| 1 | 基体结构和缺陷尺寸分布改性对聚乙烯醇纤维增强工程水泥基复合材料(PVA-ECC)挠度硬化行为的影响(英文)显示文摘研究了聚乙烯醇纤维增强工程水泥基复合材料(PVA-ECC)在四点弯曲载荷作用下的多重开裂和挠度硬化性能,设计了不同粘结剂组合和水胶比(W/B)(0.44~0.78)的矩阵,使PVA纤维得到了较好的分散。通过在混合物中加入直径为3 mm的聚乙烯微球(总体积为6%),比较研究了预先存在的缺陷尺寸分布修正对挠度硬化行为的影响。通过横断面分析,确定了无珠复合材料的自然缺陷尺寸分布。对弯曲加载后试件的裂纹数和裂纹宽度分布进行了表征,并讨论了缺陷尺寸分布改性引起多次裂纹和挠度硬化行为变化的可能原因。在W/B=0.53的条件下制备了含偏高岭土和缺陷尺寸分布改性的PVA-ECC,得到了较好的挠度硬化行为。分析了W/B比和超增塑剂含量对缺陷尺寸分布、潜在开裂、和纤维-基体粘结行为的双重作用。在优化的W/B比下,发现了有利于改善延展性的尺寸分布修正。 | Kamile TOSUN FELEKOĞLU Eren GÖDEK | 2019 | Journal of Central South University2019，26，12： | 1 |

| 6 | Automated decision support for Hallux Valgus treatment options using anteroposterior foot radiographs显示文摘BACKGROUND Assessment of the potential utility of deep learning with subsequent image analysis to automate the measurement of hallux valgus and intermetatarsal angles from radiographs to serve as a preoperative aid in establishing hallux valgus severity for clinical decision-making.AIM To investigate the accuracy of automated measurements of angles of hallux valgus from radiographs for further integration with the preoperative planning process.METHODS The data comprises 265 consecutive digital anteroposterior weightbearing foot radiographs.181 radiographs were utilized for training(161)and validating(20)a U-Net neural network to achieve a mean Sørensen–Dice index>97%on bone segmentation.84 test radiographs were used for manual(computer assisted)and automated measurements of hallux valgus severity determined by hallux valgus(HVA)and intermetatarsal angles(IMA).The reliability of manual and computerbased measurements was calculated using the interclass correlation coefficient(ICC)and standard error of measurement(SEM).Inter-and intraobserver reliability coefficients were also compared.An operative treatment recommendation was then applied to compare results between automated and manual angle measurements.RESULTS Very high reliability was achieved for HVA and IMA between the manual measurements of three independent clinicians.For HVA,the ICC between manual measurements was 0.96-0.99.For IMA,ICC was 0.78-0.95.Comparing manual against automated computer measurement,the reliability was high as well.For HVA,absolute agreement ICC and consistency ICC were 0.97,and SEM was 0.32.For IMA,absolute agreement ICC was 0.75,consistency ICC was 0.89,and SEM was 0.21.Additionally,a strong correlation(0.80)was observed between our approach and traditional clinical adjudication for preoperative planning of hallux valgus,according to an operative treatment algorithm proposed by EFORT.CONCLUSION The proposed automated,artificial intelligence assisted determination of hallux valgus angles based on deep learning holds great potential as an accurate and efficient tool,with comparable accuracy to manual measurements by expert clinicians.Our approach can be effectively implemented in clinical practice to determine the angles of hallux valgus from radiographs,classify the deformity severity,streamline preoperative decision-making prior to corrective surgery. | Konrad Kwolek Artur Gądek Kamil Kwolek Radek Kolecki Henryk Liszka | 2023 | World Journal of Orthopedics2023，14，11： | 1 |

Two case reports and review of literature显示文摘BACKGROUND Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disease(PTLD)is a heterogeneous group of diseases that develop after solid organ and hematopoietic stem cells transplantation related to intensive immunosuppression regimen,T-cell depletion and Epstein-Barr virus infection.Despite the improvement in the management of PTLD,the prognosis remains poor.Here we report the management of two transplanted patients with PTLD and infections during immunochemotherapy(ICTH).CASE SUMMARY Of 65-year-old woman 11 years after kidney transplantation(first case)presented with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)CS III and started ICHT according to R-CHOP protocol.Despite the secondary prevention of neutropenic fever,the patient developed grade 4 neutropenia with urinary and pulmonary tract infections after the fifth cycle.ICTH was continued in reduced doses up to 7 cycles followed by involved-field radiation therapy of the residual disease.The second case presents a 49-year-old man,8 years after liver transplantation due to cirrhosis in the course of chronic hepatitis B,who started ICTH for DLBCL Burkitt-like CS IV.The patient received four cycles of ICTH according to RCODOX/R-IVAC protocol,with reduced doses.In both cases initially undertaken reduction of immunosuppression was ineffective to prevent infectious complications.Despite one incomplete ICHT treatment due to recurrent infections,both our patients remain in complete remission.CONCLUSION Reduction of immunosuppression and the doses of chemotherapeutics may be insufficient to prevent infectious complications during ICTH in PTLD patients. | Aleksandra Gładyś Sylwia Kozak Kamil Wdowiak Mateusz Winder Jerzy Chudek | 2021 | World Journal of Clinical Cases2021，9，3： | 0 |
