2加速溶剂萃取-高效液相色谱-电喷雾飞行时间质谱联用分析莲子心中生物碱显示文摘建立了加速溶剂萃取-高效液相色谱-电喷雾飞行时间质谱(ASE-HPLC-DAD-ESI-TOF/MS)联用技术分析莲子心中生物碱类化合物的方法。采用ASE法对药材进行提取,萃取温度为100℃,压力为9646kPa,时间为10min。采用HPLC-DAD-ESI-TOF/MS联用技术对其中的化学成分进行了分离鉴定,HPLC采用AgilentEclipseXDB-C18色谱柱;流动相为0.1%三乙胺溶液,用氨水调pH=8.0(A),色谱纯乙腈(B),梯度洗脱;进样量为20μL,流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:282nm。ESI-TOF/MS采用正离子电离模式,毛细管电压:4500V;喷雾气压:310.05kPa;干燥气(N2)流速:10.0L/min;干燥气温度:350℃,破碎电压:150V。鉴定了其中的6种生物碱分别为:前荷叶碱、莲心季铵碱、莲心碱、异莲心碱、荷叶碱和甲基莲心碱。李文龙 陈军辉 殷月芬 王小如 Frank S C Lee 2008分析化学2008,36,1:24

5Endoscopic ultrasound-guided techniques for diagnosing pancreatic mass lesions: Can we do better?显示文摘The diagnostic approach to a possible pancreatic mass lesion relies first upon various non-invasive imaging modalities, including computed tomography, ultrasound, and magnetic resonance imaging techniques. Once a suspect lesion has been identified, tissue acquisition for characterization of the lesion is often paramount in developing an individualized therapeutic approach. Given the high prevalence and mortality associated with pancreatic cancer, an ideal approach to diagnosing pancreatic mass lesions would be safe, highly sensitive, and reproducible across various practice settings. Tools, in addition to radiologic imaging, currently employed in the initial evaluation of a patient with a pancreatic mass lesion include serum tumor markers, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, and endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration(EUS-FNA). 8Clinical outcomes following salvage Gamma Knife radiosurgery for recurrent glioblastoma显示文摘Glioblastoma multiforme(GBM) is the most common malignant primary brain tumor with a survival prognosis of 14-16 mo for the highest functioning patients. Despite aggressive, multimodal upfront therapies, the majority of GBMs will recur in approximately six months. Salvage therapy options for recurrent GBM(r GBM) are an area of intense research. This study compares recent survival and quality of life outcomes following Gamma Knife radiosurgery(GKRS) salvage therapy. Following a Pub Med search for studies usingGKRS as salvage therapy for malignant gliomas, nine articles from 2005 to July 2013 were identified which evaluated rG BM treatment. In this review, we compare overall survival following diagnosis, overall survival following salvage treatment, progression-free survival, time to recurrence, local tumor control, and adverse radiation effects. This report discusses results for rG BM patient populations alone, not for mixed populations with other tumor histology grades. All nine studies reported median overall survival rates(from diagnosis, range:16.7-33.2 mo; from salvage, range:9-17.9 mo). Three studies identified median progression-free survival(range:4.6-14.9 mo). Two showed median time to recurrence of GBM. Two discussed local tumor control. Six studies reported adverse radiation effects(range:0%-46% of patients). The greatest survival advantages were seen in patients who received GKRS salvage along with other treatments, like resection or bevacizumab, suggesting that appropriately tailored multimodal therapy should be considered with each rG BM patient. 9Campylobacter concisus and inflammatory bowel disease显示文摘Investigation of the possible role of Campylobacter concisus(C. concisus) in inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) is an emerging research area. Despite the association found between C. concisus and IBD, it has been difficult to explain how C. concisus, a bacterium that is commonly present in the human oral cavity, may contribute to the development of enteric diseases. The evidence presented in this review shows that some C. concisus strains in the oral cavity acquired zonula occludens toxin(zot) gene from a virus(prophage) and that C. concisus Zot shares conserved motifs with both Vibrio cholerae Zot receptor binding domain and human zonulin receptor binding domain. Both Vibrio cholerae Zot and human zonulin are known to increase intestinal permeability by affecting the tight junctions. Increased intestinal permeability is a feature of IBD. 15血根碱对肉鸡生长性能、相对器官重量、盲肠菌群、血清胆固醇水平以及肉品质的影响显示文摘研究旨在探索日粮添加血根碱(SGV)对肉鸡生长性能、相对器官重量、盲肠菌群、血清胆固醇水平和腿肌丙二醛含量的影响。选用840日龄雄性肉鸡(罗斯品种)饲养于28个稻草垫上,随机分为4个处理:玉米-豆粕型基础对照日粮、基础日粮中添加卑霉素10 ppm作为生长促进剂(AGP)、基础日粮中添加SGV 20 ppm(SGV20)和50 ppm(SGV50)。与饲喂基础日粮的肉鸡相比,基础日粮中添加AGP组、SGV20组和SGV50组的肉鸡最终体重(BW)、日增重、饲料转化率(FCR)显著改善(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,SGV20喂养组的肉鸡相对空肠重量显著降低(P<0.05),所有添加SGV组肉鸡相对空肠或回肠长度显著升高(P<0.05)。SGV20组较对照组肉鸡肠道菌群有所改变,尤其是盲肠乳酸菌数增加,但AGP组无改变。SGV20组或SGV50组肉鸡的总胆固醇水平较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),控制饮食物显著降低(P<0.05)。添加SGV后,作为脂质过氧化反应指示剂的腿肌丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,在肉鸡日粮中补充SGV 20或50 ppm可以提高肉鸡生长性能,改变多种生物和生理参数,如相对器官重量、血清胆固醇水平、肠道菌群和肉品质。Lee K W Kim J S Oh S T Kang C W An B K 2015饲料博览2015,0,3:2
