1SMART/ASTC dynamic soft reduction technology and its application on the bloom continuous caster at Pangang显示文摘The SMART/ASTC dynamic soft reduction technology of VAI and its application on the 6-strand bloom continuous casterat Pangang, China are presented. The operation results show that soft reduction technology is effective to improve the inner quality ofcontinuously cast blooms. At Pangang, both the central porosity and the central segregation ratings are no more than 1.0, the centralshrinkage cavity rating is no more than 0.5, and the central segregation index of carbon is no more than 1.05. 2Integrated optimization design of smart morphing wing for accurate shape control显示文摘Smart morphing wing, which is equipped with smart materials and able to change structural geometry adaptively, can further improve aerodynamic efficiency of aircraft. This paper presents a new integrated layout and topology optimization design for morphing wing driven by shape memory alloys(SMAs). By simultaneously optimizing the layout of smart actuators and topology of wing substrate, the ultimately determined configuration can achieve smooth, continuous and accurate geometric shape changes. In addition, aerodynamic analysis is carried out to compare smart morphing wing with traditional hinged airfoil. Finally, the optimized smart wing structure is constructed and tested to demonstrate and verify the morphing functionality. 3Fluid Flow Behavior of Liquid in Cylindrical Vessels Stirred by One or Two Air Jets显示文摘Based on the two-phase model (Eulerian-Eulerian model), the three dimensional fluid flow in water and that liquid steel systems stirred by one or two multiple gas jets are simulated. In the Eulerian-Eulerian two-phase model, the gas and the liquid phase are considered to be two different continuous fluids interacting with each other through the finite inter-phase areas. The exchange between the phases is represented by source terms in conversation equations. Turbulence is assumed to be a property of the liquid phase. A new turbulence modification - model is introduced to consider the bubbles movement contribution to and . The dispersion of phases due to turbulence is represented by introducing a diffusion term in mass conservation equation. The mathematical simulation agrees well with the experiment results. The study results indicate that the distance of two nozzles has big effect on fluid flow behavior in the vessel. 4Reviewing and understanding the stability mechanism of halide perovskite solar cells显示文摘Finding sustainable and renewable energy to replace traditional fossil fuel is critical for reducing greenhouse gas emission and avoiding environment pollution.Solar cells that convert energy of sunlight into electricity offer a viable route for solving this issue.At present,halide perovskites are the most potential candidate materials for solar cell with considerable power conversion efficiency,whereas their stability remains a challenge.In this work,we summarize four different key factors that influence the stability of halide perovskites:(a)effect of environmental moisture on the degradation of halide perovskites.The performance of halide perovskite solar cells is reduced due to hydrated crystal hinders the diffusion of photo-generated carriers,which can be solved by materials encapsulation technique;(b)photoinduced instability.Through uncovering the underlying physical mechanism,we note that materials engineering or novel device structure can extend the working life of halide perovskites under continuous light exposure;(c)thermal stability.Halide perovskites are rapidly degraded into PbI2 and volatile substances as heating due to lower formation energy,whereas hybrid perovskite is little changed;(d)electric field effect in the degradation of halide perovskites.The electric field impacts significantly on the carrier separation,changes direction of photo-induced currents and generates switchable photovoltaic effect.For each key factor,we have shown in detail the underlying physical mechanisms and discussed the strategies to overcome this stability difficulty.We expect this review from both theoretical and experimental points of view can be beneficial for development of perovskite solar cell materials and promotes practical applications.Cai-Xin Zhang Tao Shen Dan Guo Li-Ming Tang Kaike Yang Hui-Xiong Deng 2020InfoMat2020,2,6:2

10Mathematical Model of Decarburization of Ultra Low Carbon Steel during RH Treatment显示文摘According to the balance of carbon and oxygen, a decarburization model for the RH treatment has been developed. in which the influence of the mass transfer of carbon and oxygen in the liquid steel and the stirring energy (ε) in the vacuum vessel on decarburization rate has been considered. The conclusion that the volumetric coefficients of the mass transfer of carbon is proportional to ε(1.5) is drawn. Industrical experiment proves this model is reliable. The influence of some factors on decarburization rate has been obtained. which can provide directions for RH treatment The decarburization behavior of steel with RH-OB treatment is also studied.
