| 3 | Design of good QC-LDPC codes without small girth in the p-plane显示文摘A construction method based on the p-plane to design high-girth quasi-cyclic low-density parity-check (QC-LDPC) codes is proposed. Firstly the good points in every line of the p-plane can be ascertained through filtering the bad points, because the designed parity-check matrixes using these points have the short cycles in Tanner graph of codes. Then one of the best points from the residual good points of every line in the p-plane will be found, respectively. The optimal point is also singled out according to the bit error rate (BER) performance of the QC-LDPC codes at last. Explicit necessary and sufficient conditions for the QC-LDPC codes to have no short cycles are presented which are in favor of removing the bad points in the p-plane. | 4 | Early Paleozoic adakite in the Liuyuan area from the Beishan orogenic belt,NW Gansu Province:Petrogenesis and implication for tectonic setting显示文摘The Liuyuan area,which is located on the southern margin of the Beishan orogenic belt,develops abundant Early Paleozic granitoids.SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating yielded a weighted mean 206Pb/238U age of 421±8 Ma for the Liuyuan granodiorite(Zhao Zehui et al.,2007),implying its Late Silurian intrusion.Geochemical compositions showed that the Liuyuan granodiorite is characterized by high SiO2(65.01%-67.31%),A12O3(17.17%-18.05%) and Na2O(Na2O/K2O=1.67-1.87) but low Mg# contents calculated as 100×Mg2+/(Mg2++∑Fe2+) from 28.77 to 31.15,as well as being enriched in Sr(472×10-6-517×10-6) but depleted in Yb(1.2×10-6-1.42×10-6) and Y(12.8×10-6-14×10-6).The REEs are characterized by right-inclined patterns with LREE enrichment,HREE depletion and slightly negative Eu anomalies(Eu/Eu*=0.91-0.97).Major and trace elements indicate that the granodiorite is an adakite.The Nb/Ta values of the granodiorite vary from 10.80 to 18.01 and Nb/U from 6.32 to 10.09,both lying between the values of the crust and the mantle.The rock has low εNd(t) values(-2.5--0.8) and high ISr(0.706321-0.706495).Geochemical and Sr-Nd isotopic compositions indicate that the Liuyuan granodiorite is possibly derived from partial melting of thickening lower crust,related to mantle underplating.The Yb-Ta and Y+Nb-Rb discriminant diagrams imply the Liuyuan granodiorite intruded in a local extensional tectonic setting during late collision.Combined with previous studies on geochronology,geochemistry and tectonic setting of granitoids,we interprete that the constraint of this adakite in the Liuyuan area indicates that the tectonic setting may have transformed from collision to extension during the Early Devonian. | Li, Yanjun Wei, Junhao Tan, Jun Fu, Lebing Liu, Xuntao Kong, Lingjun Jiang, Yongjian Shi, Wenjie | 2011 | Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2011,30,2: | 2 |
| 5 | Ruling out small stopping sets and small girth in Tanner graph of QC-LDPC code显示文摘The existing constructions of quasi-cyclic low-density parity-check (QC-LDPC) codes do not consider the problems of small stopping sets and small girth together in the Tanner graph, while their existences will lead to the bit error rate (BER) performance of QC-LDPC codes being much poorer than that of randomly constructed LDPC codes even decoding failure. To solve the problem, some theorems of the specific chosen parity-check matrix of QC-LDPC codes without small stopping sets and small girth are proposed. A novel construction for QC-LDPC codes with long block lengths is presented by multiplying mmin or the multiple of mmin, which is the minimum order of the identity matrix for the chosen parity-check matrix. | 6 | miR-101-3p induces vascular endothelial cell dysfunction by targeting tet methylcytosine dioxygenase 2显示文摘Endothelial cell(EC)dysfunction represents an early key event in atherosclerosis.Recently,MicroRNAs have been demonstrated to regulate EC function.miR-101-3p has been discovered to regulate cell apoptosis and proliferation in cardiovascular diseases.Therefore,the aim of the current study was to clarify whether miR-101-3p regulates the dysfunction of vascular endothelial cells.In this study,the transfection of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)with miR-101-3p mimic induced reactive oxygen species(ROS)production,EC dysfunction,and acti-vated nuclear factorB(NF-κB),whereas transfection with miR-101-3p inhibitor alleviated these events.The antioxidant N-acetylcysteine alleviated miR-101-3p-induced EC dysfunction.Moreover,we observed that miR-101-3p inhibited the expression of tet methylcytosine dioxygenase 2(TET2)at the posttranscriptional level,resulting in increased ROS production and activated NF-kB.TET2 overexpression inhibited ROS production,EC dysfunction,and NF-κB activation in miR-101-3p-transfected HUVECs.These results indicate that miR-101-3p induces EC dysfunction by targeting TET2,which regulates ROS production,EC dysfunction,and NF-κB activation.Taken together,our current study reveals a novel pathway associated with EC dysfunction.The modulation of miR-101-3p and TET2 expression levels may serve as a potential target for therapeutic strategies for atherosclerosis. | Qiaoli Chen Xiaoye Li Lingjun Kong Qing Xu Zi Wang Qianzhou Lv | 2020 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,2: | 2 |

