1Towards an entropy-based detached-eddy simulation显示文摘A concept of entropy increment ratio()is introduced for compressible turbulence simulation through a series of direct numerical simulations(DNS). represents the dissipation rate per unit mechanical energy with the benefit of independence of freestream Mach numbers.Based on this feature,we construct the shielding function fs to describe the boundary layer region and propose an entropy-based detached-eddy simulation method(SDES).This approach follows the spirit of delayed detached-eddy simulation(DDES)proposed by Spalart et al.in 2005,but it exhibits much better behavior after their performances are compared in the following flows,namely,pure attached flow with thick boundary layer(a supersonic flat-plate flow with high Reynolds number),fully separated flow(the supersonic base flow),and separated-reattached flow(the supersonic cavity-ramp flow).The Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS)resolved region is reliably preserved and the modeled stress depletion(MSD)phenomenon which is inherent in DES and DDES is partly alleviated.Moreover,this new hybrid strategy is simple and general,making it applicable to other models related to the boundary layer predictions.ZHAO Rui YAN Chao LI XinLiang KONG WeiXuan 2013Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2013,56,10:3
2Shock-stable flux scheme for predicting aerodynamic heating load of hypersonic airliners显示文摘In the design of a hypersonic airliner that can considerably shorten the flight time, how to accurately predict the vehicle's aerodynamic heating loads is of great significance. In this study, a new shock-stable flux scheme called the simple low dissipation advection upwind splitting method(SLAU)-M1 is proposed for the prediction of hypersonic aerodynamic heating load. Based on the construction of the SLAU scheme for low-speed simulations, SLAU-M1 improves the robustness of the mass flux against shock instability. After validating the code employed, several numerical test cases are conducted. The onedimensional(1D) sod shock tube case and the two-dimensional(2D) inviscid NACA0012 airfoil case show that SLAU-M1 features a high level of accuracy at both low and high speeds. To simulate the hypersonic viscous flow over a blunt cone, we adopt different aspect ratios(ARs) of cells near the shock. The results suggest that SLAU-M1 is much less sensitive to the AR of cells near the shock in predicting hypersonic aerodynamic heating loads. Moreover, the findings show that the theoretical value is considerably better than that of the other schemes. The hypersonic viscous flow over a 2D double ellipsoid case and that over the Hypersonic Flight Experiment vehicle case also indicate that SLAU-M1 exhibits a considerably high level of accuracy in hypersonic heating predictions. 3Trade-Off between Efficiency and Effectiveness: A Late Fusion Multi-View Clustering Algorithm显示文摘Late fusion multi-view clustering(LFMVC)algorithms aim to integrate the base partition of each single view into a consensus partition.Base partitions can be obtained by performing kernel k-means clustering on all views.This type of method is not only computationally efficient,but also more accurate than multiple kernel k-means,and is thus widely used in the multi-view clustering context.LFMVC improves computational efficiency to the extent that the computational complexity of each iteration is reduced from Oen3T to OenT(where n is the number of samples).However,LFMVC also limits the search space of the optimal solution,meaning that the clustering results obtained are not ideal.Accordingly,in order to obtain more information from each base partition and thus improve the clustering performance,we propose a new late fusion multi-view clustering algorithm with a computational complexity of Oen2T.Experiments on several commonly used datasets demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can reach quickly convergence.Moreover,compared with other late fusion algorithms with computational complexity of OenT,the actual time consumption of the proposed algorithm does not significantly increase.At the same time,comparisons with several other state-of-the-art algorithms reveal that the proposed algorithm also obtains the best clustering performance.Yunping Zhao Weixuan Liang Jianzhuang Lu Xiaowen Chen Nijiwa Kong 2021Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,3:0
