| 1 | PD-L1在滋养细胞肿瘤中高表达可用于鉴别诊断显示文摘PD-1/PD-L是调控免疫反应和自身免疫耐受机制的关键点。PD-1属于免疫球蛋白超家族成员的细胞表面受体,主要表达于活化的T细胞;PD-L1是PD-1的配体,一旦与受体结合可抑制与T细胞活化相关的蛋白激酶。研究证实PD-L1高表达可促进肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸,且与肿瘤侵袭性及预后差相关。近年来,针对PD-1/PD-L的免疫抑制剂应用于肿瘤治疗取得一定的疗效,而PD-L1免疫组化染色是判断新型免疫抑制剂治疗反应的有效方法。Inaguma等采用免疫组化分析5536例各种类型肿瘤(包括生殖细胞、上皮细胞、间皮细胞、黑色素细胞/神经外胚层及淋巴造血系统肿瘤)以及人正常组织(包括胚胎组织)中PD-L1的表达。 | Inaguma S Wang Z Lasota J 杨海玉 刘勇 | 2016 | 临床与实验病理学杂志2016，32，11： | 9 |