| 8 | Constructing bifunctional Co/MoC@N-C catalyst via an in-situ encapsulation strategy for efficient oxygen electrocatalysis显示文摘The large-scale application of Zn-air battery requires the development of efficient,low-cost,and stable bifunctional electrocatalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).Herein,an electrocatalyst of a Co/Mo C-nanoparticles embedded N-doped carbon(Co/Mo C@N-C)was prepared via the in-situ encapsulation of Co_(2)(CO)_(8)and Mo(CO)6 in ZIF-8 using ball-milling,followed by pyrolysis under an Ar atmosphere.When used as a bifunctional electrocatalyst,the as-prepared Co/Mo C@N-C showed an ORR half-wave potential of 0.824 V in an alkaline medium and an overpotential of only 290 m V for the OER at 10 m A cm^(-2),which was 70 m V lower than Ru O_(2).The Co/Mo C@N-C was also evaluated as a cathode in a solid-state Zn-air battery and delivered a higher peak discharge power density and better cycling stability(over 1600 min)than Pt/C-Ru O_(2).Most importantly,our work provides a new strategy to prepare bifunctional catalysts and promotes their applications in the energy conversion field. | Hui Huang Lingjun Kong Ming Liu Jie He Wei Shuang Yunhua Xu Xian-He Bu | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,8: | 1 |

| 12 | Deciphering of advantageous electrocatalytic water oxidation behavior of metal-organic framework in alkaline media显示文摘Carboxylic acid-based metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)are normally passed for the“pre-catalysts”for oxygen evolution reaction(OER)due to the hydroxides constructed in-situ during its alkaline hydrolysis process(AHP)in lye.Whereas,it remains a mystery that they show advantageous activity over prototypical hydroxides when they are directly acted as OER catalysts.Herein,we propose for the first time that the steric hindrance effect of Nafion can induce enhanced catalytic activity of such MOFs.Different from conventional catalysts without AHP,the Nafion with 3D structure weakens the AHP of Co-MOF nanoribbons,thus forming small size and low crystallinity species(cobalt hydroxide)with more active sites.And the existence of Nafion also optimizes its electronic structure,which is confirmed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),in-situ UV absorption spectra,in-situ Raman spectroscopy and so on.Compared with Co-MOF-K obtained by directly immersing the Co-MOF nanoribbons in 1.0 M KOH,the Co-MOF-NK obtained by AHP of Co-MOF mixed with Nafion shows better catalytic activity.Based on the above inspiration,we realized the low overpotential of 268 mV at 10 mA·cm^(−2) by preparing CoFe-MOF-NK.This work provides a new understanding of the structural reconstruction of MOFs in the field of electrocatalysis. | Ming Liu Lingjun Kong Xuemin Wang Jie He Jijie Zhang Jian Zhu Xian-He Bu | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,12: | 0 |
| 13 | Spatial and Temporal Distributions of Atmospheric CO2 in East China Based on Data from Three Satellites显示文摘East China(23.6°–38.4°N,113.6°–122.9°E)is the largest developed region in China.Based on CO2 products retrieved from the Greenhouse Gases Observing Satellite(GOSAT),the spatial and temporal distributions of CO2 mixing ratios in East China during 2014–17 are discussed,and the retrieved CO2 from AIRS(Atmospheric Infrared Sounder)and OCO-2(Orbiting Carbon Observatory-2),as well as WLG(Waliguan)background station observations,are compared with those of GOSAT.The annual CO2 retrieved from GOSAT in East China ranged from 398.96±0.24 ppm in 2014 to 407.39±0.20 ppm in 2017,with a growth rate of 2.82±0.15 ppm yr^−1,which were higher than in other regions of China.The seasonal cycle presented a maximum in spring and a minimum in summer or autumn.Higher values were mainly concentrated in the coastal areas of Zhejiang Province,and lower values were concentrated in Jiangxi and the north of Fujian Province.CO2 observed in Fujian and parts of Jiangxi increased by less than 1.0 ppm during 2014–15,but enhanced significantly by more than 5.0 ppm during 2015–16,perhaps influenced by local emissions and global impacts.We calculated year-to-year CO2 enhancements in the Yangtze River Delta region during 2014–17 that were relatively low and stable,due to the region’s carbon emissions control and reduction policies.The annual and seasonal amplitudes of CO2 retrieved from AIRS were lower than those from GOSAT in East China,probably owing to the CO2 retrieved from AIRS better reflecting the characteristics of the mid-troposphere,while GOSAT is more representative of near-surface CO2.The spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of CO2 retrieved from OCO-2 were close to those from GOSAT in East China. | Bozhen LI Gen ZHANG Lingjun XIA Ping KONG Mingjin ZHAN Rui SU | 2020 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2020,37,12: | 0 |
