1Industrial transformation and green production to reduce environmental emissions: Taking cement industry as a case显示文摘Industrial transformation and green production(ITGP) is a new 10-year international research initiative proposed by the Chinese National Committee for Future Earth. It is also an important theme for adapting and responding to global environmental change. Aiming at a thorough examination of the implementation of ITGP in China, this paper presents its objectives, its three major areas, and their progress so far. It also identifies the key elements of its management and proposes new perspectives on managing green transformation. For instance, we introduce a case study on cement industry that shows the positive policy effects of reducing backward production capacity on PCDD/Fs emissions. Finally,to develop different transformation scenarios for a green future, we propose four strategies: 1) policy integration for promoting green industry, 2)system innovation and a multidisciplinary approach, 3) collaborative governance with all potential stakeholders, and 4) managing uncertainty,risks, and long-time horizons.Lü Yong-Long GENG Jing HE Gui-Zhen 2015Advances in Climate Change Research2015,6,3:5
2Coupling dynamic analysis of a liquid-filled spherical container subject to arbitrary excitation显示文摘Using spherical coordinates, the coupling nonlin- ear dynamic system of a liquid-filled spherical tank, which can be excited discretionarily, is deduced by the H-O variational principle, and the viscous damping is introduced via the liquid dissipation function. The kinetic equations of the coupling system are deduced by the relationship between the velocity of liquid particles and the disturbed liquid surface equation. Normal differential equations are obtained through the Galerkin method. An equivalent mechanical model is developed for liquid sloshing in a spherical tank subject to arbitrary excitation. The fixed and slosh masses, as well as the spring and damping constants, are determined in such a way as to satisfy the principle of equivalence. 3Orbit control strategy for Lagrange point orbits based on an analytical method显示文摘The periodic or quasi-periodic orbits around collinear Lagrange points present many properties that are advantageous for space missions. These Lagrange point orbits are exponentially unstable. On the basis of an analytical method, an orbit control strategy that is designed to eliminate the dominant unstable components of Lagrange point orbits is developed. The proposed strategy enables the derivation of the analytical expression of nonlinear control force. The control parameter of this strategy can be arbitrarily selected provided that the parameter is considerably lower than the negative eigenvalue of motion equations, and that the energy required keeps the same order of magnitude. 13Optomechanically induced transparency in a spinning resonator显示文摘We study optomechanically induced transparency in a spinning microresonator. We find that in the presence of rotation-induced Sagnac frequency shift, both the transmission rate and the group delay of the signal are strongly affected, leading to a Fano-like spectrum of transparency. In particular, tuning the rotary speed leads to the emergence of nonreciprocal optical sidebands. 14A zirconium modified Co/SiO_2 Fischer-Tropsch catalyst prepared by dielectric-barrier discharge plasma显示文摘Co/SiO2 and zirconium promoted Co/Zr/SiO2 catalysts were prepared using dielectric-barrier discharge(DBD) plasma instead of the conventional thermal calcination method.Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis(FTS) performances of the catalyst were evaluated in a fixed bed reactor.The results indicated that the catalyst treated by DBD plasma shows the higher FTS activity and yield of heavy hydrocarbons as compared with that treated by the conventional thermal calcination method.Increase in CO conversion was unnoticeable on the Co/SiO2 catalyst,but significant on the Co/Zr/SiO2 catalyst,both prepared by DBD plasma.On the other hand,heavy hydrocarbon selectivity and chain growth probability (a value) were enhanced on all the catalysts prepared by the DBD plasma.In order to study the effect of the DBD plasma treatment on the FTS performance,the catalysts were characterized by N2-physisorption,H2-temperature programed reduction(H2-TPR),H2-temperature-programmed desorption(H2-TPD) and oxygen titration,transmission electron microscope(TEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).It was proved that,compared with the traditional calcination method,DBD plasma not only could shorten the precursor decomposition time,but also could achieve better cobalt dispersion,smaller Co3O4 cluster size and more uniform cobalt distribution.However,cobalt reducibility was hindered to some extent in the Co/SiO2 catalyst prepared by DBD plasma,while the zirconium additive prevented significantly the decrease in cobalt reducibility and increased cobalt dispersion as well as the FTS performance.Yunhui Jiang Tingjun Fu Jing Lü Zhenhua Li 2013Journal of Energy Chemistry2013,22,3:4
15Framework Construction and Application for Global Health Information Platform显示文摘In order to understand the global health related information rapidly and timely, a global health information platform based on big data from internet is constructed. In this paper, we introduce the framework and application of the global health information platform. The functions of information platform mainly include two aspects: to analyze and disseminate theoretical and technological progress of the main research fields in global health and to monitor real-time emergencies, epidemic situation and hot topics related to the field of global health. The objective of this research is to establish a Chinese-English bilingual information platform in the global health field. 17Effects of heat treatment on microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of Mg-6Zn-1.4Y-0.6Zr alloy显示文摘To investigate the effects of solution temperature and the decomposition of I-phase on the microstructure, phase composition and mechanical properties of as-cast Mg-6Zn-1.4Y-0.6Zr alloy, solution treatment at 440 oC, 460 oC and 480 oC and further aging treatment were conducted on the alloy. The results indicate that the net-like intermetallic compounds(mainly I-phase) dissolve into the α-Mg matrix gradually with the increase of solution temperature from 440 oC to 480 oC. Besides, the I-phase decomposes completely at 480 oC, with the formation of fine W-phase(thermal stable phase) and Mg_7Zn_3 phase. In addition, a great number of fine and dispersive Mg-Zn binary phases precipitate in the α-Mg matrix during the aging treatment. Due to the increase of solute atoms and the precipitation of strengthening phases, such as W-phase and Mg-Zn phases, the optimal strength is obtained after solution treatment at 460 oC for 8 h and aged at 200 oC for 16 h. The yield strength(YS), ultimate tensile strength(UTS) and elongation are 208 MPa, 257 MPa and 3.8%, respectively.
