1高掺量粉煤灰高延性水泥基复合材料的制备和性能显示文摘高延性水泥基复合材料(high ductility cementitious composites,HDCC)是一种具有应变硬化、多缝开裂和高延性等特性的新型纤维增强水泥基复合材料,其材料设计必须取得基体韧度、界面黏结和纤维特性三者的最优组合,因此,HDCC的制备必须优选原材料和优化配合比,以取得最优的材料制备技术。从配合比设计入手,研究了粉煤灰含量、胶砂比等对HDCC力学性能的影响,优化了特定材料下的材料制备技术。结果表明:粉煤灰含量、胶砂比和养护条件对HDCC的拉伸性能均具有较大的影响。随着粉煤灰掺量的增大,砂含量的降低,拉伸应变增大。当砂含量较高时,基体开裂韧度较高,基体的极限拉伸应力下对应的极限拉伸应变较小,然而随着应力的下降,复合材料仍然能维持相当大的应变。庞超明 LEUNG C K Y 孙伟 2009硅酸盐学报2009,37,12:30

3Potential Use of Strain Hardening ECC in Permanent Formwork with Small Scale Flexural Beams显示文摘Utilizing pre-cast ECC panels as participating permanent formwork of concrete members, and the validity of using ECC to disperse the single crack in concrete into multiple ones in ECC were studied. In the process, totally two kinds of ECC with different tensile properties, 7 series of flat panels with different top surface figures and 3 U-shape panels with different inner surface forms were investigated. To evaluate the performance of the permanent formworks, small ECC-concrete composite beams were cast and tested mechanically. The 4-point bending test results show that the use of pre-cast ECC panels as permanent formwork can significantly improve the load capacity and toughness of a concrete member, effectively dispersing single widely opened crack in concrete into multiple ones in ECC. Most permanent formworks show perfect bond with the concrete cast on them, while the ones with partially debonded zone achieve the best mechanical performance. 4Would integrated Western and traditional Chinese medicine have more benefits for stroke rehabilitation? A systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘Background Stroke is a major cause of death or long-term disability worldwide.Many patients with stroke receive integrative therapy consisting of Western medicine(WM)and routine rehabilitation in conjunction with Chinese medicine(CM),such as acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.However,there is no available evidence on the effectiveness of the combined use of WM and CM interventions in stroke rehabilitation.Aims The purpose of this meta-analysis is to evaluate the results of all individual studies to assess the combined use of CM and WM in stroke rehabilitation compared with WM only.Methods The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis guidelines were followed.MEDLINE,EMBASE,Cochrane and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)were searched.The included outcomes were dependency,motor function,depression and swallowing function.Subgroup analysis was performed,and publication bias was assessed using funnel plots.Summary of review 58 studies and 6339 patients were included in the meta-analysis.Subgroup analysis revealed that combined therapy comprising both acupuncture and WM had a superior effect on improving dependency and swallowing function compared with standard WM therapy alone.Potential superiority of combined therapy comprising CM and WM in improving depression compared with standard WM therapy was also found.Conclusions Our results indicate that the combined use of CM and WM could be more efficacious in stroke rehabilitation compared with the use of WM therapy alone.However,most studies were short in duration(2 to 4 weeks)and prone to different types of biases,which prevents making any conclusion regarding the long-term effects and raises concerns regarding true efficacy in context of high likelihood of Hawthorn bias.So,more randomised controlled trials with more rigorous design and longer duration of treatment and follow-up need to be conducted to compare WM alone versus WM and CM combined.Linda LD Zhong Ya Zheng Alexander Y Lau Norman Wong Liang Yao Xingyao Wu Tengteng Shao Zhenxing Lu Huijuan Li Chun Sum Yuen Jianwen Guo Suzanne Lo Janita Chau Kam Wa Chan Bacon Fung Leung Ng Zhaoxiang Bian Edwin Chau-leung Yu 2022Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,1:7

