1	丙烯酸酯/蒙脱土纳米复合乳液的流变行为及其皮革涂饰中作为粘合剂的应用显示文摘介绍了通过原位乳液聚合获得的含有各种商业纳米黏土的丙烯酸丁酯/甲基丙烯酸甲酯/丙烯酰胺三元共聚物纳米复合乳液的流变行为。通过旋转、震荡及存放稳定性和触变性(恢复能力)测试来评估黏土的加入、黏土的类型以及乳化剂含量对这些纳米复合乳液的影响。研究表明,加有黏土的纳米复合乳液的黏度在低剪切速率下增加了,而在较高的剪切速率下观察到剪切变稀效果。振动试验表明所有纳米复合材料具有明显的弹性行为和高物理稳定性。黏土的疏水特性和乳化剂含量也影响乳液的黏度和动态模量。这种纳米复合乳液作为皮革涂饰用高分子粘结剂测试了性能。结果表明:皮革表面涂饰性能因加入了黏土而得到改善。还得出结论,涂饰应用中很重要的是纳米黏土类型与聚合物的相容性与为保证乳液稳定性而必需的乳化剂用量之间要找到一个平衡,这既影响流变性能,也影响涂层的最终性能。	Onur Yilmaz Catalina N.
