenthiol(4-NBT)dry film to p,p'-dimercaptoazobenzene(DMAB)in ambient conditions has been studied by using Ag nanodiscs(NDs)and Ag nanoparticles(NPs)as catalysts.The distribution of catalytic efficiency of 4-NBT to DMAB using an individual Ag ND catalyst has been illustrated using spatial Raman mapping.The result is direct evidence that the PDCR efficiency has a positive correlation with plasmon-induced electromagnetic field intensity.Additionally,time-dependent surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)experiments reveal that the PDCR of 4-NBT to DMAB is reciprocal.The discovery in this research will aid to improve the PDCR performance and modulate the catalysis reaction for a high reduction of 4-NBT in industrial.Yansheng Liu Junpeng Deng Zhicheng Jin Tianxing Liu Jin Zhou Feng Luo Guofu Wang 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:0
3Toward an accurate method renaming approach via structural and lexical analyses显示文摘Methods in programs must be accurately named to facilitate source code analysis and comprehension.With the evolution of software,method names may be inconsistent with their implemented method bodies,leading to inaccurate or buggy method names.Debugging method names remains an important topic in the literature.Although researchers have proposed several approaches to suggest accurate method names once the method bodies have been modified,two main drawbacks remain to be solved:there is no analysis of method name structure,and the programming context information is not captured efficiently.To resolve these drawbacks and suggest more accurate method names,we propose a novel automated approach based on the analysis of the method name structure and lexical analysis with the programming context information.Our approach first leverages deep feature representation to embed method names and method bodies in vectors.Then,it obtains useful verb-tokens from a large method corpus through structural analysis and noun-tokens from method bodies through lexical analysis.Finally,our approach dynamically combines these tokens to form and recommend high-quality and project-specific method names.Experimental results over 2111 Java testing methods show that the proposed approach can achieve a Hit Ratio,or Hit@5,of 33.62%and outperform the state-of-the-art approach by 14.12%in suggesting accurate method names.We also demonstrate the effectiveness of structural and lexical analyses in our approach.Junpeng LUO Jingxuan ZHANG Zhiqiu HUANG Yong XU Chenxing SUN 2022Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2022,23,5:0
4Efficient charge transfer in WS_(2)/W_(x)Mo_(1-x)S_(2) heterostructure empowered by energy level hybridization显示文摘Photoinduced charge transfer(CT) is decisive to the efficiency and speed of photoelectric conversion in two-dimensional(2D) van der Waals(vd Ws) heterostructures. Generally, CT rate enhancement is realized by increasing the band offset(BO). In this study, we propose that a fast and efficient CT can be realized via strong hybridization of energy levels in 2D vd Ws heterostructures with minimal BO. Firstprinciples calculations reveal that the smallest energy difference between conduction-band edges and minimal BO in the WS_(2)/W_(x)Mo_(1-x)S_(2)(x = 0.78) heterostructure yields the strong hybridization of energy levels and then results in ultrafast CT(2.7 ps). Experimental results agree with theoretical calculations. The photoluminescence of WS_(2) is quenched in the WS_(2)/W_(x)Mo_(1-x)S_(2)(x = 0.78) heterostructure, attributable to the strong hybridization-induced fast and efficient CT.
