12不同填料类型和用量对NR/SBR纳米复合材料物理和力学性能的影响显示文摘本文围绕炭黑填充SBR/NR(30/70)并用胶体系,添加不同类型和用量的纳米填料,分别制备纳米复合材料,研究了纳米填料对复合材料混炼胶的硫化性能和硫化特性以及硫化胶的力学性能和动态热力学性能的影响。本研究选用两种纳米填料作为补强剂,两种填料分别是埃洛石纳米管(HNT)和碳酸钙(Ca CO3)纳米颗粒,在试验配方中的添加量是变量,在0~5质量份之间。研究结果表明,两种纳米填料对SBR/NR纳米复合材料硫化特性的影响方式完全相反:与未填充纳米颗粒的混炼胶相比,添加HNT的混炼胶随着HNT纳米材料用量增加,焦烧时间缩短,有效扭矩增大;添加Ca CO3的混炼胶,随着Ca CO3用量增加,焦烧时间延长,而有效扭矩则出现小幅下降。力学性能的测试结果显示,HNT补强的纳米复合材料随着HNT纳米填料用量增加,硫化胶的弹性模量和拉伸强度逐渐提高,纳米复合材料硫化胶的伸长率比未添加HNT的并用胶大幅度提升;添加CaCO3的纳米复合材料硫化胶的弹性模量和拉伸强度略有下降,而断裂应变明显增大。动态热力学性能分析结果表明,添加HNT的纳米复合材料,其阻尼峰对应的温度随着HNT用量增加,单方向地向高温方向移动;添加Ca CO3的纳米复合材料的阻尼峰对应的温度先是伴随着Ca CO3的少量加入而向高温方向移动,随着CaCO3的用量进一步增加后,阻尼峰对应的温度反而下降。与未添加补强剂的硫化胶相比,添加Ca CO3纳米颗粒后,阻尼峰的密集度明显提高,表明Ca CO3纳米复合材料体系阻尼能力更高。赵冬梅 MARYAM RAIATI MOHAMMADRE ZA KALAEE SAEEDEH MAZINANI 2018现代橡胶技术2018,44,5:0