7Hematopoietic cell transplantation for Crohn’s disease;is it time?显示文摘AIM: To review all studies in the literature that have assessed Hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) and Crohn’s disease (CD) with the ultimate aims of determining if this is a viable treatment option for those with CD. A secondary aim was to review the above literature and determine if the studies shed further light on the mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of CD. METHODS: An extensive Medline search was performed on all articles from 1970 to 2005 using the ; bone marrow transplant, stem cell, hematopoietic cell, Crohn’s disease and inflammatory bowel disease. RESULTS: We identified one case in which a patient developed CD following an allogeneic HCT from a sibling suffering with CD. Evidence for transfer of the genetic predisposition to develop CD was also identified with report of a patient that developed severe CD following an allogeneic HCT. Following HCT it was found that the donor (that had no signs or symptoms of CD) and the recipient had several haplotype mismatches in HLA class Ⅲ genes in the IBD3 locus including a polymorphism of NOD2/CARD15 that has been associated with CD. Thirty three published cases of patients with CD who underwent either autologous or allogeneic HCT were identified. At the time of publication 29 of these 33 patients were considered to be in remission. The median follow-up time was seven years, and twenty months for allogeneic and autologous HCT respectively.For patients who underwent HCT primarily for treatment of their CD there have been no mortalities related to transplant complications. CONCLUSION: Overall these preliminary data suggest that both allogeneic and autologous HCT may be effective in inducing remission in refractory CD. 9高延性水泥基复合材料的制备技术综述显示文摘高延性水泥基复合材料(HDCC)是一种具有应变硬化、多缝开裂和高延性等特性的纤维增强水泥基复合材料.从HDCC材料的设计理论、材料选择、配合比设计、养护等方面综述了HDCC材料的制备技术,分析了制备HDCC时易忽略的几个关键技术,提出了HDCC的制备方法.明确了提高HDCC强度、抗渗性及与之相关耐久性的难度,提出HDCC的制备时,要注意基体强度与断裂韧度发展规律的差异,减少大颗粒材料等提高基体本身及纤维分布的均匀性,制备时可采用使用高掺量低活性粉煤灰,橡胶微粉和EVA乳胶粉、较高水胶比、较高胶砂比、减少养护等降低基体的断裂韧度的措施.基于现有HDCC设计理论及制备技术,要大幅度提高强度和耐久性,选择更匹配的纤维或调整优化纤维性能至关重要.庞超明 Leung Christopher K Y 孙伟 2014河北工业大学学报2014,43,6:3

14Risk stratification in symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic disease with conventional vascular risk factors and cerebral haemodynamics显示文摘Background and purpose Symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis(sICAS)is associated with a considerable risk of recurrent stroke despite contemporarily optimal medical treatment.Severity of luminal stenosis in sICAS and its haemodynamic significance quantified with computational fluid dynamics(CFD)models were associated with the risk of stroke recurrence.We aimed to develop and compare stroke risk prediction nomograms in sICAS,based on vascular risk factors and these metrics.Methods Patients with 50%-99%sICAS confirmed in CT angiography(CTA)were enrolled.Conventional vascular risk factors were collected.Severity of luminal stenosis in sICAS was dichotomised as moderate(50%-69%)and severe(70%-99%).Translesional pressure ratio(PR)and wall shear stress ratio(WSSR)were quantified via CTA-based CFD modelling;the haemodynamic status of sICAS was classified as normal(normal PR&WSSR),intermediate(otherwise)and abnormal(abnormal PR&WSSR).All patients received guideline-recommended medical treatment.We developed and compared performance of nomograms composed of these variables and independent predictors identified in multivariate logistic regression,in predicting the primary outcome,recurrent ischaemic stroke in the same territory(SIT)within 1 year.Results Among 245 sICAS patients,20(8.2%)had SIT.The D2H2A nomogram,incorporating diabetes,dyslipidaemia,haemodynamic status of sICAS,hypertension and age≥50 years,showed good calibration(P for Hosmer-Lemeshow test=0.560)and discrimination(C-statistic 0.73,95%CI 0.60 to 0.85).It also had better performance in risk reclassification and provided larger net benefits in decision curve analysis,compared with nomograms composed of conventional vascular risk factors only,and plus the severity of luminal stenosis in sICAS.Sensitivity analysis in patients with anterior-circulation sICAS showed similar results.Conclusions The D2H2A nomogram,incorporating conventional vascular risk factors and the haemodynamic significance of sICAS as assessed in CFD models,could be a useful tool to stratify sICAS patients for the risk of recurrent stroke under contemporarily optimal medical treatment.Xuan Tian Hui Fang Linfang Lan Hing Lung Ip Jill Abrigo Haipeng Liu Lina Zheng Florence S Y Fan Sze Ho Ma Bonaventure Ip Bo Song Yuming Xu Jingwei Li Bing Zhang Yun Xu Yannie O Y Soo Vincent Mok Ka Sing Wong Thomas W Leung Xinyi Leng 2023Stroke & Vascular Neurology2023,8,1:2
15Solution procedure of residue harmonic balance method and its applications显示文摘This paper presents a simple and rigorous solution procedure of residue harmonic balance for predicting the accurate approximation of certain autonomous ordinary differential systems.In this solution procedure,no small parameter is assumed.The harmonic residue of balance equation is separated in two parts at each step.The first part has the same number of Fourier terms as the present order of approximation and the remaining part is used in the subsequent improvement.The corrections are governed by linear ordinary differential equation so that they can be solved easily by means of harmonic balance method again.Three kinds of different differential equations involving general,fractional and delay ordinary differential systems are given as numerical examples respectively.Highly accurate limited cycle frequency and amplitude are captured.The results match well with the exact solutions or numerical solutions for a wide range of control parameters.Comparison with those available shows that the residue harmonic balance solution procedure is very effective for these autonomous differential systems.Moreover,the present method works not only in predicting the amplitude but also the frequency of bifurcated period solution for delay ordinary differential equation.GUO ZhongJin LEUNG A Y T MA XiaoYan 2014Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2014,57,8:2
