| 1 | Expression and molecular analysis of phbB gene in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii显示文摘The expression vector containing phbB and ble genes was constructed and transformed into cell-wall- deficient strain Chlamydomonas reinhardtii CC-849 by the glass-bead method. The transgenic alga was selected and maintained in the TAP agar plates containing 10 mg/mL Zeomycin.
