1Tailoring the mechanical anisotropy of sintered NdFeB magnets by Pr-Cu grain boundary reconstruction显示文摘Pr_(83)Cu_(17)(wt%) grain boundary reconstruction was applied to prepare sintered NdFeB magnets. The effects of addition amount and annealing on the bending strength were investigated. The results show that Pr_(83)Cu_(17) can not only effectively enhance the bending strength, but also change the mechanical anisotropy in two directions parallel and perpendicular to c-axis. The bending strength perpendicular to c-axis reaches 404 MPa in 10 wt% addition magnet, higher than 348 MPa along parallel direction. This change is attributed to the preferred distribution of boundary phases, i.e., ductile(Nd,Pr)-Fe-Cu phase along perpendicular direction to c-axis and(Nd,Pr)-Fe phase along parallel direction. 2Improved dielectric constant and energy density of P(VDF-HFP)composites using NBT-xST(x=0,0.10,0.26)whiskers显示文摘The high-performance energy-storage dielectric capacitors are increasingly important due to their wide applications in high power electronics.Here,we fabricated a novel P(VDF-HFP)-based capacitor with surface-modified NBT-xST(x?0,0.10,0.26)whiskers,denoted as Dop@NBT-xST/P(VDF-HFP).The influences of ST content,fillers’volume fraction and electric field on the dielectric properties and energy-storage performance of the composites were investigated systematically.The results show that the dielectric constant monotonously increased with the increase of ST content and fillers’volume fraction.The composite containing 10.0 vol%NBT-0.26STwhiskers possessed a dielectric constant of 39 at 1 kHz,which was 5.6 times higher than that of pure P(VDF-HFP).It was noticed that the D-E loops of the composites became thinner and thinner with the increase of ST content.Due to the reduced remnant polarization,the composite with 5.0 vol%NBT-0.26STwhiskers achieved a high energy density of 6.18 J/cm3 and energy efficiency of approximately 57%at a relatively low electric field of 200 kV/mm.This work indicated that NBT-0.26ST whisker is a kind of potential ceramic filler in fabricating the dielectric capacitor with high discharged energy density and energy efficiency.Xuefan Zhou Lu Wang Guoliang Xue Kechao Zhou Hang Luo Dou Zhangy 2018Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2018,8,6:0
3Catalytic ozonation in advanced treatment of kitchen wastewater:multi-scale simulation and pilot-scale study显示文摘Catalytic ozonation is regarded as a promising technology in the advanced treatment of refractory organic wastewater.Packed-bed reactors are widely used in practical applications due to simple structures,installation and operation.However,mass transfer of packed-bed reactors is relatively restrained and amplified deviations usually occurred in scale-up application.Herein,a multi-scale packed-bed model of catalytic ozonation was established to guide pilot tests.First,a laboratory-scale test was conducted to obtain kinetic parameters needed for modeling.Then,a multi-scale packed-bed model was developed to research the effects of water distribution structure,catalyst particle size,and hydraulic retention time(HRT)on catalytic ozonation.It was found that the performance of packed bed reactor was increased with evenly distributed water inlet,HRT of 60 min,and catalyst diameter of about 3-7 mm.Last,an optimized reactor was manufactured and a pilot-scale test was conducted to treat kitchen wastewater using catalytic ozonation process.In the pilot-scale test with an ozone dosage of 50 mg/L and HRT of 60 min,the packed-bed reactor filled with catalysts I was able to reduce chemical oxygen demand(COD)from 117 to 59 mg/L.The performance of the catalytic ozonation process in the packed-bed reactor for the advanced treatment of actual kitchen wastewater was investigated via both multi-scale simulation and pilot-scale tests in this study,which provided a practical method for optimizing the reactors of treating refractory organic wastewater.Zuoyong Zhou Ni Yan Mengxi Yin Tengfei Ren Shuning Chen Kechao Lu Xiaoxin Cao Xia Huang Xiaoyuan Zhang 2023Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2023,17,12:0
